Wholesale distributors ask more of Shopify than almost any other merchant. Catalogs run to tens of thousands or even millions of SKUs, every account has its own price list, buyers expect to reorder in seconds, and the ERP decides what is in stock and what each customer owes.
Shopify’s native B2B features now cover company accounts, catalogs, price lists and payment terms, so the difference between agencies comes down to integration depth and real distributor experience. Every agency below was verified on its own website and has a named distributor project behind its entry.
Our list of Shopify agencies for B2B and wholesale ecommerce covers the wider wholesale market if you want a broader shortlist.

Realm has been building websites since 2007 and has worked only on Shopify since 2012, making it one of the earliest agencies in the Shopify Experts directory. The Minnesota team has delivered more than 250 Shopify stores and was named a top Shopify agency by Clutch every year from 2013 to 2019.
Its B2B practice is aimed at sellers that storefront agencies usually overlook, including industrial goods, municipal products and replacement parts. Realm built the online store for Fleet Wash Supply in Oklahoma City, and for European Wine Resource it delivered complex inventory filtering beyond Shopify’s standard toolkit. For Cool Snow Globes it separated wholesale and retail into two storefronts, each designed for its own buyer, and the client reported an immediate rise in sales volume.
Realm also handles ERP and fulfillment integrations, custom checkouts, tax nexus setups and migrations from Magento, BigCommerce and Volusion, all from one team. It suits US distributors that want direct access to senior developers rather than a large agency with account managers in between.
Uncap started in Chicago in 2013 as Pivofy, rebranded in 2022 and is a Shopify Platinum Partner that works almost entirely with distributors and manufacturers.
Its flagship distributor build is ULE Group, an industrial equipment distributor, which runs Shopify B2B with more than one million SKUs, live Epicor ERP sync, Algolia search with over 100 filters and a convert-to-quote workflow. Uncap sells its own products for this work: Uncap Connect for ERP sync, Uncap Quotes, and Uncap Portal for reorders, accounts receivable and contract pricing. Microfiber Wholesale and Warehouse Lighting are among its other wholesale clients.
If your catalog is huge and your ERP has to stay accurate to the minute, Uncap belongs on the shortlist.
Teifi Digital is a Shopify Platinum Partner with dedicated distribution and B2B practices.
Guillevin, a large electrical distributor, is its standout project. Teifi migrated 3.2 million orders and invoices in 28 hours and connected live P21 ERP pricing across more than 100,000 products. Online sales rose 36 percent and the store has generated more than 1,200 online quotes. Teifi also lists Future Glass and Chem-Impex among its B2B clients.
Teifi suits established distributors whose biggest risk is moving decades of order history and account pricing without disrupting trade customers.
IWD Agency was founded in 2008, is based in Austin, Texas, and is a Shopify Plus Partner with a dedicated Shopify Plus B2B service line.
Europa Eyewear, a wholesale eyewear distributor that owns American Optical and EyeBobs, moved from an old custom portal to Shopify Plus B2B with IWD. The build covers matrix ordering, buying-group pricing, Net 30 and Net 60 terms with purchase order approvals, and Aptean SouthWare ERP sync. It serves more than 3,500 products and over 5,300 eyecare-professional accounts, with Mirakl connections into Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.
IWD is a strong fit for distributors that sell through buying groups and need marketplace channels connected to the same catalog.
ECommerce Partners was founded in 1998 in Tenafly, New Jersey, is a Shopify Plus Partner and builds its own B2B Pro Portal app.
QC Supply, an agricultural distributor with more than 40 years in business, moved from Magento to Shopify Plus with more than 50,000 SKUs. The team built real-time ERP sync through Node.js middleware and took sync failures from 12 percent to zero, while using Shopify’s native Companies, Catalogs and Locations for role-based multi-user accounts.
It fits distributors that serve both farmers and trade buyers and cannot afford orders falling out of sync with the ERP.
Swanky is a Shopify Platinum Partner with 15 years in business and offices in the UK, Australia and France.
For Saddleback, an international cycling distributor, Swanky built a gated B2B store with credit tracking, tiered and volume pricing and CSV bulk ordering. A month after launch traffic was up 704 percent, sales were up 881 percent and conversion reached 9.54 percent. For Natural Instinct, which supplies raw pet food to more than 500 stockists, it handled a Magento to Shopify Plus B2B move with net terms and credit limits built in Shopify Flow, plus a new Sage connector through Patchworks.
Swanky is a strong option for UK and European distributors that need credit control and bulk ordering for a stockist network.
AIA works from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and has published one of the more complex distributor builds on this list.
Daiwa Food distributes Japanese, Korean and Chinese food to restaurants and wholesalers across Australia. AIA built a custom Shopify Plus B2B setup with separate state stores for each of the client’s five legal entities, each with its own pricing tiers, and real-time sync with five separate MYOB Exo databases for stock, pricing and backorders.
For Australian distributors operating through several legal entities, AIA has solved exactly that problem before.
Magneto IT Solutions is a US-headquartered agency with global offices, more than 15 years in business, over 250 staff and more than 400 stores launched.
Redmond Fine Foods, an Irish B2B distributor supplying commercial kitchens, bakeries, caterers and hotels, launched on Shopify Plus B2B with Magneto over 21 weeks. The build integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and covers account-based pricing, bulk ordering and delivery scheduling tied to the ERP.
Magneto is a sensible pick for foodservice distributors running Business Central who need delivery slots and account pricing to match the back office.
Pocket Square is the Shopify team inside Fusion5, an ERP consultancy with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and New Zealand.
For Flo & Frankie it built a separate Shopify Plus B2B store for the wholesale arm, integrated with Lightspeed so trade orders flow straight into the wholesale registers, and the wholesale manager reports a considerable cut in admin time. For Furtex, which sells to interior designers and trade buyers, it integrated Shopify Plus with NetSuite and added a dropship feature for sending products to designers’ clients.
Wholesalers in Australia and New Zealand get Shopify delivery backed by a firm that does ERP for a living.
Devsinc has more than 15 years in business, offices in San Jose, Dubai, Al Khobar and Lahore, and more than 350 Shopify stores delivered.
Hair & Beauty Corp Limited, a UK beauty and personal-care distributor, moved to a unified B2B and B2C store on Shopify Plus with five automated pricing tiers across more than 12,000 SKUs. The client reports B2B checkouts 40 percent faster, wholesale orders up 35 percent and three separate systems merged into one.
Devsinc suits distributors that want to consolidate several systems into one Shopify store at a competitive budget.
Ask whether the sync is real time or batch, which direction data flows, and which ERPs the team has connected in production. Distributors live and die on accurate stock and pricing, so a named list of Epicor, P21, NetSuite, Business Central or MYOB projects is the clearest signal.
A store with 2,000 products and one with a million behave very differently. Ask about search tooling, import performance and how account-specific catalogs are maintained as SKUs change.
Repeat orders are most of a distributor’s volume. Quick order forms, CSV upload, saved lists and reorder from history should be standard. Ask to see them working on a live store.
Net terms, credit limits, purchase orders and approvals are where many builds fall short. Confirm how limits are enforced, where invoices are raised and how payments reconcile with the ERP.
Some distributors keep trade and retail in one store, others split them. Both work. The right agency will recommend one approach based on your pricing, tax and customer mix.
Distribution is where Shopify agency claims are easiest to test, because the work either keeps stock, pricing and credit in sync or it does not. Every firm above has a named distributor project to point to.
