Most B2B companies hit the same wall at some point: the product works, a few customers love it, and the founders or account executives can no longer carry prospecting on top of closing. Hiring and ramping an in-house SDR team takes months and a lot of management attention. That is the gap lead generation companies fill. They research target accounts, run outbound programs across email, phone and LinkedIn, qualify the replies, and put meetings on your sales team’s calendar.
The category is broad. Some lead generation agencies are large SDR outsourcing operations with hundreds of reps and their own data platforms. Others are focused shops that only work with software vendors, or with local commercial service businesses, or with companies selling into Europe. A few lean on managed email at scale, while others are built around US-based callers. Picking the wrong model is the most common reason outsourced lead generation disappoints, so this list explains what each firm is actually built to do.
To build this list of B2B lead generation companies for 2027, we reviewed each firm’s own website, service pages and published case studies, and cross-checked company details such as headquarters and founding dates against public profiles. We looked for firms that are currently operating, offer outbound pipeline generation as a core service, publish named client results, and have a clear point of view on channels and targeting. No company paid to appear here, and the order reflects our editorial judgment of breadth, evidence and fit for typical B2B buyers.
If you are still deciding whether to outsource at all, our guides to lead generation techniques and finding the right appointment setting partner are useful starting points.

CIENCE is a Denver-based sales development company founded in 2015. It sells a wide menu of pipeline services under one roof: outbound SDR teams, inbound SDR coverage, scaled outbound, local SDR programs, inside sales and appointment setting, delivered over cold email, cold calling and telemarketing. Around that core it offers B2B and audience data, ad management, campaign research, GTM setup and outsourced marketing support.
The breadth is the point. Many buyers end up stitching together a data vendor, an SDR agency and a paid media freelancer. CIENCE lets a team buy those layers from one vendor, which simplifies reporting and handoffs. The company says it has served more than 2,500 clients over more than ten years of booking B2B meetings, and it publishes over 115 case studies. Its homepage sets expectations at 5 to 20 or more qualified meetings per SDR per month depending on industry and target.
Published results include SendBird, with 227 appointments in four months, Mandolin, with 110 qualified meetings in six months against a target of eight per month, and Emulate, with more than 200 appointments with pharma buyers. Logos shown on the site include Okta, Segment, Uber and Instapage. Because the menu is large, buyers should scope carefully which services they actually need so they are not paying for layers their internal team already covers.
Best for: B2B companies that want outsourced SDRs, contact data and paid demand creation from a single partner, and that have the volume to justify a multi-service engagement.
Belkins was founded in 2017 by Vladyslav Podoliako and Michael Maximoff and describes itself as a remote-first company, with offices listed in Dover, Delaware, Colorado, Illinois and London. Its about page says the team reached roughly 300 people by the end of 2022. The service line covers appointment setting, cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation, lead research, account-based marketing, outsourced SDRs and deliverability consulting, plus HubSpot CRM consulting.
Belkins is one of the more transparent firms in the category about outcomes. It frames typical programs at 100 to 400 or more qualified appointments per year and publishes named case studies: IGS with 330 booked appointments in 15 months, Omnicharge with more than 320 appointments in 12 months, Cengage Learning with 145 appointments in nine months, and OpenTeleHealth with 116 appointments in four months. The company also says it has helped clients generate more than $2 billion in revenue.
The deliverability practice matters more than it used to. As mailbox providers tighten sender rules, agencies that send at volume without disciplined domain and inbox management burn through reputation quickly. Belkins treats deliverability as a service in its own right, which is a good sign for programs built heavily on email. Its review profile is large, with a Clutch rating of 4.9 from 230 reviews shown on its site.
Best for: established B2B companies that want a dedicated, multichannel appointment setting team with clear meeting targets and a strong emphasis on email deliverability.
Callbox has been running B2B lead generation since 2004 and is headquartered in Encino, California. Its services include lead generation and appointment setting, SDR outsourcing, demand generation, webinar and event marketing, and account-based marketing. What separates it from most US agencies is international reach: the company runs cross-border and multilingual campaigns in languages including Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Filipino, Portuguese and Spanish, with regional coverage in North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe.
