Company Success Story
Poe Consulting was founded after decades of high-level experience in journalism, government, and corporate leadership. Alexia Poe built her career working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, including serving two Tennessee governors, working in the White House, the United States Senate, and leading communications for major public initiatives.
After seeing how often strong ideas fail due to lack of clarity, she launched Poe Consulting to help organizations turn strategy into action. The firm has since worked with public, private, higher education, and nonprofit clients to improve communication systems, manage crises, and execute large-scale initiatives more effectively.
