Account-based marketing works when marketing and sales agree on a short list of accounts, learn what those buying groups care about, and reach them with programs built for them rather than for a generic persona. The best ABM agencies do that work end to end: picking accounts, reading intent data, writing account-specific messaging, running 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, and proving pipeline impact to a CFO who has heard the word “engagement” too many times.
That is a narrower skill set than general B2B lead generation. Many firms that run strong B2B demand generation programs can buy LinkedIn ads against a target account list, but fewer can run a deal-based program for a single eight-figure opportunity or set up 6sense or Demandbase so that sales actually trusts the account scores.
For this list we looked for agencies whose own sites show account-based marketing as a core service, with named clients, published case results, program tiers or platform partnerships to back it up. The list mixes dedicated ABM specialists with larger B2B agencies that run serious account-based practices, across the US, the UK and beyond.

Dedicated ABM specialists come first, followed by broader B2B agencies with strong account-based practices and two smaller options for growth-stage teams.
strategicabm is a London-based account-based marketing agency that does one thing: ABM. Its site describes it as “the ABM agency that turns strategy into revenue,” and its work runs through a six-step method it calls the Modern ABM Journey, which covers objectives, ideal customer profile, account selection, messaging, playbooks and activation.
Clients can buy in three ways. In “ABM delivered,” the agency builds and runs the program. In “ABM co-delivered,” it works as an extension of an in-house team. A third track covers structured ABM training and workshops for marketers who want to run programs themselves. The agency is also building an AI-powered “ABM OS,” currently on a waitlist.
The client roster on its site is heavy on technology and enterprise names: SAP, Cloudflare, AVEVA, Acxiom, BICS, GlobalSign and Getac among them. The agency says its work with AVEVA was recognized with a Forrester 2025 B2B Program of the Year award, and Acxiom’s international marketing director is quoted calling the team “an extension of our team.” strategicabm is a HubSpot Platinum Partner and a Google Certified Partner.
Best for: B2B technology and services companies that want a pure-play ABM agency, particularly those already running HubSpot or wanting to build internal ABM skills alongside an outsourced program.
Agent3 was formed in 2013 and calls itself an early pioneer of account-based marketing. Its homepage headline is “Your end-to-end partner for ABM success,” and ABM and ABX sit at the top of its solutions list, ahead of demand generation, paid media, RevOps and creative production. It is part of the Next15 group and lists offices in London, Manchester, Cheltenham, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Sydney.
The agency runs 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, or consults with clients who want to build the capability in-house. It also uses a proprietary platform called JourneyLab. The site says the business is backed by more than 125 client successes over the last decade.
Its published case studies are some of the most specific in the category. According to its site, one program influenced more than $58 million of pipeline for Splunk, which the agency puts at a 116x ROI. Another case study says it helped Expereo beat its demand targets by 125%. Brands shown on the site include NTT DATA, ServiceNow, Adobe, Zscaler, Salesforce, Cisco and T-Mobile.
Best for: enterprise technology marketers who need an ABM agency with the headcount and global footprint to run programs across several regions and business units at once.
The ABM Agency describes itself as “a full-service agency specializing in enterprise 1:1 and 1:few ABM.” Its head office is in Atlanta, with a UK and EMEA office in London and a Latin America hub in São Paulo. The team says it has been running account-based programs since 2009 and works with organizations across North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC.
Its service menu covers the full range of tiers: 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, pilot campaigns, account-based demand and lead generation, executive alignment and ABM center of excellence consulting for companies building their own practice. The agency says a pilot can launch within 21 days, and its ABM Velocity offer builds personalized 1:1 campaigns in two weeks. Supporting services include paid social, programmatic, PPC, content and marketing automation.
On the technology side, the site names Demandbase, 6sense and PathFactory as partners while calling the agency tech-stack agnostic, and HubSpot’s partner directory lists it as a Solutions Partner. The homepage shows logos from global enterprises including Siemens, PTC, Okta, Palo Alto Networks and Dassault Systèmes, and case study titles cover surgical robotics, cybersecurity and enterprise 5G.
Best for: enterprise marketing teams that want to prove the model with a fast, contained pilot before committing to a full account-based program.
Inverta calls itself “the original Account-Based Marketing agency” and lists ABM first among its services, alongside demand generation, strategic and annual planning, martech advisory, AI consulting and content marketing. Its contact page gives a mailing address in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, and the firm says it operates globally with two decades of experience.
Its ABM work is built around sales and marketing operating as one team: precision campaigns based on account insights, messaging themes for each segment, and plays aimed at booking meetings with a tightly defined set of target accounts. Demandbase is the one platform with its own page under the “Technology We Support” section, and its ABM work also runs on Marketo and Salesforce.