Callbox publishes campaign-level results rather than blanket promises. Examples on its site include a 12-month logistics and supply chain program in the US that produced 146 sales appointments and more than 500 marketing-qualified leads, and a four-month enterprise managed services campaign in North America that produced 70 sales-qualified leads. Client interviews on the site feature Kreller Group, Westernacher Consulting and B2X Global.
The firm combines phone, email and social touches in its programs, and it also runs event and webinar promotion, which suits companies whose sales motion depends on getting buyers into a room or onto a session. Its review ratings sit around 4.5 to 4.6 across Google, Clutch and G2, and Clutch named it a top lead generation company for 2026.
Best for: B2B companies that need to generate pipeline in several regions or languages at once, especially in Southeast Asia and Latin America, alongside North American programs.
Martal Group is a Canadian-founded sales outsourcing firm with offices in Oakville, Ontario, San Francisco, Uniondale, New York and Clermont-Ferrand, France. Its site says it has been in business for 15 years and cites more than 200 onshore sales executives, with about 60 percent in the US, 20 percent in Canada and the rest in the EU and Latin America. Services cover appointment setting, outbound lead generation, cold email, LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, inbound lead qualification and sales training, supported by an AI sales platform the company built.
Martal’s pitch is seniority. Rather than junior SDRs reading scripts, it positions its reps as experienced sales executives who can hold a credible first conversation with technical buyers. That matters for complex products where a weak first call can sink the opportunity. The firm sets realistic monthly funnel expectations on its site: 3,000 to 5,000 prospects targeted, 150 to 200 responses and 20 to 30 qualified leads.
Published results include a financial services program with 880 booked meetings and 3,403 leads over 24 months. Logos and case studies on the site include Bosch, Zoho, Jedox, Clickworker and Awin. Martal’s LinkedIn program uses Sales Navigator to map org charts and decision-makers, and LinkedIn outreach is included in every pricing tier.
Best for: technology, SaaS and industrial tech companies, including European vendors, that want experienced onshore reps to open North American accounts.
SalesRoads was founded in 2007 and lists its office in Boca Raton, Florida. It offers appointment setting, lead generation, outsourced SDR services, inbound appointment setting, account reactivation, outbound calling and email, list building and account-based data. The company stresses that its reps are not offshore and says they bring 5 to 10 years of industry experience, and that new SDR programs can launch in 15 business days.
Each program is staffed with a defined team: dedicated SDRs, a client strategist, a performance coach, an optimization specialist and a research and data team. That structure is useful for buyers who have been burned by agencies where one account manager juggles too many clients. SalesRoads is especially strong with phone-heavy motions, such as selling to local government, MSPs or operations leaders who still answer the phone more readily than they reply to email.
The case study list is detailed. AchieveIt reports 937 appointments with local government and $27 million in total pipeline. Protecht reports 807 opportunities with risk managers. Crewhu reports 298 appointments with MSPs, and Factor Architecture and Engineering reports more than 210 meetings with a 26 percent close rate. The site also lists Paylocity, Quest Diagnostics and Parker Hannifin among its clients.
Best for: B2B companies whose buyers respond best to a well-prepared phone conversation and who want experienced reps rather than a large junior bench.
Abstrakt Marketing Group runs its operation from a single campus at 701 N. 1st Street in St. Louis, Missouri, with more than 500 US-based team members. Its core offer is outsourced outbound BDR teams for local, regional and national selling, with published pricing starting at $5,000 per month. It also sells enterprise SDR teams for Fortune 1000 accounts, an inbound SDR service covering websites, local SEO and blog content from $1,000 per month, and sales collateral production.
Abstrakt’s sweet spot is clear from its case studies. Named clients include Mechanical Service and Systems, Century Facility Services, Schena Roofing and Sheet Metal, Harring Fire Protection and TruSeal America. These are commercial service, construction and industrial companies that sell to facility managers and building owners, a buyer group many SaaS-oriented agencies do not understand. Its proprietary Abstrakt Intelligence platform maps more than 14 million US commercial buildings and monitors more than 200 intent triggers.
