Picking an app development company in Dubai is as much about delivery model as price. Some studios are large, in-house teams with a long client list, others are web agencies that also build apps, and a few are regional offices of bigger offshore groups. A mobile app development company in Dubai should show a local address, the platforms it builds for, and examples you can open on your own phone.
We checked each firm’s own website for a Dubai base and for iOS and Android app development in Dubai, or cross-platform services. Firms that only list Dubai as a marketing target, or whose pages showed no Dubai presence, were left out. Client counts, team sizes and revenue figures below are the firms’ own claims, so treat them as starting points for questions rather than proof.
If your app needs a website, a backend or search visibility, see our software development companies list, web design agencies list or the Dubai services hub.

DXB APPS lists its Dubai office at ETA Star, Al Manara Tower in Business Bay. Its website covers native Android and iOS development, cross-platform builds in Flutter and React Native, progressive web apps and Arabic right-to-left UI and UX design. It also lists AI and machine learning, AR and VR, blockchain, super app, on-demand and wearable app work, plus modernisation, maintenance and API integration. The studio says it has built apps since 2012, has delivered more than 700 apps and runs a 100 per cent in-house team of over 100 people. It displays client logos that include UAE government bodies. These are its own claims and the site is inconsistent on its years in business. DXB APPS suits companies that want a Dubai-based team with bilingual interface experience and a broad technical menu, from consumer apps to enterprise tools.
Code Brew Labs lists a Dubai office on Level 18 of the Dubai World Trade Centre Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its website lists native iOS and Android development, Flutter and React Native, progressive web apps and enterprise web applications, with industry apps for food delivery, fintech, healthcare, fitness and ecommerce. The company says it has more than 13 years of experience, over 200 technology professionals and work in more than 30 countries, and it mentions several Clutch recognitions for UAE app and AI development. Some of its headline figures are inconsistent between pages, so ask for named references rather than relying on the totals. Code Brew Labs suits startups and mid-sized companies that need a full product team for an on-demand, marketplace or fintech style app, and that want a sizeable studio with a Dubai office.
ParamInfo lists its Dubai office at The Burlington Tower in Business Bay. Its website places mobile application development under product development, alongside web application development and UI and UX design. The page gives little detail on the mobile offering itself, so ask for platform and framework specifics. The company says it has 16 years in business, 600 technical experts, 100 clients and 200 project deliveries across five global markets. Those numbers are its own. ParamInfo suits businesses that want a larger outsourcing-style partner with a Dubai address for contracts and meetings, particularly where the app sits alongside web platforms and design work. Because its site is light on app case studies, request recent mobile examples, the team that would work on your project and how delivery is split between Dubai and offshore staff.
Mobiiworld lists its Dubai office at Office 104, Building 5, Green Community DIP. Its website names web development, native mobile app development and CMS and digital experience platform development among its services. The partner credentials shown are Acquia Elite Partner and Progress Sitefinity Certified Partner, plus award logos that do not name a platform. The site focuses on enterprise-style builds. That points to a team suited to organisations whose app must connect to a content platform, portal or existing enterprise systems, rather than simple consumer apps. The site gives little detail on iOS and Android specifics, so ask which languages and frameworks it uses, how releases are managed and who owns the source code. Mobiiworld is worth a look for corporate projects that blend mobile with web.
Ignite Technologies says it is based in Dubai, though its website gives no street address, so confirm the office on a first call. Its services include iOS and Android app development, web design and ecommerce, AI-powered software, branding and design, IT consultancy and digital marketing. The company reports six years in business, and its FAQ says small AI-powered apps may start from AED 15,000, with a standard mobile app taking two to three months and larger platforms six to nine months. It names clients including Multibank Group, L’Oreal, Al Fattan, DP World and Toyota; we did not verify the scope of that work. Ignite suits startups, SMEs and UAE organisations that want published ballpark prices and timelines before they brief a studio, and a team that can add AI features to the app.
