LinkedIn is the most precise paid channel most B2B teams have, and also one of the most expensive. Clicks routinely cost several times what they do on other networks, so the gap between a well-run account and a sloppy one shows up fast in cost per opportunity. That is why a growing number of companies hand the platform to LinkedIn ads agencies that do little else: teams that know how to build account lists, structure Thought Leader Ads and Conversation Ads, feed conversions back through LinkedIn’s Conversions API, and tie spend to pipeline rather than form fills.
This list focuses on agencies with a clear LinkedIn specialism. We start with the LinkedIn-first specialists, then move to B2B paid media teams that run LinkedIn as a core channel alongside search, Meta or content. For each one we checked the agency’s own site for the service, the clients it names and the results it publishes. If you are comparing LinkedIn against wider paid search programs, our roundup of the top PPC agencies in 2026 covers the search side, and our list of top B2B demand generation agencies covers firms that run full-funnel programs.
Partner and certification wording below follows what each agency states about itself. LinkedIn runs both a Marketing Partner program and a newer agency certification, and we note which one each agency claims.
| Company | Headquarters | Best For | Core Services |
| B2Linked | Lehi, Utah, USA | Companies that want a LinkedIn-only specialist | LinkedIn Ads account management, consulting and training |
| Impactable | San Antonio, Texas, USA | Growth-stage B2B teams that want flat monthly pricing | LinkedIn Ads, Conversions API setup, founder-led content, outreach |
| Abe | Orange, California, USA | B2B tech companies measuring LinkedIn against revenue | LinkedIn and paid social, Conversation Ads, ABM, creative |
| Understory | Atlanta, Georgia, USA | Startups with founders willing to post on LinkedIn | Thought Leader Ads, LinkedIn content, paid media, GTM engineering |
| Upgrow | San Diego, California, USA | Tech companies that want every LinkedIn format tested | LinkedIn Ads, Google and Microsoft Ads, landing page CRO |
| Getuplead | Barcelona, Spain | B2B SaaS teams in Europe and North America | LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM campaigns |
| Linkedist | Vilnius, Lithuania | Companies that want ads and organic LinkedIn under one roof | LinkedIn ads, company page content, personal branding, workshops |
| Sculpt | Iowa City, Iowa, USA | Brands pairing paid social with employee advocacy | B2B paid social, organic social, executive and employee social |
| Hey Digital | Tallinn, Estonia | B2B SaaS companies running several paid channels | LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Reddit Ads, creative, landing pages |
| Gripped | London, UK | UK and European software companies | LinkedIn Ads, paid search, ABM, SEO, websites |
The first four agencies treat LinkedIn as their main or only paid channel. The rest are B2B paid media teams where LinkedIn is a core part of a wider program.
B2Linked is about as specialized as this category gets. Its homepage says plainly that “LinkedIn Ads is all we do,” and it has been that way since founder AJ Wilcox left his previous job in 2014 to start the agency. Wilcox began advertising on LinkedIn in 2011, wrote the LinkedIn Learning course “Advertising on LinkedIn,” and hosts a long-running podcast on the platform, so the agency’s know-how is well documented in public.
The agency offers two things: ongoing account management and consulting or training for in-house teams. B2Linked describes itself as an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner and says it has spent more than $150 million on the platform, audited more than 800 LinkedIn Ads accounts and managed five of LinkedIn’s top ten spending ad accounts. Its site carries testimonials from marketing leaders at Plannuh, Flourish and Qualio, including one who says opportunity creation and marketing-sourced revenue “rely heavily on the success of this channel.”
Pricing is published: account management starts at $3,000 a month, according to its contact page. That makes it accessible to mid-market companies, though the depth of the team is best used by accounts with meaningful monthly spend.
B2Linked suits companies that already know LinkedIn is their main paid channel and want a specialist that will not drift into SEO or brand work. If you need search, Meta and LinkedIn run as one program, look further down this list.
