Top Databricks Implementation Partners In 2026

Picking from the long list of Databricks partners is harder than it looks. Databricks says its partner network now runs past 6,000 firms, and most of them can stand up a workspace. Far fewer can move a legacy warehouse into Delta Lake without breaking reporting, roll out Unity Catalog across dozens of teams, or put a Mosaic AI agent into production with governance that holds up in an audit.

This list focuses on consulting firms that work as a Databricks implementation partner, meaning they implement the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform as a core practice: lakehouse migrations, Unity Catalog rollouts, data engineering on Delta Lake and Lakeflow, and ML and GenAI work on Mosaic AI. We leaned toward specialists and mid-size firms, checked each company’s own site for its Databricks services, and only cite partner tiers and awards we could source from Databricks announcements or the firm itself. If you are still weighing platforms, our roundup of Snowflake consulting partners covers the other side of that decision, and our list of big data analytics companies covers broader data work.

A note on tiers: Databricks now groups partners into Bronze, Silver, Gold and an invite-only Platinum tier, and Gold requires at least one Brickbuilder specialization. Older announcements use the previous Registered, Select and Elite names. We report whichever label the firm or Databricks published.

    Best Databricks Partners In 2026

The firms below are ordered by depth of Databricks specialization first, then breadth. Award years refer to the Databricks Partner of the Year awards announced at Data + AI Summit.

    1. Lovelytics — Pure-Play Databricks Consultancy With Seven Partner Of The Year Awards

Lovelytics is the clearest example of a firm built around Databricks. Based in Arlington, Virginia, it calls itself “the premier Databricks consulting partner” and says it is “the partner Databricks trusts to implement their platform internally.” It was the first consulting partner to take investment from Databricks Ventures, and its site lists Gold partner status and seven Databricks Partner of the Year awards.

The 2026 awards added two more: Energy and Utilities Partner of the Year and Brickbuilder Partner of the Year. In 2025 it took the Communications, Media and Entertainment award and an Americas business unit award. Its site lists Brickbuilder accelerators including Gridlytics, DocInsights and Geospatial Analytics, and its service list covers data strategy and platform planning, data engineering, governance, migrations, and GenAI with LLMOps and MLOps.

One thing buyers should know: CDW announced in September 2026 that it would acquire Lovelytics for about $525 million, and the Lovelytics site now carries “a CDW Company” in its footer. That brings more scale and procurement options, though it is worth asking how the delivery team and rates will change after integration.

Best for: enterprises in energy, media, healthcare or retail that want a Databricks consulting partner whose entire practice sits on the platform, with industry accelerators ready to adapt rather than build from zero.

    2. Koantek — 2026 Lakebase Partner Of The Year With Automated Migration Tooling

Koantek was founded in St. Louis in 2020 and now runs offices in Mesa, Arizona and Hyderabad, India. Its about page describes it as a Gold Databricks partner with more than 200 people and 10 Databricks Champions, and the company is backed by Databricks Ventures. Databricks named it Lakebase Partner of the Year in 2026, after two 2025 awards: APJ Growth Partner of the Year and Emerging Enterprises and Startups Partner of the Year.

Migration is the core of the practice. Koantek says its automated migration approach covers more than 50 source systems, and its Brickbuilder solutions include X2D, a Unity Catalog solution, and the Ascend family for AI, AI/BI with Genie, and app builds on Databricks Apps and Lakebase. Published case studies include a global gaming company moving 3.6 PB from Snowflake to Databricks and a logistics provider’s Unity Catalog migration.

Freight Tiger is a named client: Koantek reports roughly 50% faster development, around 60% faster processing for major queries, and a 20% cost reduction compared with Snowflake on that project. The firm also lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 attestations, which helps in regulated procurement.

Best for: companies leaving Snowflake, Teradata or another warehouse that want tooling-led migration, and teams starting to build operational apps on Lakebase.

    3. Blueprint Technologies — Unity Catalog Partner Of The Year And Maker Of Lakehouse Optimizer

Blueprint Technologies, based in Bellevue, Washington, says it has been a Databricks partner since 2016 and describes itself as a Gold Consulting Partner. Databricks named it Unity Catalog Partner of the Year in 2025, and the firm also lists a 2024 Data and AI Governance Partner of the Year award and a 2022 Velocity award. That track record makes it one of the few partners whose awards line up directly with governance work.

Its Databricks services cover platform modernization, Unity Catalog migration, migrations from Snowflake and SAP, generative AI through an offering it calls AI Factory, and Databricks center of excellence setups. What sets it apart is Lakehouse Optimizer, its own FinOps product for monitoring and reducing Databricks spend.

IGS Energy is the named reference: the site features its data product manager describing how the company used Lakehouse Optimizer to get the business ready for AI use cases. Other published case studies, unnamed, cover an environmental services company governing consumption and a national telco that cut significant weekly overspend.

Best for: organizations that already run Databricks and now need to tighten governance under Unity Catalog or get compute costs under control.

