Ignacio Duron is the CEO of Most Valuable Plumber, a family-run plumbing company serving communities across Los Angeles County, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and North Hollywood. Raised in North Hollywood, Duron developed a strong work ethic early through sports and family responsibilities, which later shaped his approach to leadership and business.
He began his career working directly in the plumbing trade, gaining hands-on experience in repairs, installations, and problem-solving. This foundation gave him a practical understanding of the industry and the importance of doing work properly the first time. Alongside his siblings and brother-in-law, he co-founded Most Valuable Plumber, building the company from the ground up through consistent service and word-of-mouth growth.
Duron oversees operations, team coordination, and service quality, while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day realities of the business. His leadership style reflects his field experience, focusing on accountability, clear communication, and steady improvement.
In addition to running the company, Duron is committed to personal growth and education. He earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Law at Arizona State University.
Outside of work, he is actively involved in his community as a youth football and basketball coach, helping young athletes develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
