Top Shopify 3PL And Fulfillment Partners In 2026

Picking a Shopify 3PL touches every order you ship. The right partner pulls orders from Shopify automatically, pushes tracking back to customers and keeps inventory counts honest. The wrong one shows up as late packages and support tickets you cannot answer.

The short answer: if you want a broad, self-serve network with a mature Shopify app, start with ShipBob or ShipMonk. If you sell heavy, bulky or high-value products, look hard at Red Stag Fulfillment. If you want large enterprise-style infrastructure, compare Stord, Ryder E-commerce and Flexport. If most of your customers are in Europe, byrd is built for that. Every company below is live, independent or clearly branded under its current owner, and publishes its own Shopify integration or Shopify App Store listing.

A quick note on names, because this market has consolidated fast. Shopify sold its logistics business, including Deliverr and the Shopify Fulfillment Network operation, to Flexport in 2023. UPS sold Ware2Go to Stord in 2025. ShipHero spun its fulfillment business out as LVK in 2024, Whiplash now operates as Ryder E-commerce, and Rakuten Super Logistics became ShipNetwork in 2022. We list each company under the brand you would actually sign a contract with today. If you are still deciding whether to outsource at all, read our breakdown of outsourced fulfillment vs doing it yourself first.

Best Shopify 3PL And Fulfillment Partners In 2026

    1. ShipBob — Shopify Plus Certified 3PL With 60+ Fulfillment Centers

ShipBob is the name most Shopify merchants hear first, and for good reason. Its Shopify partner page describes a network of 60+ fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia, and the company says it is a Shopify Plus Certified app partner, an official member of the Shopify Fulfillment Network and an official fulfillment partner for Shopify Managed Markets.

The ShipBob Fulfillment app on the Shopify App Store imports your products and orders, then keeps syncing orders close to real time. Live inventory counts are pushed back to Shopify, and you can hold back a safety buffer so you do not oversell. Tracking events, holds and fulfillment rejection reasons flow back into your Shopify admin. At the time of writing the app holds a 4.3 rating from roughly 286 reviews.

ShipBob also builds its own software. Its site names ShipBob WMS, ShipBob AI and developer APIs, and claims 99.97% order accuracy and 2-day shipping across the continental US for all sales channels.

    • Best for: DTC brands that want a large, self-serve network with strong Shopify tooling.
    • Watch out for: Recent App Store reviews include complaints about support responsiveness and inventory issues, so ask for references at your volume and in your product category.

    2. ShipMonk — Long-Running Shopify App With US, Canada And European Warehouses

ShipMonk has offered a Shopify app since December 2017, which makes it one of the more established fulfillment integrations on the App Store. At the time of writing the ShipMonk Order Fulfillment app holds a 4.4 rating from about 102 reviews. It supports inventory auto-sync, multi-warehouse inventory and SKU mapping, and lists compatibility with Loop Returns, Gorgias, Cin7 and Amazon.

Its locations page lists fulfillment centers in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, Dallas-Fort Worth, Pittston (Pennsylvania), Louisville (Kentucky), Brampton (Ontario), Cheb in the Czech Republic and Coalville in the UK, with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Prague. ShipMonk says the US network reaches 95% of the country within two days. It also states SOC 2 Type II certification and seven-day operations, and claims 99.9% order accuracy.

    • Best for: Growing Shopify brands that want a mature app and a mix of US, Canadian and European warehouses.
    • Watch out for: ShipMonk does not publish rates on its homepage, so request a full quote including receiving, storage and packaging fees.

    3. Stord — Enterprise-Grade Fulfillment Network That Now Includes Ware2Go

Stord sells itself as a full commerce logistics stack rather than just a warehouse. It describes 15 strategically placed “Stord Nodes” across North America plus an expanded network of more than 80 hand-selected partner facilities, with a flagship facility in Atlanta. In 2025 Stord acquired Ware2Go from UPS, a deal that added 21 facilities and about 2.5 million square feet to its North American network, so merchants who were looking at Ware2Go should now evaluate Stord directly.

The Stord app on the Shopify App Store, launched in February 2023, connects your store to Stord’s order management and warehouse management systems. Stord’s site cites 99.9% fulfillment order accuracy, claims about 99% coverage of the US in under two days, and names brands such as AG1, Native, True Classic, goodr and Peak Design as customers.

    • Best for: Scaling DTC and B2B brands that want order management, WMS and parcel optimization from one vendor.
    • Watch out for: The platform is built for brands with real volume. Smaller stores may find the onboarding and commercial terms heavier than a self-serve 3PL.

