Picking a Shopify PPC agency is harder than it looks, because almost every agency that runs ads now puts Shopify on its services page.
The difference that matters is whether the team understands how a Shopify store actually feeds the ad platforms. Product data has to flow cleanly from the catalog into Merchant Center. Purchase events have to pass through the Shopify pixel and the Conversions API without double counting. Apps such as Klaviyo, Recharge and Rebuy change what a customer is worth after the first order, and that value should shape how much the ads are allowed to bid.
When those connections break, the symptoms show up in the ad account first. Performance Max spends on the wrong products, Meta optimizes toward add-to-carts that never become orders, and reported ROAS drifts away from the revenue figure in Shopify admin. The agencies below were chosen because they work on that plumbing as well as the campaigns, and because each can point to Shopify brands it has grown.

Conversion Perk is built for Shopify and WooCommerce brands that have outgrown freelancers but are not ready for enterprise agency fees. Its paid media team runs Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube alongside Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and Pinterest, and the same agency handles Shopify development, conversion rate optimization and Klaviyo email. That matters when the real fix for a stalled campaign is a slow collection page or a broken purchase event rather than a bid change.
The agency concentrates on DTC brands spending roughly $10,000 to $50,000 a month on ads, and it brings unusually deep Amazon advertising experience for a Shopify specialist, which helps merchants who sell on both their own store and the marketplace plan the two channels together. Certified Google, Microsoft and Amazon Ads specialists run every account with weekly strategy calls, and monthly retainers start at $2,500. Working from India with coverage across US, UK, Canadian, Australian and European time zones, it gives growing stores senior paid media attention at a cost well below most US agencies.
Pilothouse describes itself as a performance agency without the black box, and its case study library backs that up with named Shopify brands and hard numbers. For CorneaCare it lifted ROAS by 97% while new subscriptions grew more than twentyfold. For RUX it roughly doubled ROAS, cut CPA by 36% and grew Black Friday and Cyber Monday Shopify revenue 400% year over year.
Media buying sits at the center of the practice, with creative production, email and SMS, and landing page work handled by the same team, so ad creative and the pages it points to are tested together rather than passed between vendors. Integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, Rebuy and Triple Whale keep reporting anchored to store revenue. The client roster runs from founder-led brands to enterprise names such as General Mills, so smaller stores should confirm who will manage the account day to day.
Top Growth Marketing is one of the few Shopify ad agencies that publishes its pricing. Management runs from $2,000 to $10,000 a month on month-to-month terms, and the first month comes with a money-back guarantee. The target client is a Shopify brand doing between $100,000 and $25 million a year, a range that covers the awkward middle stage where a store is too big for a freelancer and too small for a holding-company agency.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2011, the agency reports more than $314 million in managed ad spend across 218+ DTC brands, with clients including Atlas Coffee Club, Home Chef and Waterbox Aquariums. Paid social across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest is paired with Google Search, Shopping and YouTube, and Klaviyo email and SMS sit in the same retainer. Creative production and influencer whitelisting are handled in-house, which keeps fresh ad variations flowing to accounts that burn through creative quickly.
InteractOne has been building ecommerce stores in Cincinnati since 1998, and as a Shopify Plus Partner it runs paid advertising on stores it often built itself. The advantage is diagnosis: when a Shopping campaign underperforms because of a variant structure or a feed attribute problem, the people fixing the catalog sit in the same building as the people running the ads.
Its Shopify paid advertising service covers Google Search, Shopping and Display, Meta and TikTok, plus Shopping feed management, landing page testing and conversion tracking. Published results include 73% growth in online revenue from Google Ads for home goods brand Basco and 41% year-over-year revenue growth for Hydraulic Supply. The team is entirely US-based and average client tenure runs past five years. InteractOne also builds on BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce, so it is not Shopify-only.
TRIBE is a Shopify Plus agency and certified B Corp in Exeter that has carved out a niche with subscription food, drink and beauty brands. It is a Recharge Premier Partner and a Skio Partner, which matters for paid media because a subscription brand can afford to pay far more for a first order than a one-off retailer, and the bidding strategy has to know that.
Paid work covers Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, run alongside retention email in Klaviyo and conversion work on the store itself. For Momo Kombucha the agency grew revenue 129% and subscription orders 146% year over year, and for fragrance brand Jo Loves it delivered a 4x ROAS over twelve months. Paid social makes up more of the practice than search, so brands whose growth depends mainly on Google Shopping may want a more search-led partner.
Blink positions itself as the Shopify marketing agency for large catalogue stores, and its PPC practice is run by the same data team that handles its SEO. Instead of letting paid and organic compete for the same queries, the agency decides product by product where each channel should carry the load, which cuts wasted spend on terms a store already ranks for.
Pricing is published: £1,750 to £4,000 in the first month while accounts are rebuilt, then £1,500 to £3,000 a month on rolling terms with no lock-in. Named PPC clients include Ted Baker, Lookfantastic and Nature’s Menu. Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max are the core, supported by Merchant Center feed work, Microsoft Ads and Meta. Blink does not publish client-by-client PPC figures, so buyers should ask for account-level results during the pitch.
Digital Darts was founded in 2015 by Joshua Uebergang and has been a Google Partner since its first year. Its pitch is profit rather than vanity ROAS, and the case studies are written in those terms. For Milton & King it cut CPA from about $47 to about $14 while revenue rose 70% in six months, and for Height Dynamics it took ROAS from 150% to 780%.
