Shopify ERP integration is the work of connecting your Shopify or Shopify Plus store to the system that runs your finance, inventory and fulfillment, so orders, stock levels, customers, prices and refunds move between the two without someone retyping them. When it goes well, nobody notices. When it goes badly, you oversell stock, ship late and spend month end reconciling payouts by hand.
The short answer: if you run NetSuite and want a specialist, look first at Shero Commerce, Anchor Group or BrokenRubik. If you run Acumatica, Kensium is the obvious shortlist name. For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Charle (UK) and Intelegain (fixed scope package) both publish dedicated offers. If you would rather buy a connector than a project, Celigo and Patchworks are the two platforms most agencies on this list build on.
Every firm below publishes an explicit Shopify plus ERP integration service on its own website, and we checked each one was live in October 2026. Brands that have been absorbed into larger groups are left out. For the wider Shopify vendor landscape, start at our Shopify partners hub.

Shero Commerce is the broadest ERP specialist on this list. Its Shopify ERP integration page names NetSuite, SAP (both Business One and S/4HANA), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, Sage and Brightpearl, and the agency also runs separate service pages for Shopify NetSuite, Shopify SAP, Shopify Dynamics 365 and Shopify Acumatica integrations. Shero describes itself as a Shopify Platinum agency, which is the top tier in Shopify’s partner program.
The approach is connector agnostic. Shero says it picks between direct API work, certified connectors (Celigo, Boomi, Patchworks and Jitterbit are named) and custom middleware, and that every engagement starts with a data mapping session before any configuration. On NetSuite specifically, it uses Celigo’s certified Shopify connector for standard order and inventory flows and adds custom SuiteScript where Celigo falls short. Failed records are logged, alerted and retried rather than dropped.
Best for: mid-market and enterprise Shopify Plus merchants on NetSuite, SAP or Dynamics who want one partner for the store and the integration. Watch out for: a full service Platinum agency will not be the cheapest option for a small, standard sync. If you are also replatforming, compare Shero against our enterprise Shopify Plus agency partners.
Kensium is a Chicago based commerce and ERP firm, operating since 2006, that is best known in the Acumatica ecosystem. Its Shopify page has a section titled “Shopify Integration with ERPs and Business Systems”, and its case studies for Dekra-Lite, 3DXtech and Door County Candle all list Acumatica. On its Shopify Partner Directory profile, Kensium is listed as a Premier tier service partner, and that profile describes how Kensium integrated Shopify with Acumatica for Dekra-Lite to automate workflows.
Kensium’s site also lists NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and Sage among its products and solutions, although the Shopify page does not describe Shopify integrations for those platforms in detail. It publishes indicative timelines: 2 to 4 weeks for basic implementations, 4 to 8 weeks for custom work and 8 to 12+ weeks for advanced integrations, followed by 30 days of hypercare.
Best for: merchants running Acumatica, especially distributors and manufacturers selling both B2B and DTC. Watch out for: its partner directory profile showed no merchant reviews at the time of writing, so ask for references directly. Offices are listed in Chicago, Hyderabad, Sydney and Mérida.
Anchor Group comes at Shopify from the NetSuite side. The Sun Prairie, Wisconsin firm describes itself as an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and a Shopify agency with B2B and B2C experience, and it lists Shopify NetSuite integration as a standalone service. Its pitch is simple: make NetSuite the single source of truth for products, inventory, orders and customers, and have Shopify read from and write to it.
The firm’s published guides cover Celigo based Shopify NetSuite flows (orders, inventory, fulfillment, refunds, billing and customer data) and point out a detail many merchants miss: Shopify POS does not connect to NetSuite natively, so you need a connector, a Celigo flow or custom SuiteScript to bring in store sales. That kind of practical, ERP first thinking is the main reason to shortlist them.
Best for: NetSuite customers, particularly manufacturers and distributors, who want their ERP partner and Shopify partner to be the same firm. Watch out for: Anchor Group does not claim a Shopify partner tier or publish project counts, so judge them on case studies and references. B2B sellers can compare them with our Shopify agencies for B2B and wholesale.
BrokenRubik is a NetSuite only consultancy, founded in 2017 and based in Uruguay, that works with clients across the US and Latin America. It has a dedicated Shopify NetSuite integration service page and says it has completed 50+ Shopify NetSuite integrations. It also states it is a Celigo Standard Partner.
What sets BrokenRubik apart is how much it publishes. Its service page explains when it recommends Celigo, Boomi, FarApp (the NetSuite Connector) or a custom SuiteScript build, outlines a process of discovery, data mapping, development, testing and launch with two weeks of hypercare, and lists price ranges. At the time of writing, it quoted $15K to $60K on the main page, with an FAQ giving $15K to $40K for integration only projects, and it listed Celigo licensing at roughly $600 to $2,500 per month. Typical timelines are 4 to 8 weeks.
Best for: NetSuite merchants who want a specialist to choose the connector, map the data and stand up the integration without a full agency retainer. Watch out for: BrokenRubik is not a store design agency, so pair it with a Shopify build partner if you need theme work. Its own page gives slightly different figures in different sections, so get a written quote.