    4. Flowspace — Omnichannel Fulfillment Software With A Coast-To-Coast Warehouse Network

Flowspace pairs a coast-to-coast warehouse network with its own software for warehouse, order and inventory management. Its locations page lists 36 US city locations, and the company now fulfills in parts of Canada. Flowspace also owns RetailOps and offers EDI tooling for retail orders, which makes it a sensible fit if you sell to wholesale accounts or big-box retailers alongside your Shopify store.

On the Shopify side, Flowspace describes a near real-time, bi-directional sync of orders and inventory, with fulfillment status and tracking sent back to Shopify. Setup is guided through the Flowspace app or API, and the company says most brands finish integration within a few days to a few weeks including testing. Extras include lot and expiration tracking and multi-carrier rate shopping. Flowspace reports a +94 Net Promoter Score and mentions FDA-registered facilities for health and wellness products.

    • Best for: Omnichannel brands that need DTC, wholesale, marketplace and retail EDI orders running from one inventory pool.
    • Watch out for: SKUs must match exactly in Shopify and Flowspace, and your Shopify shipping options need to be mapped to Flowspace services, so plan clean data before go-live.

    5. Red Stag Fulfillment — Heavy And High-Value Product Specialist With Accuracy Guarantees

Red Stag Fulfillment has carved out a clear niche: products that are big, heavy, bulky or expensive. Its homepage puts it plainly: “Products bigger than a toaster or heavier than 10 pounds? We should talk.” Red Stag runs a flagship facility in Sweetwater, Tennessee (near Knoxville) and a Western US location in Salt Lake City, Utah, and handles both parcel and pallet shipping, including white glove.

The headline promise is a guarantee of zero shrink, zero mispicks and zero late shipments, backed by the line “Guaranteed. Or we pay to make it right.” For merchants who have lost margin to damaged or missing high-value stock at a generalist 3PL, that kind of commitment is the main reason to shortlist Red Stag. It also offers FDA registration, serial and lot tracking and regular cycle counts, and serves DTC, retail, B2B and Amazon orders from one operation.

Shopify is the first platform on Red Stag’s integration list, and the company publishes a Red Stag Fulfillment app on the Shopify App Store (launched August 2023).

    • Best for: Furniture, fitness equipment, home goods, electronics and other products over about 10 pounds or with high unit value.
    • Watch out for: With two facilities, Red Stag is not a dense nationwide network; it is a specialist, so check transit times to your key regions.

    6. Flexport — Operator Behind The Shopify Fulfillment Network App

Flexport bought Shopify’s logistics business, including Deliverr, in 2023. Shopify’s Help Center now says the Shopify Fulfillment Network app “lets you connect with Flexport to store your inventory and fulfill your orders.” In practice, merchants create a Flexport Seller Portal account and connect their Shopify store from the app.

Flexport’s ecommerce fulfillment page lists five US fulfillment centers near Newark, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles, totaling more than five million square feet, and stresses that Flexport operates all five itself rather than subcontracting. It says 87% of US consumers live within two days of a center, and that Fast Tags and Shop Promise support 2-day and 3-day delivery promises.

    • Best for: Shopify merchants who want a fulfillment option wired into the Shopify Fulfillment Network app, especially importers who also need freight.
    • Watch out for: The Shopify Fulfillment Network app has very few reviews, and one recent reviewer complained about an unexpected monthly minimum. Get minimums and cancellation terms in writing.

    7. LVK — ShipHero’s Spun-Off Fulfillment Network With Full WMS Visibility

If you have looked at “ShipHero fulfillment” before, this is now LVK. ShipHero separated its fulfillment operations into a subsidiary 3PL called LVK in August 2024, while ShipHero itself focuses on warehouse management software. LVK’s network runs on the ShipHero WMS, so brands get warehouse-level visibility into their inventory and orders.

LVK’s site describes six warehouses strategically located across North America and positions the company around apparel, CPG and tech or electronics brands, including lot and serial number tracking. The Shopify app, now listed as LVK Logistics, has been on the App Store since 2019 and holds a 4.2 rating from about 90 reviews at the time of writing. It supports order sync, carrier selection, branded tracking pages and shipping analytics. The listing states pricing as a single rate on shipped orders plus storage fees.

    • Best for: Apparel, CPG and electronics brands that want WMS-grade visibility from their 3PL.
    • Watch out for: The App Store listing and the LVK website give slightly different warehouse counts, so confirm exactly which facilities would hold your stock.