At scale, the firm claims more than 100,000 meetings booked a year, around 2,000 clients and more than 17 years on the phones. Published pricing is uncommon in this category and helps buyers budget before a sales call. Ratings shown on the site include 4.8 on Google and 4.6 on Clutch.
Best for: commercial service, construction, facilities and industrial businesses that want a US-based calling team that knows how to reach building owners and operations managers.
Operatix was founded in 2012 and is led by co-founder and CEO Aurelien Mottier. It has offices in London, California, Texas and Singapore, and its positioning is narrow on purpose: it accelerates sales for B2B software vendors. Services include outbound sales development, inbound lead qualification, marketing acceleration, channel acceleration programs that recruit and activate resellers, and SDR recruitment.
That software-only focus shows up in the client list. Logos on the Operatix site include CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Rubrik, Qualys, Axonius, Recorded Future, Trend Micro and project44, which is a heavy concentration of cybersecurity and infrastructure vendors. Those are hard markets to prospect, with skeptical technical buyers and long sales cycles, and an agency that has sold into them repeatedly brings messaging and persona knowledge that a generalist does not.
Operatix says it has a team of more than 300 SDRs and can sell in 22 languages, which is a meaningful advantage for software companies expanding across EMEA and APAC at the same time. The site says more than 800 software vendors have chosen Operatix, and it shows a 4.8 rating from 93 reviews. The channel acceleration service is a less common offer and is worth a look for vendors that sell through partners.
Best for: B2B software and cybersecurity vendors that need multilingual SDR coverage across several regions, or help activating a channel partner program.
Leadium is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and was founded in 2016, according to its Clutch profile. It offers outbound appointment setting, inbound lead qualification with a stated speed to lead of under five minutes, and channel-optimized lead research. Its outreach runs across email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, sales gifting and events, and it also advises on top-of-funnel strategy, deliverability and sales technology implementation.
Leadium leans into the startup market. Its site highlights clients’ total funding and IPOs as proof points, and logos include Segment, People.ai, Veem, Bottomline and SignalWire, with client outcomes listed for Freshworks (Freshdesk) and SharpSpring. The company says it has served more than 500 clients and helped create over $1 billion in opportunities. Some headline figures on its homepage are inconsistent with each other, so ask for current, specific references during evaluation.
The inbound qualification service is a useful complement to outbound. Many early-stage companies lose good inbound leads simply because nobody calls them back within the hour. Having the same partner handle both inbound response and outbound prospecting keeps messaging and CRM hygiene consistent. Clutch lists a minimum project size of $1,000 and an hourly rate under $25, which places Leadium within reach of smaller budgets.
Best for: seed to growth stage startups that need their first repeatable outbound motion plus fast follow-up on inbound demand.
SalesHive started as two people in 2016 and now lists its headquarters in Littleton, Colorado, describing itself as remote-first. Its services include US-based cold calling, an offshore cold calling option staffed in the Philippines, managed email outreach, list building, appointment setting, SDR outsourcing, full sales outsourcing and sales strategy. Each program gets a dedicated strategist who owns targeting and messaging, and an SDR manager who runs coaching sessions.
SalesHive differs from most agencies in that it built its own software stack. The platform includes a power dialer, AI email personalization, a smart inbox, data and list building tools, a CRM and AI agents for research, reply handling and reporting. For clients, that means one environment for activity data and reporting rather than screenshots from five different tools.
The company reports more than 106,000 qualified meetings booked and more than 1,500 client accounts launched, counted from records since 2016. Teams it has worked with include Shopify, Siemens, SimpliSafe, Zoho and Revenue.io. The choice between US-based and Philippines-based callers gives buyers a way to balance cost against the accent and context fit their market needs.
Best for: sales teams that want a calling-heavy outbound program with clear cost tiers and reporting from a single platform.
Sopro was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Brighton and Hove, England, with a US entity in Miami Beach, Florida. It runs a managed prospecting service: Sopro builds the target list, writes and sends the outreach, and routes replies from email and LinkedIn to the client’s team. Around that core it offers buyer intent tracking, website visitor identification that feeds outreach, and live web chat.
