Benjamin Nasberg
CEO
Scaling restaurant brands through disciplined systems and community-driven growth.
“Scalability comes from simplicity. If it’s not repeatable, it won’t grow, and if it doesn’t grow sustainably, it won’t last.”
Benjamin Nasberg is a Canadian entrepreneur and CEO of Carbone Restaurant Group, known for building scalable restaurant concepts and driving franchise growth across North America. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Nasberg began working in restaurants at the age of 16, gaining early exposure to the operational realities of the industry.
In 2011, he became managing partner of Carbone after being approached by two partners with an opportunity to expand the brand. Over the next four years, he helped grow the business from a single location to four, while also launching a nightclub, a sports bar, and an events company – building a foundation rooted in speed, efficiency, and disciplined execution.
Today, as CEO, Nasberg focuses on system-driven growth, franchise development, and operational consistency. Under his leadership, Carbone Restaurant Group has expanded its footprint through concepts such as Fast Fired by Carbone, designed with scalability, streamlined menus, and efficient unit economics in mind.
Beyond business, Nasberg is deeply committed to community impact. He founded the Restaurant Emergency Support Fund (RESF), partnering with charitable organizations to purchase food from local restaurants and redirect it to food banks – supporting both businesses and vulnerable populations. He has also co-created the Westland-Carbone Culinary Arts Scholarship to support students in Winnipeg pursuing careers in the culinary field, and has sponsored initiatives such as KidSport Manitoba and Coats for Kids.
Recognized as a Business Elite Awards 40 Under 40 entrepreneur, Nasberg continues to focus on building sustainable, repeatable business systems while reinforcing the role of local restaurants as essential community anchors.