    8. Ryder E-commerce — Former Whiplash Network Backed By Ryder’s Logistics Scale

Ryder E-commerce is the e-commerce fulfillment arm of Ryder, built on its acquisition of Whiplash. The Shopify App Store listing now reads “Whiplash, now branded RyderShip,” and the app has been available since 2013, with a 4.5 rating from about 31 reviews at the time of writing.

Ryder says it manages more than 20 e-commerce facilities across seven gateway markets: New York/New Jersey, Los Angeles, Seattle/Tacoma, Columbus (Ohio), Salt Lake City, Atlanta and Dallas. Its RyderShip platform has a pre-built Shopify integration that syncs products, inventory and orders in real time. Once you choose which products Ryder fulfills, orders ship automatically, and Ryder sends tracking back to your store, closes the order and updates inventory. Ryder also says that in 2025 more than half of outbound pick volume for RyderShip users was automated.

The App Store listing publishes starting rates, which is unusual in this category: pick and pack from $2.35 and storage at $0.45 per month at the time of writing. Treat these as starting points and confirm your own quote.

    • Best for: Mid-market and larger brands that want a fulfillment partner with a major logistics company behind it, including port-adjacent West Coast capacity.
    • Watch out for: Onboarding can take a few days for standard setups or a few weeks for custom implementations, so plan your switch outside peak season.

    9. Shipfusion — Owned-Warehouse 3PL For Brands Shipping 2,000+ Orders A Month

Shipfusion stands out for owning its warehouses rather than leasing space from others. It operates four facilities in Chicago, Las Vegas, York (Pennsylvania) and Toronto, totaling more than 1 million square feet, with Dallas listed as coming soon. In February 2026 Shipfusion announced it had acquired Boxtrot, a Chicago-area ecommerce fulfillment company, folding Boxtrot’s merchants into its network.

Its Shopify integration works differently from most on this list. There is no self-install app: Shipfusion’s technical team builds the connection during onboarding, configured to your SKUs, rules and shipping preferences, and runs test orders before your first live shipment. Once live, orders import from Shopify every five minutes, inventory updates as orders are picked and shipped, and tracking numbers are pushed to Shopify when a label is generated, which triggers Shopify’s own shipping notification. Shipfusion says most clients ship live orders within their first week.

    • Best for: Brands shipping 2,000 or more orders a month across the US and Canada.
    • Watch out for: Shipfusion is explicit about its volume fit, so very small stores are better served elsewhere.

    10. ShipNetwork — Ten-Warehouse US Network With Custom Packaging As Standard

ShipNetwork is the current name of what used to be Rakuten Super Logistics. Devin Johnson, CEO of ShipNetwork and its sister company FirstMile, bought Rakuten Super Logistics in 2022 and moved it under the ShipNetwork brand.

Its warehouse list covers ten US locations: West Hazleton and Scranton (Pennsylvania), Salt Lake City, Houston, Olean (New York), Chicago, Anaheim, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Reno. ShipNetwork says this footprint supports 1-2 day ground delivery to 98% of the continental US. Its Shopify partner page describes a pre-built integration that sends orders to the warehouse network automatically and returns tracking to your store, while your theme, apps and checkout stay exactly as they are. Custom packaging is part of the standard setup, and returns, kitting and subscription fulfillment are available.

    • Best for: US brands that want broad domestic coverage, branded unboxing and one team handling Shopify, marketplace and EDI orders.
    • Watch out for: ShipNetwork does not publish its total fulfillment center count beyond the warehouse list, so confirm where your inventory would actually be split.

    11. byrd — European Fulfillment Network For Shopify Brands Selling Into The EU And UK

byrd is a Vienna-based fulfillment provider built for brands selling across Europe. It runs 12 fulfillment centers in the EU and UK, with locations in Austria, France, Germany, the UK and Poland.

The byrd European Fulfillment app has been on the Shopify App Store since September 2021. It handles order routing, inventory auto-sync, multi-warehouse inventory, returns with prepaid labels, customs documents and multi-carrier tracking. byrd reports 99.42% fulfillment accuracy and 99.4% of shipments dispatched on time, and says it ships more than 7 million products a year.

    • Best for: Shopify brands that want local European fulfillment with a dedicated account manager.
    • Watch out for: byrd is Europe only, so pair it with a North American 3PL if you sell on both continents.

