Europe’s fintech calendar is crowded, and the events serve very different audiences. Some are built for merchants and payment service providers negotiating acceptance deals, some for transaction bankers working on clearing and settlement, and some for founders and investors looking for the next funding round.
This guide covers the events worth planning around in 2027. We checked each organizer’s official site for 2027 dates and venues. Where 2027 dates are not yet published, we list the most recent verified edition so you can plan around the usual timing.
One note on Sibos: the organizer has confirmed Singapore for 2027 and Paris for 2028, so it does not appear on this European list for 2027.

FinovateEurope is known for its short, live product demos, where fintech companies show working technology on stage rather than giving slide presentations. The demos are paired with expert talks and networking among bankers, investors and fintech vendors.

Point Zero Forum and the Innovate Finance Global Summit offer strong access to regulators and policy makers. Money20/20 Europe, PAY360 and FinovateEurope are more commercial. If your roadmap depends on regulation, weight your calendar toward policy-heavy events.
London hosts several events in 2027, which suits UK-focused teams. For continental Europe, Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Zurich and Paris each host a major event. Choose by where your customers and partners are based, not only by event size.
At large events, the value comes from scheduled meetings rather than walking the floor. Use the attendee app, reach out to target accounts weeks in advance, and set a clear goal for qualified conversations per day.
Money20/20 Europe remains the anchor of the European fintech year, but specialist events often deliver more focused value. MPE and MRC serve merchants and risk teams, EBAday serves banks and infrastructure, and PAY360, IFGS and Open Banking Expo give a strong view of the UK market.
Several organizers have not yet announced 2027 dates, so confirm details on each official site before booking travel. Choose events by audience and market fit, and book meetings early.
