Corporate tax has changed how businesses in the UAE plan their finances. Companies must register with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), keep proper records and file an annual tax return, and the rules for free zone companies add further conditions. As BDO notes on its site, the rate is 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, with income below that taxed at 0%. Good corporate tax consultants in Dubai turn those rules into a clear plan.
Look for firms that name the services you need, such as registration, returns, transfer pricing or free zone advice, and that show a real Dubai office. If your tax questions also involve VAT, see our list of business setup consultants in Dubai or browse the Dubai services hub.
Each firm below was checked on its own website. We kept only companies that describe corporate tax services and show a Dubai base, and we mention FTA tax agent status only where the firm publishes it. Fees are in AED. This list is information, not legal or tax advice.

Bestax has its Dubai office at Damac Executive Bay, Tower B, in Business Bay. It publishes its FTA Tax Agency Approval Number (30008692) and Tax Agent Number (20052643) and points clients to the FTA public register to check them, which is the most direct proof of standing any firm on this list offers.
Its corporate tax work covers registration, planning and structuring advice, return filing, refund claims for overpayments, FTA audit management, penalty reconsideration requests and voluntary disclosures. The site also sets out deadlines and penalties, including a late filing charge of AED 500 a month for the first 12 months, then AED 1,000 a month, so check current figures with the FTA.
Bestax suits companies that want a registered agent for the full cycle, from first registration through to a possible FTA audit.
Farahat & Co is based on Rigga Road in Deira and describes itself as a registered tax agent regulated by the FTA. Its corporate tax page lists consultancy, registration, return filing and audit support, as well as transfer pricing and benchmarking analysis.
It goes further than many local firms into international work: cross-border structuring, M&A tax planning, business restructuring, free zone corporate tax advisory, and assessment of exposure to the Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax linked to Pillar Two. It also offers e-invoicing advisory and representation in FTA audits and disputes.
The page lists five named specialist roles, including senior tax consultants and a senior tax agent. Farahat suits companies with intercompany transactions, multinational links or free zone entities needing qualifying income advice.
Grant Thornton’s Dubai main office is at One Central in the Dubai World Trade Centre district. Its tax service list includes corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, international tax and tax due diligence, customs, excise, Pillar Two services and FATCA and CRS compliance.
The breadth suits businesses facing several obligations at once, such as a group with entities in multiple jurisdictions, or a company preparing for a sale where tax due diligence is needed. It works as part of an international network, so engagements tend to be structured and scoped in writing.
The site does not publish fees or a founding year for the Dubai office, so ask for a quote. Grant Thornton fits mid-sized and larger companies that need corporate tax alongside audit, advisory or transaction work.
PKF UAE has its head office at Rolex Tower, Level 18, on Sheikh Zayed Road. The firm says it was established in the UAE in 1976 and cites eight partners and more than 250 staff in the country.
Its corporate tax services are offered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Alongside them it lists transfer pricing, international tax, country-by-country reporting and economic substance regulations support. That mix helps companies whose reporting obligations were already complex before corporate tax arrived.
PKF suits established companies, including free zone entities, that want one adviser across tax, audit and compliance. As with any larger firm, agree the scope and the team in writing, since fees are not listed on the site.
BDO UAE has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and says it has been in the UAE for more than 55 years. Its tax page covers corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing, and notes that an FTA-registered tax agent is part of its team.
The site explains the 9% rate above AED 375,000 and says qualifying free zone entities may be taxed at 0% on qualifying income, subject to conditions. Understanding those conditions is central to free zone planning, because income that does not qualify is taxed at the standard rate.
BDO is also a Ministry of Finance pre-approved e-invoicing service provider. It suits mid-sized businesses that want audit and corporate tax advice together. Confirm the Dubai office address when you enquire, as it is on a separate locations page.
Rizmona is based at The Exchange Tower in Business Bay and says it has operated in Dubai since 2009. Its site lists four corporate tax services: consultation, registration, filing and compliance, and deregistration. It describes its work as aligned with FTA requirements and does not claim tax agent status.
The practical appeal is a short list of clear services for smaller businesses. A new company can register, file its tax return and later deregister with the same firm. The site also reports more than 10,000 clients and a Google rating of 4.8, figures we could not independently check.
Rizmona offers offices in the United Kingdom and Germany as well. It suits SMEs that want straightforward registration and annual filing rather than complex structuring or transfer pricing advice.
BCL Globiz Accounting and Consulting LLC is a mainland Dubai company with its office at Al Moosa Tower 1 on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its own materials describe corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing and company setup services under one roof.
Because it also provides bookkeeping, its corporate tax work can draw on accounts it already maintains, which reduces the risk of mismatches at filing time. The firm publishes prices for VAT filing and monthly accounting packages, and it states that it is not affiliated with any government body.
The site does not say whether it is a registered FTA tax agent, and it advises clients to check any adviser on the FTA register. BCL suits small and growing companies that want accounting and tax handled together by a single provider.
Audit Firms Dubai is operated by AYF Auditing of Accounts L.L.C from Ontario Tower in Business Bay. It publishes its trade licence number (1640668) and a Ministry of Economy and Tourism auditor registration number (LC4837-01).
Its corporate tax services include advisory on taxable income and exemptions, registration on the EmaraTax portal, return filing, transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking, free zone tax planning covering qualifying income and substance, and support during FTA audits and disputes.
The firm states indicative fees: basic advisory from about AED 5,000 and comprehensive corporate tax structuring from AED 50,000. The page does not claim FTA tax agent status. It suits smaller companies that want a ballpark cost before they commit to a consultation.
Avyanco is based on Level 36 of Burj Al Salam Tower in Trade Centre First and has served businesses since 2020. It publishes a DET licence number (909402). Its disclaimer says the company is registered with the FTA, which is different from holding tax agent status, so confirm that if representation matters to you.
Its corporate tax service covers initial registration, annual tax return preparation, optimisation advice and FTA representation, and it refers to qualifying free zone person rules and small business relief. These sit alongside IFRS bookkeeping and management accounts.
The site says annual bookkeeping and VAT packages start from about AED 5,000 for a small startup. Avyanco fits young companies that want their accounts, VAT and annual tax return prepared by the same team.
Only a registered tax agent can represent you before the FTA. Ask for the agent number and check it on the FTA public register. If you only need registration and a tax return, a non-agent firm may still help, but you should know the difference before an audit arises.
Companies register through the FTA online portal and receive a tax registration number. A consultant checks whether your entity type, activities and free zone status are described correctly. Errors at this stage can affect later filings, so ask who reviews the application.
Qualifying free zone entities may be taxed at 0% on qualifying income, subject to conditions, while other income is taxed at the standard rate. A good consultant maps your revenue streams, checks substance requirements and documents the position in writing before you file.
If your company trades with related parties, such as a parent, sister company or director, prices between you may need documentation and benchmarking. Firms such as Farahat & Co, Grant Thornton and PKF list this work. Smaller consultants may not, so ask before you rely on them.
Ask for a written scope that separates registration, the annual return and any advisory time. Published examples run from about AED 5,000 for basic advisory to AED 50,000 or more for structuring. Check whether the quote excludes 5% VAT on the service.
Companies that want a registered agent for the full cycle should look first at Bestax and Farahat & Co, while larger groups with cross-border exposure may prefer Grant Thornton, PKF or BDO. Rizmona, BCL Globiz, Audit Firms Dubai and Avyanco give smaller businesses simpler entry points, some with published prices.