    12. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment — Ship Shopify Orders From Inventory Already In FBA

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is not a traditional 3PL, but it belongs on this list for one specific group: Shopify merchants who already keep inventory in Fulfillment by Amazon. Amazon publishes its own app, Amazon MCF: US Fulfillment, on the Shopify App Store. It syncs and fulfills US Shopify orders from your FBA inventory, supports multiple stores and multi-location inventory, and offers automatic SKU mapping during a three-step onboarding.

Orders ship with Standard or Expedited options for delivery in two or three business days, and you can display MCF delivery badges on your storefront. The app is free to install, with per-shipment charges billed by Amazon. At the time of writing it holds a 4.0 rating from about 57 reviews, with some reviewers praising speed and others reporting SKU mapping problems.

    • Best for: Brands that already sell on Amazon and want one pool of inventory for Amazon and Shopify orders.
    • Watch out for: You are working inside Amazon’s rules on inventory, packaging and fees, and a few reviewers want more flexible SKU mapping for multi-unit listings.

How To Choose A Shopify 3PL

Does The 3PL Publish A Real Shopify Integration?

Look for an app on the Shopify App Store or a dedicated Shopify integration page on the 3PL’s own site. A good integration imports orders automatically, syncs inventory back to Shopify, and pushes tracking so Shopify can send its shipping confirmation email. Ask how often orders sync (real time, every few minutes or batched), how SKU mapping works for bundles and kits, and how order edits are handled after an order is sent to the warehouse. If you run an ERP, check that it plays nicely with the 3PL as well; our list of Shopify ERP integration partners covers firms that wire these systems together.

Are The Warehouses Where Your Customers Are?

Map your last 90 days of orders by region before you talk to anyone. A Midwest-heavy customer base may only need one central warehouse, while a national brand promising 2-day ground usually needs at least two locations on opposite sides of the country. If you sell into Europe or Canada, a 3PL with local warehouses there will usually beat cross-border parcels on both speed and duties.

    Can They Handle Your Products?

Oversized, heavy, fragile, regulated, lot-tracked and high-value products all change the answer. Ask about FDA registration for supplements and cosmetics, lot and expiration tracking for anything perishable, serial tracking for electronics, and kitting for bundles and subscription boxes. A 3PL that is excellent with T-shirts can struggle with 60-pound furniture.

    How Is Pricing Built?

Most 3PLs charge separately for receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and postage, and some add account minimums or onboarding fees. Ask for a quote based on your real order profile: average units per order, average dimensions and weight, and monthly volume by month (including peak).

What Does The Software Show You?

You should be able to see inventory by location, inbound receiving status, order exceptions and shipping costs without emailing an account manager. A 3PL that runs a scalable WMS will make growth much easier; see our explainer on scalable vs rigid WMS for what to look for.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Does Shopify Still Run Its Own Fulfillment Network?

No. Shopify sold its logistics business, including Deliverr, to Flexport in 2023. The Shopify Fulfillment Network app still exists on the Shopify App Store, and Shopify’s Help Center says it lets you connect with Flexport to store inventory and fulfill orders.

What Is The Best 3PL For A Small Shopify Store?

For most small stores, a 3PL with a self-install Shopify app and transparent onboarding is the easiest place to start, which is why ShipBob, ShipMonk and LVK are popular with smaller brands. If you already sell on Amazon and use FBA, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment can be a low-friction way to ship Shopify orders from the same inventory. Some 3PLs, such as Shipfusion, openly target brands shipping 2,000 or more orders a month.

How Does A 3PL Connect To Shopify?

Usually through an app installed from the Shopify App Store or a custom integration built by the 3PL. Once connected, the 3PL receives new orders automatically, fulfills them, sends tracking numbers back to Shopify and updates inventory levels for the products it stores.

Can I Use More Than One 3PL With Shopify?

Yes. Shopify supports multiple fulfillment locations, so many brands use one 3PL for North America and another, such as byrd, for Europe. The key is clean SKU mapping and clear order routing rules so each order goes to the right warehouse.

    Conclusion

The best Shopify 3PL is the one whose warehouses match your customers, whose software matches your channels and whose specialties match your products. ShipBob and ShipMonk are strong default shortlists for DTC brands. Red Stag is the specialist for heavy and high-value goods. Stord, Ryder E-commerce and Flexport bring enterprise-scale networks. Flowspace and ShipNetwork are worth a look for omnichannel sellers, Shipfusion for higher-volume North American brands, and byrd for Europe.
