    Company Success Story

    Tania-Joy Bartlett built a career in the skilled trades by earning advanced credentials including Master Electrician status and a 309A electrical qualification, along with heavy equipment operation training. During her career she led contracting teams and created worksites that emphasised safety, quality, and fairness. Her leadership helped foster inclusive environments where workers were encouraged to learn, ask questions, and develop their skills. Her efforts earned more than 25 local community awards, including recognition from the Junior Achievement Volunteer Award and local Chamber of Commerce honours for supporting diversity in the trades.