The customer stories are concrete. According to its site, about 75% of Procore’s outbound pipeline came from ABM, with Demandbase engagement minutes used to prioritize accounts. Sysdig grew marketing-sourced contract sizes by 36%, and Actian reorganized its marketing team around revenue. Vyze’s CEO credits the team with getting the company into market faster. Inverta sorts engagements into tiers for PE-funded firms above $25 million, mid-market companies above $500 million and enterprises above $1 billion.
Best for: mid-market and enterprise B2B companies on Demandbase that want an ABM agency able to fix the operating model, not only run campaigns.
MomentumABM is one of the firms most closely tied to the growth of ABM as a discipline. It was founded in 2011 by CEO Alisha Lyndon, is headquartered in the UK with teams in London and Boston, and has roughly 90 specialists. In September 2025, Accenture announced it had acquired MomentumABM to join Accenture Song. The firm previously operated as Momentum ITSMA after combining with the B2B marketing research group ITSMA, and that older web address now redirects to its site.
This is an advisory-led firm more than a campaign shop. Its services cover customer growth strategy and account prioritization, positioning and thought leadership, key account and major pursuit programs, engagement and revenue operations, and change enablement for companies moving from product-led to customer-led go-to-market. It runs ABM centers of excellence for clients and offers an ABM certification.
The site cites more than 600 B2B growth engagements, a Customer Buying Index that tracks more than 2,000 B2B buyers, and benchmarks of more than 500 global organizations. It works mainly with financial services, technology and professional services firms, and the firm also runs the Global Marketing Excellence Awards.
Best for: large B2B and professional services firms that need help designing an account-based operating model, key account programs and the internal skills to sustain them.
Ironpaper is a New York B2B growth agency founded in 2003, with about 70 people working remotely across the US. It focuses on companies with long or complex sales cycles, and ABM is one of its six main service areas, alongside B2B marketing, growth strategy, lead generation, sales enablement and web.
Its ABM agency page lists 1:1, 1:few and 1:many campaigns, account targeting and ABM nurture campaigns, multi-channel ABM across email, LinkedIn, ads and web, and deal-based ABM. “HubSpot for ABM” is a named specialty, which fits its status as a HubSpot Diamond Certified Agency Partner. The agency also publishes sector pages for ABM in SaaS and in energy.
Its featured ABM case study is for Ambi Robotics. The campaign targeted 30 logistics accounts and, according to the agency, converted more than 300 million impressions into targeted demand, produced 72 new qualified leads and engaged three key decision-makers at top accounts. Elsewhere on the site, Ironpaper reports an 86% increase in MQLs over six months for Solartis.
Best for: B2B manufacturers, technology and industrial companies on HubSpot that want ABM tied closely to lead generation, sales enablement and the website.
BOL is a B2B growth marketing agency in San Diego that says it brings more than 25 years of experience. ABM sits first in its services menu, and the agency backs it with an ABM Education Hub and an ABM Assessment tool for teams deciding where to start.
Its ABM practice is built on 6sense. BOL runs ABM strategy, consulting, assessments and pilot programs on the platform, and handles the data work that often decides whether 6sense pays off: verifying and enriching account data, pushing it to other systems and coordinating content and media across the funnel. On BOL’s partnership page, 6sense’s chief customer officer calls the firm a “premier partner” and says, “Lots of agencies say they do ABM, but BOL has mastered it.”
The agency publishes ABM case studies including Baker Hughes, where it reports a 1,300% increase in ROI. It has also written up its own move to HubSpot as a single source of truth connected directly to 6sense, covering Bombora topic taxonomies, exclusion lists and playbooks for nurturing, win-back, upsell and renewal, which is a useful view of how it sets up the platform for clients.
Best for: B2B companies that already own 6sense, or are about to buy it, and need an account based marketing agency that can configure it properly and run programs on top.
The Marketing Practice, now branded TMP, is a global B2B marketing agency with offices in London, Munich, Denver and Sydney. ABM is one of its core services alongside brand-to-demand, partner marketing, paid media, sales activation and data and analytics.
Its ABM page breaks the work into three parts. One-to-one and deal-based ABM is built around live deals, buying signals and sales conversations. One-to-few and one-to-many programs are modular, flexing by account cluster as buyer behavior changes. ABX programs are organized around shared buying signals and MQAs so marketing and sales follow up from the same account story. The agency says it uses generative AI to track signal shifts and refresh messaging while programs are running.
Case studies on its site include an ABX media program for Reltio and a solution launch for Boeing Global Services, and its client logos include AWS, Palo Alto Networks, ServiceNow, Splunk, Commvault and Verizon. TMP reports $13 million in pipeline for Thomson Reuters CoCounsel and says it was ranked a top 10 B2B agency by B2B Marketing. It also offers an ROI guarantee with a fee refund.
