Therrian Fontenot is a former football athlete whose journey reflects perseverance, discipline and personal growth. Born in Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, California, he developed a passion for football at an early age and quickly distinguished himself through hard work and dedication.
Fontenot attended Leuzinger High School, where he excelled on the football field and graduated in 2000. His performance earned him a full athletic scholarship to Fresno State, where he competed at the collegiate level against some of the nation’s top talent. During his time there, he developed the accountability, resilience and leadership skills that would shape his future.
Driven by the opportunity to compete at the highest level, Fontenot left college early to pursue a professional football career. His experience in professional football reinforced the importance of preparation, mental toughness and adaptability.
Today, Fontenot remains committed to personal development, fitness and community impact. He is the founder of Help2Others, an emerging initiative focused on encouraging personal growth, discipline and support for others. Through his experiences in athletics and life, he continues to advocate for perseverance, structure and the power of consistent effort.