Impactable is a B2B LinkedIn ads agency founded by Justin Rowe, who started the business in 2020 under the name LinkNLearn. LinkedIn sits at the center of what it calls its demand intelligence system, with paid search, programmatic display and outreach built around it. The agency lists itself as a LinkedIn Marketing Partner, says it was part of LinkedIn’s first cohort of certified agencies, and holds a separate certification for LinkedIn’s Conversions API (CAPI), which matters for any team trying to send offline pipeline data back to the platform.
Its published proof is specific. The agency cites a Lacework program that it says delivered 6X ROI on LinkedIn ad spend, 50% faster sales velocity, 40% more qualified leads and 30% lower cost per lead, and notes that LinkedIn published the case study. It also points to HeyReach, where it reports a 20X return on the LinkedIn ads it runs. Impactable says it has managed more than $50 million in B2B ad spend across more than 200 campaigns.
Unusually for this space, Impactable publishes flat monthly fees on its LinkedIn ads page: $3,000 for its Core plan, $4,500 for Growth and $6,000 to $12,000 for Scale, plus a $1,500 one-time option and a 35-point account audit. It has industry pages for SaaS, cybersecurity and financial services.
Impactable is a strong fit for growth-stage B2B companies that want predictable pricing, proper conversion tracking and a team that also helps founders build an organic LinkedIn presence.
Abe calls itself a LinkedIn ads agency specializing in what it terms Customer Generation, a method that judges paid social by revenue rather than lead volume. Its site states that “paid social advertising is all we do.” Abe was founded by Garrett Mehrguth, who also leads Directive, the B2B tech marketing firm where the Customer Generation approach originated, so buyers get a dedicated LinkedIn team with an established methodology behind it.
The service menu covers the full set of LinkedIn formats: Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads, Document Ads, video and CTV ads, Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn creative and account-based marketing. Abe names clients including TigerConnect, Supermetrics, Arctic Wolf, Skillable, Zapproved, Giftbit and Impelix, and says it has worked with more than 150 brands.
Several results are published with figures. According to its site, TigerConnect saw a 31% increase in paid leads and a 111% rise in LinkedIn-driven website visits on a 15% increase in spend, Giftbit doubled MQLs over a 15-day period with a third of them advancing to sales opportunities, and Impelix produced 48 MQLs in a quarter at a cost per MQL of about $446. The agency says it reduces cost per lead by an average of 45%.
Abe suits B2B tech companies with finance-minded leadership that want LinkedIn spend modeled against CAC and pipeline, and that prefer a paid social specialist over a full-service shop.
Understory is built around a simple idea: on LinkedIn, posts from real people often outperform company ads. The agency, co-founded by Alex Fine and Ali Yildirim, runs paid media, LinkedIn content and GTM engineering “as one integrated system,” which in practice means writing and growing founder and executive content, then putting paid budget behind the posts that work through Thought Leader Ads. Its site shows a LinkedIn Ads Certified badge.
Its published Thought Leader Ads case study for RB2B is one of the more detailed in the category. The agency says it built the program from 25 organic posts by RB2B’s founder, split across four personas, and reports a video click-through rate of roughly 20%, a blended cost per free signup of about $22 and more than 100 comments on the ads. Understory names clients including Clay, Zapier, Expensify, HockeyStack, RB2B, Worldpay and RemoFirst, and says it has served more than 100 B2B companies.
Client testimonials on its site add color: Hiver’s Chief Growth Officer says the agency booked more than 30 demos in its first six weeks after an earlier LinkedIn program had produced no return. Understory also says it ranked No. 140 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list.
It is the best fit here for startups and scale-ups whose founders are willing to post regularly and want that personal reach turned into a paid acquisition channel.
Upgrow is a San Diego paid media agency that has built much of its reputation on LinkedIn. Its LinkedIn ads page describes the agency as a LinkedIn Marketing Partner Agency with access to LinkedIn resources, betas and support, and says its position among the top tier of LinkedIn-managed budgets brings a dedicated account rep and early access to new features.
The format coverage is broad. Upgrow lists Sponsored Content, Thought Leader Ads, Conversation Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Dynamic Spotlight Ads, Event Ads, Document Ads and LinkedIn Audience Network expansion, backed by audience targeting, ad copy and design, landing page CRO and lead routing into CRM and Slack. It also runs Google, Microsoft, Meta, X and Reddit campaigns, so LinkedIn can sit inside a larger budget.