Best for: enterprise technology brands that want account-based programs, partner marketing and brand work handled by one agency.
Transmission is a global B2B marketing agency with more than 250 employees and offices in London, San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Sydney, Singapore, Delhi and Wroclaw. Its account-based work is packaged as ABX (account-based experience) and sits within a wider offer that includes brand strategy, go-to-market planning, paid media and content.
The ABX service covers the full life of a program: building the team, skills and martech stack, aligning sales and marketing on shared goals, selecting and segmenting accounts, building repeatable programs, orchestrating delivery and measuring engagement and pipeline. It runs 1:1, 1:few, 1:many and deal-based programs, and the agency says it was an early adopter of intent data and B2B customer data platforms for account selection. A proprietary Dynamic Content Engine produces persona-based content for accounts, industries and funnel stages.
ABX case studies on its site include Cloudflare (localized media partnerships and targeted ABM) and Software AG (an end-to-end brand-to-demand program). The agency holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certifications and lists a 2026 REGGIES Catalyst Gold award for Best B2B Campaign.
Best for: global technology brands that need ABX run consistently across several regions and languages, with security certifications that procurement teams will ask about.
42DM is a B2B growth marketing agency for technology companies, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Tenafly, New Jersey, with offices across the US, Portugal and Ukraine and a team of 52. It has a dedicated ABM service and offers account-based demand programs for cybersecurity, regulated tech, data infrastructure and enterprise software companies.
Its ABM page lays out a five-step flow: establish credibility, reveal engaged accounts, turn intent into conversations, build relationships and turn trust into revenue. The work combines intent signal analytics, programmatic advertising, LinkedIn campaigns and AI-based orchestration, with HubSpot automation behind it. 42DM is a HubSpot Gold Certified Partner and shows Influ2, an account-based advertising platform, among its partners.
The agency’s featured ABM case study is for an AI orchestration company moving from open source to enterprise sales. 42DM says it built a target account list from developer intent signals, enriched C-level buyers in the US, UK and DACH, ran multi-market content syndication and set up engagement-based scoring in HubSpot, reporting a 3.7x pipeline lift. Clients named on its site include Payoneer, Zeeto and Lumin.
Best for: growth-stage SaaS, cybersecurity and data companies that want an ABM agency comfortable with technical buyers and a HubSpot-centered stack.
One-to-one programs are built for a handful of strategic accounts or live deals and cost the most per account. One-to-few programs cluster similar accounts by industry or pain point. One-to-many programs use intent data and advertising to cover hundreds or thousands of accounts. Decide which tier matches your deal sizes before you talk to agencies, because some are strongest at deal-based work for enterprise pursuits while others are built to scale programmatic 1:many campaigns.
If you already pay for 6sense, Demandbase or HubSpot’s ABM tools, pick an account based marketing agency that has real experience on that platform, ideally shown through a partner listing or a case study on the platform. A badly configured intent platform produces account scores sales will ignore. If you have no platform yet, ask whether the agency is tech-stack agnostic and how it would run a pilot before you sign a multi-year platform contract.
ABM fails most often because sales is not bought in. Ask how the agency runs account selection with sales leadership, who joins the weekly program meetings and how account insights reach the reps who own those accounts. Good answers include joint planning workshops, shared account plans and agreed follow-up rules when an account shows buying signals.
Account-based programs take longer to show revenue than lead generation. Agree up front on leading indicators (account engagement, buying group coverage, meetings with target accounts) and lagging ones (pipeline created, win rate, deal size, sales cycle length) and on when each should move. Be cautious of ABM agencies that only report impressions and clicks, and ask to see a sample report from a current client.
Selling cybersecurity to CISOs is different from selling logistics software to operations directors. Ask for case studies with named clients, the number of target accounts and the pipeline or revenue result, and check that at least one is close to your buyer, deal size and sales cycle. The agencies above with published numbers on their own sites give you a good baseline for what a credible case study looks like.
For most teams, yes. A pilot on 15 to 50 accounts over one or two quarters will show whether the agency’s account selection, messaging and sales coordination work in your business before you scale. Agree in advance what success looks like and what happens next if the pilot hits its targets, so the program does not stall while budgets are renegotiated.
The strongest ABM agencies share a few traits: they treat ABM as a core practice rather than an add-on, they publish results tied to named accounts and pipeline, and they know how to make sales and marketing work from the same account list. Dedicated specialists such as strategicabm, Agent3 and The ABM Agency suit teams that want ABM done in depth, while larger B2B agencies such as TMP and Transmission fit global brands that need account-based programs alongside brand and media.
Start by deciding which ABM tier you need and which platform you will run it on, then shortlist two or three account-based marketing agencies with proven work in your market. If your program is part of a wider growth plan, our guide to the top B2B SaaS marketing agencies is a useful next read.