Charle is a London based Shopify agency, with offices also listed in New York and Manchester, that publishes a Shopify integrations service covering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NetSuite and Brightpearl. It describes itself as an accredited Shopify Plus agency and an official Patchworks partner, so it can either build custom integrations against ERP APIs or deploy Patchworks as middleware.
Its client roster on the homepage includes Cambridge Satchel, Beauty Bay, Muc-Off, Billionaire Boys Club and the RNLI, which tells you the typical profile: established consumer brands with real operations behind the storefront. Charle also sells a Memberships retainer that covers ongoing integration support, monitoring and audits.
Best for: UK and European brands on Dynamics 365 or Brightpearl that want a design capable Shopify Plus agency handling the integration too. Watch out for: it does not publish integration pricing. For fashion and beauty brands, see our lists of Shopify agencies for apparel brands as a cross check.
Folio3 is a large software services group (it cites 20+ years and offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, UAE, Bulgaria, Australia and Pakistan) with a dedicated Shopify ERP integration services page. That page names Oracle, SAP, NetSuite and Dynamics, and describes custom connectors built on ERP APIs, middleware, webhook triggered sync and queued processing for high volume orders.
Folio3 also sells its own NetSuite Shopify connector through its NetSuite division, which syncs orders, multi-warehouse inventory, customers, tracking, product details, refunds and cancellations. Pricing for the connector is quote based. The ecommerce division offers fixed price, monthly retainer and team training engagement models, and says simple integrations take 1 to 2 weeks while complex omnichannel projects run 2 to 3 months.
Best for: merchants who want a packaged NetSuite connector plus implementation help from one vendor, or who need custom work against SAP or Oracle. Watch out for: Folio3 runs separate business units for Shopify, NetSuite and Dynamics, so confirm which team will actually staff your project.
CartCoders is a Shopify development firm with offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and Ahmedabad, India. Its Shopify integration services page lists ERP integration for NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo and Acumatica, and it runs separate landing pages for Shopify SAP and Shopify Odoo work. The standard package covers discovery and audit, custom API development on Shopify’s REST and GraphQL APIs, two-way sync of orders, inventory, customers and products, and testing and monitoring.
The firm cites 7+ years in the Shopify ecosystem, 250+ projects and clients in 30+ countries, and links to a Shopify Partner Directory profile. Its Odoo coverage is useful because few agencies publish a dedicated Shopify Odoo offer.
Best for: small and mid-sized merchants on Odoo or Acumatica, or anyone who wants a custom integration at offshore rates. Watch out for: the published starting price was garbled on the page when we checked, and several metrics are self-reported, so insist on a fixed scope quote. If you only need general Shopify help, see our Shopify experts to hire.
IntuitSolutions is a Philadelphia ecommerce agency that works on both Shopify and BigCommerce. Its Shopify integrations page has a dedicated “Shopify ERP Integrations” service, naming NetSuite, SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics in the copy and showing Epicor and Infor SyteLine among its logos. The firm stresses that it builds custom middleware to connect Shopify with any external system, rather than relying only on prebuilt apps.
It advertises a 100% US based, in-house team and 20+ years of ecommerce experience. That combination (custom middleware plus onshore developers) suits merchants with legacy or heavily customized ERPs, where an off the shelf connector would need too many workarounds.
Best for: US mid-market merchants with Epicor, Infor or customized SAP Business One instances that need custom middleware. Watch out for: the firm does not state a Shopify partner tier, and much of its showcased work is on BigCommerce, so ask for Shopify specific ERP references.
Graphically Speaking is a Vancouver digital agency with over 25 years of experience that focuses on mid-sized businesses and B2B ecommerce. Its Shopify Plus integration services page includes an “ERP, Inventory and Accounting” category naming NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Brightpearl, alongside QuickBooks, to sync products, inventory, customer data and financials.
The firm describes its team as certified Shopify and Shopify Plus experts with a track record of API and middleware implementations, and it offers Shopify B2B development as a separate service. Its client list leans toward industrial and professional services businesses, which is a good match for ERP heavy B2B catalogs.
Best for: Canadian and Pacific Northwest B2B merchants who want one agency for the Shopify Plus build, B2B setup and ERP or accounting integration. Watch out for: the site does not state a Shopify partner tier. Compare against our Shopify B2B development agencies list.
Intelegain is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with offices in Navi Mumbai, Dallas, London, Singapore, Sydney and Dubai. Unusually, it sells Shopify integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central as a defined package. At the time of writing, the offer was listed at $6,000 with a seven week plan: requirements analysis in week 1, configuration in weeks 2 to 5, user training in week 6 and launch in week 7.
Deliverables include the configured integration, data mapping documentation, a deployment plan and post-launch support. Because Microsoft now offers a native Shopify connector for Business Central online (which syncs items, inventory, customers and orders), a package like this is often about configuring and extending that connector correctly rather than writing everything from scratch.
Best for: small and mid-sized Business Central customers who want a predictable price and timeline. Watch out for: fixed packages assume a fairly standard setup, so confirm what happens to the price if your Business Central instance has heavy customization or multiple companies.
