The best reverse recruiting agencies do the slow, repetitive parts of a job search for you: they find suitable openings, tailor and submit applications in your name, contact hiring managers and recruiters, and report back on what is working. The strongest services in this young category also make it easy to see what you are paying for, with published prices, clear guarantee terms and a record of every application sent. The weaker ones hide pricing until a sales call and promise outcomes no outside service can control.
This list covers reverse recruiting services for all career levels, from early-career professionals to senior leaders. Every service was checked against its own website for what it actually does on your behalf, who it is built for, how it charges and how its guarantee is worded, and the ranking rewards breadth of service and transparency. If you are new to the model, start with our guide to what reverse recruiting is and whether it is worth it, and see the executive search hub for how candidate-paid services differ from firms that employers pay.

Find My Profession has offered reverse recruiting since 2015, when founder and CEO Mike Podesto launched it to advocate only for job seekers. It is one of the few services that publishes its whole team structure: its site lists 15 reverse recruiters, two reverse recruiting managers, an onboarding specialist, a certified interview coach and a certified salary negotiation specialist, and it states that its recruiters are 100% US based with recruiting experience.
The scope is the broadest on this list. Every client gets a rewritten resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letter, then the team identifies openings, submits applications you approve, researches hiring managers and writes and sends networking messages to decision makers on your behalf. One interview coaching session a month, salary negotiation support and unlimited messaging with a career coach are included. Pricing is published in full, and the firm’s guarantee offers continued service at no extra monthly fee if eligible clients do not reach five qualifying interviews or an accepted offer within four months.
Career Lander suits job seekers who are not yet sure how much help they need, because it publishes two distinct services side by side. The Career Launch tier focuses on applications: the team finds and applies to around 100 roles a month depending on how many strong fits exist, rebuilds your resume and LinkedIn with a certified professional resume writer, applies within 24 hours of a role being posted and automatically excludes your current and past employers.
The 60-Day Placement Accelerator is a fully managed search for people targeting roles from about $100,000 to $500,000 and up. It adds a dedicated career search manager who is a former recruiter, a customized resume for each role, targeted networking at your top companies, direct email and LinkedIn outreach to hiring managers and recruiters, daily inbox management, an executive career coach, mock interviews, weekly strategy calls and help writing negotiation scripts. The site states there is no salary fee on either tier.
Careerify is built around transparency of output. A dedicated human recruiter finds matching roles and submits every application, and each submission appears in your dashboard so you can check the role, company and date. Plans are sold in recruiter hours, with the company stating that one hour equals roughly five targeted applications, and paid hours do not expire even after you cancel.
It is also one of the few services that lets you try before paying: a five-day trial includes a few hours of real recruiting with nothing charged on day one, and the company publishes a written application delivery guarantee. The trade-off is depth. Careerify says plainly on its own site that it does not offer coaching or salary negotiation, and resume and LinkedIn rewrites are bundled only on its higher plans, so it suits people who mainly need applications sent rather than a career strategist.
Reverse Recruiting Agency was formally launched in April 2024 by Alex Shinkarovsky, who says he refined its outreach system during his own career changes. Its focus is direct outreach rather than application volume: the site says 25% of the jobs its clients secure come through LinkedIn InMail, and it targets two to three meetings a week. It describes its clients as the top 20% of the US workforce.
Its pricing is unusual and fully published. Clients pay a monthly fee plus a success fee of 10% of first-year salary on accepting a job, and the first month’s fee is refunded once you are hired. The monthly fee is refundable within 30 days if you are unhappy, and the site advertises nine interviews in your first three months or your money back. Because guarantee wording differs from page to page across many services in this market, ask for the version that will appear in your contract.
Top Prospect Careers is deliberately small. Its reverse recruiting program is aimed at directors through C-level professionals, top performers and key contributors in the US and Canada, and the work is handled by its two reverse recruiters, Brad and Dan. One of them sets up a shared email account in your name and uses it to apply for roles from start to finish, with tailored resumes and cover letters each week.
Beyond applications, the team networks with executive search firms, headhunters, recruiting companies and staffing organizations on your behalf. The pricing model is distinctive: the standard monthly fee declines the longer the search runs, on the reasoning that the heaviest work happens at the start, and an alternative option combines a lower monthly fee with a success fee that credits what you have already paid. Both structures are published on the firm’s own site, which earns it a place this high on a transparency ranking.