Upgrow’s case studies feature B2B tech names including Split Software, Orca Security, e2open and InfluxData. The agency reports that Split Software saw a sevenfold increase in sales leads from combined Google and LinkedIn campaigns with new landing pages, and says its work has improved cost per lead by 20% to 90% across clients. It also offers a results guarantee on new engagements.
Upgrow suits technology companies that want a LinkedIn advertising agency able to test the newer formats quickly and also own the landing pages those ads send traffic to.
Getuplead is a B2B SaaS paid media agency based in Barcelona that works fully remote with clients mainly in North America, Europe and Australia. Founded by Kamel Ben Yacoub and Katia González, it pitches a senior-only model: its about page says “No juniors. No interns,” and describes the team as former marketing directors with more than a decade in B2B SaaS.
LinkedIn and Google Ads are its two channels. On LinkedIn, the agency names Document Ads and Thought Leader Ads among the formats it runs and offers ABM campaigns for companies with defined account lists. Its site shows a certified LinkedIn marketing partner badge, and it publishes a detailed guide to Thought Leader Ads, which is a useful signal of hands-on experience with the format.
Getuplead lists Siemens, NTT DATA, Adobe, Snowflake, Sealed Air, StaffCircle, Amenitiz and Kayrros among the companies it has worked with and says more than 80 B2B tech firms trust it. One published case study for a security analytics software company reports that, over four months, LinkedIn Ads produced 77% more leads than the previous 11 months of Google Ads on 79% less budget.
It is a good option for European or international SaaS companies that want a small senior team and a clear view of how LinkedIn compares with search in their own funnel.
Linkedist is a Lithuanian agency that works on one platform. It describes itself as a digital marketing agency “helping business and people grow with the power of LinkedIn” and says it has spent more than seven years doing so. The service list covers LinkedIn advertising, company page content, personal branding for executives, account audits, sales integration and team workshops, with newer work in ChatGPT ads and AI search visibility.
Its client list leans toward European tech and enterprise brands. The agency shows logos for Accenture, Omnisend, Surfshark, Oxylabs, Cujo AI, NFQ, Cloudvisor, Teva, LEGO and SEB, and carries testimonials from companies including Exacaster and Girteka. Published case studies focus on combined organic and paid programs: for Cloudvisor, the agency reports a two-year engagement covering 225 posts, 10 ad campaigns and more than 2,000 new followers.
That mix is the point of Linkedist. Rather than treating paid campaigns in isolation, it builds the company page and executive profiles that ads then amplify, which is close to how Thought Leader Ads work best in practice.
Linkedist suits European companies, and teams selling into the Baltics and Nordics, that want one partner for both organic LinkedIn presence and paid campaigns, along with training for their own staff.
Sculpt has been running B2B social media since 2012, which in its own words means “explaining social to CFOs.” The Iowa City agency, which describes itself as a global team with a local HQ, covers B2B paid social, organic social, B2B influencer marketing and employee and executive social. Its site states that it is a LinkedIn Ads Certified Agency.
What sets Sculpt apart is the advocacy side. Its employee and executive social service includes playbooks, workshops, content creation and advocacy enablement, which gives a paid team plenty of authentic posts to promote. The agency also publishes an in-depth guide to LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, the format that turns those employee posts into paid placements.
Sculpt names clients including Monotype, KnowBe4, Remote, Blend, Netscout, Loom and Schneider Electric. Its case studies include paid social and video work for ICR Iowa that it says generated hundreds of leads, sales and marketing alignment for Collective Data, and social creative for Remote and Blend. A senior social strategist at Monotype praises its “proactive approach and deep understanding of social media trends.”
Sculpt is the pick for B2B brands that see LinkedIn as part of a wider social program and want paid campaigns, organic content and employee advocacy run by one team.
Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS performance marketing agency registered in Estonia and founded in 2019. It handles strategy, creative, experimentation and reporting across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit and Bing, with ABM, video ads and landing page design as supporting services. LinkedIn is one of its anchor channels for reaching buying committees that search ads alone miss.