Sopro is a different model from the SDR outsourcers above. It does not put a calling team on your account. Instead, it specializes in running large volumes of targeted written outreach on your behalf, which keeps costs predictable for smaller companies. Its site reports more than 22,000 campaigns, over 91 million outreach messages sent and more than 630,000 conversations started, and says it has worked with thousands of businesses.
Testimonials on the site come from Coface, Impact Futures, which reports a deal worth more than £500,000, and fintech firm Moneyinfo, which reports more than 500 leads. Ratings include 4.9 on G2 and 5.0 on Clutch. Because the service is primarily written outreach, it works best for offers that can be explained clearly in a short message and for teams ready to follow up on replies quickly.
Best for: small and midsize B2B firms, particularly in the UK and US, that want a managed email and LinkedIn prospecting program without hiring SDRs.
Start with your buyer, not the agency’s pitch. Facility managers, IT directors and CFOs behave differently. Some still pick up the phone, others live in their inbox, and many technical buyers only respond to peers on LinkedIn. Ask each lead generation agency which channel mix it would use for your exact persona and why, and look for case studies in a similar market. If you plan to lean on email, read our guide to cold email deliverability agencies before you sign.
A “lead” can mean anything from a downloaded list to a confirmed meeting with a decision maker who has budget. Agree in writing on what counts: title, company size, region, and whether a no-show or a rescheduled call is billed. The best B2B lead generation companies welcome this conversation because it protects both sides. Vague definitions are the root of most disputes between clients and agencies.
Ask how many SDRs will be assigned, whether they are dedicated or shared, where they are based, how much experience they have, and who manages them. Ask to meet the strategist or account manager before signing. A senior strategist with a small bench often outperforms a large team with no clear owner, especially for complex products.
Every outbound program is only as good as the list behind it. Ask where contact data comes from, how it is verified, and whether you own the lists and sending domains at the end of the engagement. Agencies with their own data or platforms can move faster, but make sure you can export activity and contacts into your CRM. Our roundup of B2B data and intent data providers explains the main data sources agencies draw on.
Most programs need a few weeks for research, list building, messaging and domain warm-up before meetings start to land, and a full quarter before the numbers stabilize. Be wary of firms that promise large meeting counts in the first two weeks. Ask what the first 90 days look like, which metrics are reported weekly, and what happens if targets are missed.
A lead generation company finds and engages potential buyers on your behalf. In B2B, that usually means building a target account and contact list, running outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn, qualifying responses, and booking meetings for your sales team. Some also handle inbound lead follow-up, paid ads or event promotion.
Pricing varies by model. Monthly retainers for a dedicated SDR program commonly start in the low thousands of dollars per month, and Abstrakt, for example, publishes outbound BDR pricing from $5,000 per month. Some firms charge per appointment or per lead. Retainers are more predictable, while pay-per-meeting can create pressure to book low-quality calls, so read the qualification terms carefully.
An agency is usually faster to launch and easier to scale up or down, and it brings tested processes and tools. An in-house team builds deeper product knowledge and keeps institutional learning. Many companies use an agency to prove a market or segment, then hire internally once the playbook works. Our guide to outsourced SDR companies covers this decision in more depth.
Lead generation focuses on capturing and converting specific prospects into conversations now, mostly through direct outreach. Demand generation builds awareness and interest over time through content, ads and brand programs, so that more buyers are ready when sales reaches out. The two work best together. See our list of B2B demand generation agencies for the other half of the equation.
The right lead generation company depends on who you sell to and how they like to be reached. CIENCE and Belkins suit companies that want a broad, multichannel program with a lot of supporting infrastructure. Callbox and Operatix stand out for multilingual and international coverage. Martal Group and SalesRoads emphasize experienced, onshore reps. Abstrakt is built for commercial service businesses, Leadium and SalesHive for startups and calling-heavy motions, and Sopro for smaller teams that want managed written outreach.
Shortlist two or three firms whose case studies look like your market, insist on clear lead definitions and transparent reporting, and plan for a full quarter before judging results. If LinkedIn is your main channel, our companion list of LinkedIn lead generation agencies covers specialists in that channel.