Celigo is not an agency. It is an integration platform (iPaaS), headquartered in Redwood City, California, and its Shopify NetSuite integration app is the connector that several agencies on this list build on. The app ships with prebuilt flows that import Shopify orders into NetSuite as sales orders, cash sales or invoices, sync customers both ways, push items and inventory from NetSuite to Shopify, send fulfillments back to Shopify and sync cancellations and refunds. Payout reconciliation is a paid add-on.
On the Shopify App Store at the time of writing, Celigo listed a 30 day free trial, a Starting Package at $7,800 per year and a Standard Edition at $18,900 per year. Celigo also notes it was named a Visionary in Gartner’s 2026 Magic Quadrant for iPaaS.
Best for: NetSuite merchants with fairly standard order to cash processes who want a supported product rather than custom code. Watch out for: you still need someone to map fields and handle edge cases, so budget for a Celigo partner or an in-house admin on top of the license.
Patchworks is a London based iPaaS built for retail and commerce. Its Shopify integration page names NetSuite, Sage and SAP as example ERPs, claims 100+ prebuilt integrations and says Shopify can be connected to 90+ systems without writing code, with a Connector Builder for anything not covered. Shopify’s own Plus partner page describes Patchworks as Europe’s largest integration company.
Agencies such as Charle (above) are official Patchworks partners, so a common pattern is to have your Shopify agency deploy and configure Patchworks rather than build point to point integrations. Patchworks also publishes customer stories of Shopify NetSuite go-lives.
Best for: retail and DTC brands connecting Shopify to an ERP plus a WMS, 3PL or marketplaces through one platform. Watch out for: pricing is not public; the Shopify app is free to install, with billing agreed directly with Patchworks.
“ERP integration” covers very different jobs. NetSuite, Acumatica and Business Central online have mature Shopify connectors, while SAP S/4HANA, Epicor or an on-premises Dynamics instance usually need middleware or custom code. Ask each partner for two references on your ERP and edition, and ask who on the team did the work. A firm that lists six ERP logos may have deep experience in only one.
Native and prebuilt connectors are cheapest to start and easiest to support, but they bend your processes to their data model. An iPaaS such as Celigo, Boomi or Patchworks gives you configurable flows and monitoring for a recurring license fee. Custom middleware fits unusual processes but leaves you owning the code. Good partners will recommend the lightest option that works and explain why. Be wary of anyone who only ever proposes custom builds or only ever sells one connector.
Before any build, agree a system of record for each object: products and prices (usually the ERP), inventory (usually the ERP or WMS), customers (often both, with deduplication rules), orders (Shopify creates, ERP fulfills). Shero and BrokenRubik both start projects with a data mapping session for this reason. If a partner wants to skip mapping to save time, that is the time you will lose later.
Every integration fails sometimes: an SKU is missing, a tax code does not map, an API times out. Ask how failed records are logged, who is alerted, whether records are retried automatically and who fixes them after launch. You want a dashboard or alerting, not a quarterly discovery that 300 orders never reached the ERP.
ERPs and Shopify both change. NetSuite ships two major releases a year and Shopify regularly retires API versions, so integrations need maintenance. Get the post-launch hypercare period, retainer options and response times in writing, along with who holds credentials and documentation if you change partners.
If you are moving to Shopify at the same time, choose a partner who can run the migration and the ERP work together, or make sure the two firms have a clear handoff. Our lists of agencies for replatforming to Shopify Plus and Magento to Shopify migration companies are good starting points.
It depends on the ERP, the number of flows and how much is custom. Published figures from firms on this list give a sense of the range: Intelegain listed a Business Central package at $6,000, BrokenRubik quoted $15K to $60K for Shopify NetSuite projects, and Celigo’s Shopify NetSuite app listed annual plans from $7,800 per year at the time of writing. Treat these as reference points, not quotes.
Simple, connector based integrations can go live in a few weeks. Partners on this list publish ranges of roughly 4 to 12 weeks for typical NetSuite or Dynamics projects, with complex omnichannel or multi-entity work taking longer.
Some ERPs offer first party connectors. Microsoft offers a Shopify connector for Dynamics 365 Business Central online, and Shopify launched a Global ERP Program in 2021 with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Infor, Acumatica and Brightpearl. Native connectors are a good starting point, but many merchants still need a partner to configure them or extend them for B2B pricing, multiple locations or custom fields.
There is no official breakdown, but NetSuite is the most frequently mentioned ERP across the partners we reviewed. Shero Commerce, for example, says NetSuite is the most requested ERP in its integration practice.
The right Shopify ERP integration partner is the one that has already connected Shopify to your exact ERP, starts with data mapping rather than code and can show you how errors are monitored after launch. For NetSuite, Shero Commerce, Anchor Group and BrokenRubik are the specialists to call first. Acumatica shops should talk to Kensium. Dynamics 365 and Business Central users have strong options in Charle and Intelegain, and Celigo or Patchworks make sense if you would rather license a platform than commission a build.
Whichever route you take, get two references on your ERP, a written data ownership map and a support plan before you sign. For more vetted Shopify vendors, browse the ReVerb Shopify hub or read our guide on how to hire a Shopify expert.