    4. Aimpoint Digital — Digital Native Partner Of The Year Three Years Running

Atlanta-based Aimpoint Digital has won the Databricks Digital Native Partner of the Year award in 2024, 2025 and 2026. In September 2025 it announced Elite partner status (under the previous tier names), saying it moved from Registered to Select to Elite in under a year. At the time the firm reported that one-third of the company was Databricks certified, with more than 80 certifications, 12 Champions and two MVPs.

Its work spans platform engineering, AI, analytics and strategy, plus an operations research practice that is unusual among Databricks consulting firms. For migrations it offers SQLift, a product it describes as a way to fast-track a move to Databricks.

The firm publishes results without naming clients. According to its site, a global life sciences company cut data processing times by more than 50% with a unified Databricks and dbt framework, a fitness brand gained $6 million in incremental revenue from a marketing analytics platform on Databricks, and a healthtech company’s stalled migration was unblocked with nearly 30 critical pipelines moved to production.

Best for: venture-backed and digital native companies that want senior engineers who can work fast, and teams that need optimization or simulation alongside data engineering.

    5. Entrada — 2026 Genie Partner Of The Year Built Around Industry Solutions

Entrada describes itself as a global Databricks consulting partner focused on industry solutions and business results, and labels itself a Databricks pure-play partner. It is based in San Francisco and says its team includes Databricks MVPs. Databricks named it Genie Partner of the Year in 2026, and one of its engineers, Kelly Zelenko, was named North America Technical Champion the same year.

Services cover data engineering, data strategy and governance, migrations, AI and ML, analytics, support, and training. It packages several offers, including Race to the Lakehouse for migrations, a Unity Catalog program, and Rapid GenAI. The Genie award matters for buyers who want business users asking questions of governed data in plain language, since that depends on clean semantic models and permissions as much as on the AI layer.

Entrada publishes named results on its site: Tealium with a 3x TCO reduction on a next-generation CDP, iTrials cutting patient identification time from 17 hours to 20 seconds, and Copado with 15% revenue growth. It also cites about $15 million in added revenue for a food distribution company.

Best for: mid-size and enterprise companies that want Databricks work tied to a specific business outcome, especially self-service analytics with Genie.

    6. Advancing Analytics — UK Gold Brickbuilder Partner With Six Specializations

Advancing Analytics is based in Exeter and London and focuses its practice on Databricks. Its site describes it as a Gold Brickbuilder Partner with six Brickbuilder specializations and a Databricks Ventures portfolio company. The firm says it employs the only two Databricks MVPs in the UK, along with more than 60 lakehouse-certified developers and ten Databricks Champions.

Its pitch is turning “complex, disconnected systems into governed Databricks platforms.” Services include forward deployed engineering, where its engineers sit inside client teams, as well as managed services, data strategy, data lakehouse builds, and training. The training arm is useful for companies that want to own the platform after go-live rather than rely on a consultancy indefinitely.

Client logos on its site include WPP, Pret, Hershey’s, SEGA, Ageas, Quilter, PureGym and 1st Central, and testimonials reference Saga and Embla Medical. That mix of retail, insurance, media and healthcare suggests broad experience across UK industries.

Best for: UK and European organizations that want a specialist Databricks consulting partner with strong engineering depth and a plan for upskilling in-house teams.

    7. DATAPAO — Gold Partner Working On Databricks Since 2016 With A Training Practice

DATAPAO, founded in 2016, operates from London and Budapest and says its “journey with the leading data platform” goes back to its first year. Its site lists Gold partner status and an EMEA Emerging Partner of the Year award, and says every solution architect, data engineer and data scientist on the team is certified to Databricks standards.

The firm positions itself as a one-stop Databricks partner: designing and delivering production data and AI solutions, leading platform rollouts and solution architecture, handling migrations, and running Databricks certified Spark and data engineering courses. Databricks itself appears among its client logos.

Named project work includes a wind power prediction system for Hydro and a machine learning project on Azure Data Lake for EGIS around rheumatoid arthritis treatment plans. It also describes a center of excellence program for a global energy company, and its client logos include OTP Bank, Schufa, MOL, Gedeon Richter, GetYourGuide and Glencore.

Best for: European enterprises, especially in energy, banking and pharma, that want hands-on engineers plus formal training for their own staff.

    8. Tredence — 2026 Business Transformation Partner Of The Year With 850-Plus Certified Practitioners

Tredence, founded in 2013 and headquartered in San Jose, California, is a larger analytics firm with one of the deepest Databricks benches on this list. Its partner page describes it as a Gold Partner with more than 850 Databricks certified practitioners, more than 20 Champions, and ten Brickbuilder specializations spanning industries, AI, data warehouse migrations, security and governance, and Lakeflow.

Databricks named Tredence Business Transformation Partner of the Year in 2026. In 2025 it won Americas Growth Partner of the Year and Retail and Consumer Goods Partner of the Year. Its accelerators include UnityGO! for Unity Catalog migration, industry kits for manufacturing, retail and telecom under the Atom.ai name, a smart manufacturing command center, and the Sancus data quality accelerator.