The agency produces video and image ad creative in-house, so clients do not have to supply a steady flow of assets for Meta testing. Fees combine a retainer with a performance component, and the agency is clear about fit: it asks for at least AU$2,000 a month in Meta spend and $10,000 or more in monthly store sales. The team works remotely across Australia, which suits stores in the region but leaves US brands with limited time-zone overlap.
Endless Digital is a founder-led Shopify growth team in Melbourne, run by Andy Khun and serving brands in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. It works without minimum contracts or long-term commitments and charges a fixed monthly fee set by ad spend, which keeps the agency from earning more simply because the budget went up.
Google Ads and Meta sit alongside creative strategy, Klaviyo email and SMS, and Shopify builds and CRO, so the agency can change the store as well as the campaigns. Its headline result is streetwear brand Beserk, which reached $20 million in revenue at more than 20x ROAS, and vinyl retailer RecordRoots doubled its fourth-quarter revenue year over year. Several other case studies are anonymized, so buyers should ask for named references in their own category.
Gorilla 360 is a Google Premier Partner, a status Google gives to the top 3% of partner agencies in each market, and it runs a dedicated Shopify practice as a certified Shopify Partner. Founded in 2010 in Newcastle, New South Wales, it now has more than 25 specialists and offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
The agency manages accounts from about $1,000 to more than $100,000 a month and recommends a budget of at least $2,000 for Shopify stores. Google Search, Shopping and remarketing lead the paid work, supported by Meta and TikTok, SEO, CRO and Klaviyo email. Ecommerce clients include Ergoflex, Golf World and MAX’s Protein. Gorilla 360 also serves non-retail sectors, so Shopify is one practice among several rather than the whole business.
Klikslim is a seven-person Shopify Partner and Google Partner in Heemstede, near Amsterdam, and it is the most affordable option on this list. Google Ads or Meta Ads management starts at €300 a month, with a fuller management tier from €500. That makes it a realistic choice for smaller stores that would be turned away by agencies with four-figure minimums.
Before scaling spend, the team audits the whole store: tracking and Conversions API setup, the product feed in Merchant Center, product pages and checkout. Services cover Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max, Meta catalog ads and GA4, and clients include Haya Roots, 8REP and Safa Skincare. The agency works mainly in Dutch and focuses on the Benelux market, so it is best suited to stores selling there.
WRKNG Digital was founded in 2021 by Steve Merrill, who previously built a women’s apparel brand to $10 million a year in sales. That operator background shows in how the agency works: Meta, Google, email and site changes are planned together against contribution margin, the way a brand owner would plan them, rather than as separate channel reports.
The agency targets Shopify brands doing between $500,000 and $10 million or more a year. For apparel brand Mack & Rex it delivered $198,000 in January revenue, up 51% year over year. Services span Meta and Google Ads, Klaviyo email and SMS, and store optimization. As a younger firm without published partner badges, it suits founders who value hands-on operating experience over agency scale.
Shopify PPC pricing splits into two numbers that buyers often blur together: the media budget paid to Google, Meta or TikTok, and the management fee paid to the agency. The ranges below come from what the agencies on this list publish.

Two costs sit outside most retainers. Ad creative, especially video for Meta and TikTok, is either bundled or billed as production. Store changes such as landing pages or checkout fixes are often quoted separately unless the agency also builds on Shopify. Brands that sell heavily on Amazon should also look at the top Amazon PPC agencies, where fee structures work differently.
Ask any shortlisted agency to explain how purchase events reach Google and Meta from your store, including how they handle the Shopify pixel, the Conversions API and subscription renewals. An agency that jumps straight to campaign structure without asking about tracking will optimize toward the wrong numbers.
Campaigns should be built in your own Google Ads, Merchant Center and Meta Business accounts with the agency given access. If the relationship ends, your conversion history and audiences should stay with you.
Some agencies here lead with Meta and creative, others with Google Shopping and feeds. A catalog-heavy store with strong search demand needs a different partner from a single-hero-product brand that grows through paid social. Brands that need both a store rebuild and ads can also compare the top Shopify Plus agencies for high-volume merchants.
Headline ROAS figures without a client name are hard to judge. Ask for two or three named Shopify brands in your category, what their account looked like before, and what the agency changed in the first 90 days.
A Shopify PPC agency runs paid advertising for online stores built on Shopify, usually across Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and TikTok. The work includes setting up conversion tracking, managing the product feed, building and testing campaigns and creative, and reporting results against store revenue rather than platform-reported conversions.
Most agencies on this list recommend at least $1,000 to $2,000 a month in ad spend before paying for management, because smaller budgets rarely give the bidding algorithms enough conversions to learn from. The management fee itself usually starts between €300 and $2,500 a month.
It depends on demand. Google Shopping captures people already searching for a product, which suits stores selling things customers look for by name or category. Meta creates demand through creative, which suits new products and impulse purchases. Most growing stores end up running both.
Expect the first month to go on tracking fixes, feed cleanup and account restructuring. Meaningful performance changes usually appear between 60 and 90 days, once campaigns have enough conversion data to optimize against.
A general PPC agency can run the campaigns, but a Shopify specialist, whether a full Shopify PPC agency or a dedicated Shopify Google Ads agency, is more likely to catch store-side problems such as duplicate purchase events, missing product attributes or app conflicts that quietly distort results.
The right Shopify PPC agency depends on where your store is actually stuck. If tracking and attribution are unreliable, choose for technical depth. If creative fatigue is killing Meta performance, choose for production capacity. If a large catalog is underperforming in Shopping, choose the team that treats the feed as the main asset. Whichever way you lean, confirm account ownership and ask for named Shopify results before signing.