Scale.jobs, operated by Hire Science Inc. with a US office in Woodstock, Georgia and operating offices in Gurugram, India, sells human-submitted applications rather than a managed search. Its packs are one-time purchases, from 500 applications with one human assistant to 1,100 applications with all premium add-ons included, and its middle tier adds job finding as well as applying.
The company argues that people can complete custom career portals and long multi-step forms that automated tools skip. That makes it a practical choice for candidates in high-volume markets who know their targets and want hours back, with the clear caveat that an assistant filling forms is not the same as a recruiter running outreach to hiring managers. There is no subscription, which keeps the cost predictable and easy to compare.
Career Agents is a founder-led service started by Steven Mostyn, who describes himself as a career strategist and author. Its reverse recruitment offering combines done-for-you applications, which the site describes as eight or more a day managed by real experts, with a strategic outreach campaign to recruiters and hiring managers that covers targeted messaging, connection requests and follow-ups.
The firm frames its service around an offer guarantee: its homepage refers to a seven-month window with either 50% of the fee returned or six more months of service free, subject to eligibility requirements. Career Agents also offers outplacement services for employers. Its package prices were not displayed on the pages we checked, which costs it some ground on transparency, so ask for the full fee schedule and the written refund policy before committing to a long engagement.
WeAreCareer is a New York based career advancement company that says it has worked with more than 3,000 professionals and supports over 150 companies with outplacement. Rather than a pure reverse recruiting subscription, it sells structured programs: Career Bootcamp, Career Exec+ for senior individual contributors, managers, directors and VPs, and Career Accelerator, which is limited to tech sales and go-to-market professionals.
Its executive program pairs you with a dedicated career mentor, three coaching sessions and ongoing Slack support, alongside done-for-you job applications. The executive page advertises a job offer or a minimum of 10 unique interviews, or the team continues applying for free. This mix suits people who want coaching to sharpen their positioning as well as hands-on application support, though program prices were not shown on the pages we checked.
My Personal Recruiter was founded by Adam Fineberg in 2023 and is based in Miami, Florida, serving clients nationwide. It specializes in executives, directors and senior professionals earning $100K or more, and the site describes a team that includes a reverse recruiter with connections to executive recruiting firms, a certified career coach focused on senior leadership transitions, resume and LinkedIn optimization, and a dedicated customer success manager.
Its pricing page states that if you do not secure a job offer within six months of active participation, services continue at no extra charge. It ranks lower here only because its pricing page did not display plan prices when we checked, so you will need a consultation to compare cost. For senior candidates who value a coach and a recruiter working together, it is worth that call.
ReverseHire offers a simpler version of the model. Its site says the team applies to hundreds of jobs and reaches out to recruiters for you, handling applications, networking and outreach so that you can focus on interviews. The founder’s note on the homepage explains the service grew out of personal experience of a frustrating job search.
It is the least documented service on this list. Pricing is not published on the site and the scope is described in general terms, so it suits candidates who want a straightforward application service and are comfortable confirming deliverables, volumes and refund terms directly before paying. Ask for sample activity reports so you can see what a typical week of work looks like before you commit.
Separate application volume from outreach. Some services mainly submit applications; others also message hiring managers and recruiters, which is usually where better conversations come from. Ask who writes those messages, whether you approve them, and which accounts they are sent from. Our guide on how to get noticed by executive recruiters explains which kinds of outreach tend to land.
Prefer services that publish their price and the trigger for every fee: a monthly charge, a one-time pack, or a percentage of first-year salary on accepting an offer. If a success fee applies, ask whether it covers roles you find through your own network during the contract, and whether earlier payments are credited against it.
Guarantees in this market usually promise continued service rather than a refund, and the wording on a homepage can differ from the terms of service. Read the binding version and check which plan it covers, what counts as a qualifying interview, and what participation you must commit to.
A reverse recruiter can only send what you give them, or what they write for you. If your resume needs work, either choose a service that includes a rewrite or fix it first using our guide to the executive resume. Senior candidates should also check what recruiters see when they Google you before outreach starts.
For individual contributors and managers in active markets, a reverse recruiter can add real pipeline. Above director level, many roles run through retained search firms that a reverse recruiter cannot submit you to, so it helps to understand how headhunters, recruiters and search firms differ and to build relationships with search consultants alongside any paid service.
Reverse recruiting can save many hours a week, but it is a young category with uneven standards. The services ranked highest here publish their prices, describe their work in concrete terms and give you visibility of every application and message sent. Whichever you choose, keep ownership of your network, read the contract rather than the banner, and treat any service as an addition to your own search rather than a replacement for it.