The agency’s niche is tight: it says it has worked with more than 200 B2B SaaS companies and manages more than $2.3 million in monthly ad spend for them. That focus means its creative and testing playbooks are built for software buyers, trial and demo funnels, and product-led motions rather than general lead generation.
Its published case studies name PostHog, Rosie and Toggl. The agency reports that Toggl cut ad spend by 52% while deal value rose 159%, and that PostHog saw an 18.5% increase in cloud conversions with a 17% lower CPA. These are program-wide results rather than LinkedIn-only figures, which reflects how Hey Digital works: LinkedIn is planned alongside the other paid channels, not in a silo.
Hey Digital suits SaaS companies that want a B2B LinkedIn ads agency able to run the rest of the paid mix too, with creative produced in-house.
Gripped is a London B2B agency founded in 2017 that works only with software companies. Its services span demand generation, ABM, paid search and social, SEO, GEO and website design, and it says it judges work by pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics. It has run LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS and tech clients since its launch.
Gripped says it is a LinkedIn Ads Certified Agency and one of the first to earn the certification through LinkedIn’s pilot program, which it joined in December 2025. The certification covered LinkedIn Ads fundamentals, marketing strategy, content and creative design, and measurement. Its FAQ notes that its LinkedIn work includes Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads and Lead Gen Forms. The agency is also a HubSpot Partner and a Google Partner, which helps when LinkedIn leads need to flow cleanly into CRM reporting.
Gripped names clients including Ideagen, Epicor, Ravelin, Crownpeak, OneTrust, Searchlight Cyber and Octopus Money. It reports a 108% year-on-year increase in sales opportunities from paid search and social for one client and £1.3 million of new pipeline in a quarter from paid search and social for another.
Gripped suits UK and European software companies that want LinkedIn run as part of a joined-up demand program with search, ABM and SEO.
If LinkedIn takes most of your paid budget, a specialist such as B2Linked, Impactable or Abe will usually know the platform’s quirks better, from bid strategies to audience size limits. If LinkedIn is one of three or four channels, a multi-channel team can shift budget between LinkedIn and search based on what is producing pipeline that month. Decide which problem you are solving before you take calls.
LinkedIn runs a Marketing Partner program and, more recently, an agency certification. Neither is an endorsement of results, and LinkedIn says so. What partner status can offer is access to betas, a dedicated rep and faster support. Ask the agency which status it holds, what it gives them in practice, and check the LinkedIn partner directory yourself.
Cheap LinkedIn leads are easy to buy and often useless. Ask how the agency connects campaigns to your CRM, whether they set up the Conversions API, and which metric they report on first: cost per lead, cost per qualified opportunity or pipeline influenced. A good agency will want access to closed-won data and will push back if you only want to track form fills.
Thought Leader Ads depend on having executives who post consistently, so ask whether the agency also helps produce that content or expects you to supply it. Conversation Ads need careful copy and a clear offer to avoid feeling like spam. Ask for live examples of both formats and the results they produced, not just a list of formats on a services page.
LinkedIn needs enough spend to exit the learning phase and test creative properly. Many specialists start at around $3,000 a month in fees, before media. If your monthly ad budget is small, a fee of that size can eat most of your return. Ask each agency what minimum media spend it recommends and how it would split a test budget across audiences and formats in the first 90 days.
Senior people often run the sales call and junior staff run the account. Ask who your day-to-day strategist will be, how many other accounts they manage, and who produces the creative. Smaller agencies like Getuplead make senior-only staffing part of their pitch, so hold every shortlist candidate to the same question.
The best LinkedIn ads agencies share a few traits: they know the platform’s formats in depth, they connect campaigns to CRM data, and they can show you real client results instead of generic promises. B2Linked, Impactable, Abe and Understory are the strongest LinkedIn-first options, while Upgrow, Getuplead, Hey Digital, Gripped, Sculpt and Linkedist make sense when LinkedIn needs to work alongside search, content or employee advocacy.
Shortlist two or three agencies that match your budget and sales motion, ask each for a sample report and a case study close to your market, and agree on the pipeline metric you will judge them by before you sign.