WebCastle Technologies lists its Dubai office at DAMAC Executive Bay in Business Bay. Its mobile pages describe both native and hybrid app development for iOS, Android or both, and explain that native suits high-performance, feature-rich apps while hybrid is faster and cheaper across platforms. The company describes its mobile service as running since 2008 and mentions more than 100 employees and branches in India, the USA and Qatar. Several counters on the page show placeholder zeros, so do not rely on its client totals. It also lists web and ecommerce development, which can help if your app needs a matching website or store. WebCastle suits businesses that want guidance on native versus hybrid before committing, and that value an agency with a long track record in the city. Ask for named app references.
Digital Gravity lists its Dubai office at The Curve Building on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its homepage describes mobile app development as native and cross-platform iOS and Android apps, without further technical detail. The agency is better known for web, Shopify and ecommerce work, where its pages list migrations, integrations, theme development and support. It claims more than 500 clients and over 1,500 projects, with inconsistent figures for its years of experience. As a full-service digital agency, it suits businesses that want one team to handle an app together with a website, online store and marketing, rather than a pure app specialist. If you need a complex app, ask which developers would build it, which frameworks they use and for live apps in the stores that you can download and test.
Diginix AI IT Solutions lists its Dubai address at Al Moosa Tower 1 on Sheikh Zayed Road, and its website lists a Dubai mainland entity founded in 2020 alongside an India entity founded in 2013. Mobile app development is one of several services, together with AI agent development, web solutions, outsourcing and consulting on data strategy. It states that it is an official Odoo partner for ERP implementation and claims more than 600 projects. The site does not say whether it builds for iOS, Android or both, and names no frameworks, so confirm platform coverage directly. Diginix suits companies that want an app connected to AI agents, automation or an ERP such as Odoo, rather than a standalone consumer app. Ask for mobile case studies, since the site focuses mainly on AI.
Ask whether the studio builds native apps in Swift and Kotlin, or cross-platform apps in Flutter or React Native, and why. Native often suits performance-heavy apps, while cross-platform can cut cost for simpler products. A good company explains the trade-off for your app instead of defaulting to one stack, and will name who owns the source code. Ask to see apps built on each stack.
Many Dubai apps serve both Arabic and English users, which means right-to-left layouts, translated content and testing on real devices. Ask for live apps with bilingual interfaces, and whether translation is included in the quote. It is far cheaper to plan Arabic support at design stage than to add it after launch, because layouts, fonts and icons often need rework. Ask whether your testers will check both languages.
The UAE has a federal Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and some sectors have further rules on where data may be stored. Ask the company where servers will sit, how user consent is recorded and who is responsible for security. Regulated sectors such as health and finance may need extra approvals before launch, so raise this early with your legal adviser.
Quotes vary widely. Check whether design, backend, admin panel, testing, app store submission and post-launch fixes are included, and whether prices are in dirhams with VAT stated. Fixed-price scopes protect your budget but make changes costly. Time-and-materials work is flexible but needs tight reporting, so ask how progress is shown each sprint and how scope changes are priced. Request a milestone-based payment plan.
Make sure the contract gives you ownership of the code, designs and developer accounts, or at least a clear licence. Publish under your own Apple and Google accounts rather than the studio’s. Ask about maintenance, how updates for new iOS and Android versions are priced, and what happens if you move to another supplier, including handover of documentation and credentials.
The best app development company in Dubai for you depends on the product. DXB APPS and Code Brew Labs show the broadest published app services among the firms here, ParamInfo and Mobiiworld lean towards enterprise and platform work, and agencies such as Digital Gravity and WebCastle suit businesses that want an app alongside a website or store.
Shortlist two or three, ask to download live apps and check who owns the code and developer accounts. For wider technical help, our Shopify agencies list and the Dubai services hub are useful next steps. Whichever studio you choose, put ownership, support terms and delivery milestones in writing before work starts.
