RedDuck exists to make Web3 engineering pragmatic again. The team builds for startups, protocols, and funds that need working products rather than architecture diagrams, and the operating principle is stated plainly on the company’s own site: if analysis shows the requested build does not make sense, they say so, on the grounds that hearing it in discovery beats hearing it six months into development.

Company Success Story
RedDuck started in 2020 as a small Kyiv engineering group and grew into a multi-chain development partner working across seven ecosystems. The team builds on EVM chains, Solana, Hyperledger, Injective, SUI, Hedera, and TON, covering the full stack from indexers and back-end services through to front-end applications that interact directly with blockchains and smart contracts.

A distinguishing piece of the story is internal training. RedDuck runs its own Blockchain and DeFi academy, updated regularly to track Web3 practice, and it serves as the onboarding path for every newcomer. Priorities ahead sit where the team already has depth: tokenization and compliance-sensitive builds on Hedera, high-throughput applications on SUI, and consumer-facing dApps on TON, where Telegram distribution shortens the path to users.