Tredence does not name Databricks clients on its partner page, describing them as large companies in retail, CPG, high tech, telecom, healthcare, life sciences, travel and industrials. It has offices in the Bay Area, Chicago, London, Toronto and Bengaluru.

Best for: large retail, CPG and manufacturing companies that need a big certified team and industry-specific AI use cases on top of the lakehouse.

    9. Tiger Analytics — 2026 Retail, Consumer Goods And Travel Partner Of The Year

Tiger Analytics, founded in 2011 and based in Santa Clara, California, is an AI and analytics consultancy with more than 5,000 technologists and consultants across ten countries. Its June 2026 announcement describes it as a Databricks Gold Tier Partner. Databricks named it Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel Hospitality Partner of the Year in 2026, Enterprise AI Partner of the Year in 2025, and the firm also lists a 2024 Migration Partner of the Year award.

The 2026 award recognized two service areas: modernization with AI and ML enablement, and managed data and optimization services. Tiger also offers Tiger DataSphere, a set of accelerators it says add speed and automation to data platform builds.

The firm says it works with Fortune 1000 companies in CPG, retail, insurance, banking, manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, but it does not name Databricks clients publicly. The managed services piece is worth noting for companies that want a partner to run the platform after the build.

Best for: retail, consumer goods and travel companies that want forecasting, pricing and personalization models built and operated on Databricks.

    10. Slalom — Large Consultancy With 11 Databricks Partner Of The Year Awards

Slalom is the one large consultancy on this list. The Seattle firm marked ten years of partnership with Databricks in April 2026 and says it ranks among the top 10 Databricks partners globally. In 2026 Databricks named it Data + AI Platform Partner of the Year and Insurance Partner of the Year, which Slalom says brings its total to 11 Databricks Partner of the Year awards.

Slalom earned Databricks industry specializations in February 2026 across financial services, healthcare and life sciences, media, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and energy, and public sector. It says more than 900 consultants hold Databricks sales badges, and it was a launch partner for Lakebase. Its accelerators include a Unity Catalog Migration Accelerator, Insurance 360, Clinical Data 360 and Lakespeak.

Slalom reports that its Unity Catalog accelerator cut data processing time from two hours to 18 minutes for a Fortune 500 financial services firm and saved more than 40% in costs. With 54 offices in 12 countries, it can staff programs that cross regions and business units.

Best for: large enterprises and insurers that need one firm to handle Databricks alongside broader change management and cloud work.

How To Choose A Databricks Partner

Is Databricks their core practice or one platform among many?

Ask what share of the firm’s data revenue and headcount sits on Databricks. Pure-play firms tend to know the newest features (Lakebase, Genie, Lakeflow) and have direct lines to Databricks product teams. Multi-platform firms can be the better choice if you also run Snowflake, Fabric or BigQuery and want one neutral advisor. Either is fine, as long as you know which you are hiring.

How do I verify a partner’s tier and awards?

Check the Databricks partner directory and the annual Partner of the Year announcements on the Databricks blog. Tier names changed: the current program uses Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, while older press releases mention Registered, Select and Elite. Also ask how many certified engineers and Databricks Champions will actually work on your account, not how many the company employs worldwide.

What does a good migration plan look like?

A credible plan starts with an inventory of jobs, tables, stored procedures and reports, then sorts them by complexity and business priority. Look for automated code conversion with clear limits on what it handles, a parallel run period where old and new results are compared, and a cutover plan for each reporting layer.

Ask for a reference project from the same source platform you are leaving. Moving off Teradata, Snowflake, Hadoop or SQL Server each brings different problems.

How will they handle Unity Catalog and governance?

Unity Catalog is where many Databricks programs stall, because it touches identity, access policies, lineage and data ownership across teams. Ask the partner how they will map existing permissions, who signs off on catalog and schema design, and how they handle workspaces that still use the legacy Hive metastore. Partners with Security and Governance specializations or governance awards usually have a tested playbook.

Can they control Databricks costs after go-live?

Compute spend can climb quickly once more teams start running jobs. Ask how the partner sizes clusters, sets policies and budgets, and reports usage by team. Some firms bring their own FinOps tools or managed services. Either way, cost monitoring should be part of the initial scope rather than a fix six months later.

Will my team be able to run the platform without them?

The best Databricks consulting partners plan their own exit. Look for paired engineering, documentation, and formal training or certification support for your staff. If the proposal is heavy on long-term managed services and light on knowledge transfer, ask why, and price out both options before you sign.

    Conclusion

The strongest Databricks partners in 2026 share a few traits: a practice built around the platform, Brickbuilder specializations that match your industry or workload, and published results from projects like yours. Specialists such as Lovelytics, Koantek, Blueprint and Aimpoint Digital bring depth on migrations, governance and AI, while Tredence, Tiger Analytics and Slalom bring scale for large multi-year programs.

Start with two or three firms whose awards and accelerators fit your use case, ask each for a reference from the same source platform, and compare their plans for governance, cost control and handover.
