Hiring a Shopify agency in Dubai means weighing partner status, regional know-how and how much of the work stays in the city. Some firms here only build on Shopify, some are wider digital studios that list it among several platforms, and some are international agencies with a Dubai desk. A Shopify Plus agency in Dubai will suit high-volume brands, while an ecommerce agency in Dubai with a broader menu may fit smaller stores.
We checked every firm on its own website for a Dubai address and a Shopify service, and we noted the partner tier only where the firm states it. Directories, marketplaces and agencies with no verifiable Dubai base were left out. Awards, store counts and revenue claims below are the firms’ own and are worth testing in a proposal call.
Many Shopify projects also need search and design support, so see our web design agencies list and SEO agencies list. The Dubai services hub links every Dubai list we publish.

Creative971 has its office in Bay Square in Business Bay, Dubai. Its website describes the agency as an official Shopify Premier Partner with Shopify Plus certified experts, founded in 2016, and says it works exclusively on Shopify and Shopify Plus for the Middle East. Services listed include store design and development, Shopify Plus implementation, migrations from Magento, WooCommerce, Salla and PrestaShop, conversion rate optimisation, ongoing support, custom private apps, POS and mobile apps. It also mentions search and answer engine optimisation and agentic commerce. The firm says it has worked on more than 300 Shopify sites and supports clients in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. Those figures are its own. It suits brands that want a single-platform specialist and plan to sell across the wider Gulf, including migrations from regional platforms such as Salla.
The Epixels lists its office at Lake Central Tower in Business Bay, Dubai. Its website calls the agency a Shopify Plus Partner since 2016 and lists a Shopify CRO expert credential. Services include Shopify Plus development, with custom builds, theme architecture, integrations, headless builds and migrations, plus A/B testing on pages that already earn revenue and Klaviyo email marketing based on store data. That mix points to a team that works on existing stores as much as new ones. It suits established Dubai and GCC sellers that already have traffic and want to lift conversion, tidy their theme code or connect email lifecycle flows, rather than brands looking for a brand identity project or a first store build. As with any agency, ask for before and after examples of the CRO work and who on the team will run it.
Radiant lists a Dubai office at Bureau Business Center in Emaar Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, with general enquiries handled from Birmingham in the UK. Its website describes the agency as a Shopify Premier Partner and displays the badge. Services include Shopify development, website design, ongoing success retainers, app development and SEO for Shopify. Specialist areas include Shopify Plus, migrations, headless Shopify, Shopify B2B and international selling. The agency says it works with affordable-luxury brands across jewellery, skincare and beauty, and sportswear. Radiant suits design-led brands that want a polished storefront and may need complex setups such as headless builds or wholesale channels. Because part of the team sits outside the UAE, confirm who is on the ground in Dubai and how project calls are handled in Gulf working hours.
Digital Gravity lists its Dubai office at The Curve Building on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its Shopify page covers migrations, integrations with CRM, ERP and payment gateways, custom theme development, UX and UI design, app and plugin development, support and maintenance, Shopify Plus development and B2B catalogue setup. It describes itself as a top-rated Shopify partner agency, but it does not name a partner tier on that page, so ask which one applies. The agency claims more than 500 clients and over 1,500 projects, though its own page gives both 10 and 12 years of experience. The partner logos shown on the page are for Google, HubSpot and Meta rather than Shopify. It suits businesses that want design, development and marketing under one roof and are comfortable verifying credentials directly.
Si3 Digital lists its Dubai office at Opal Tower, offices 701 to 705. Its ecommerce solutions cover Shopify, WooCommerce and custom development, with the aim of building stable, scalable and easy-to-manage online stores on whichever platform best fits the business. It also lists ecommerce planning, payment gateway integration and system integration. The website does not mention Shopify partner status or certification, so treat it as a general web and ecommerce developer that builds on Shopify rather than a platform specialist. That can be an advantage for businesses that are still choosing between Shopify and an open-source platform and want advice that is not tied to one vendor. Ask for Shopify case studies and references before you sign, and check how payment integrations are handled for local gateways.
WebCastle Technologies lists its Dubai office at DAMAC Executive Bay in Business Bay. Its website says its ecommerce recommendations combine WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix and custom development, and it lists general ecommerce development among its services. It does not describe a dedicated Shopify service or state a Shopify partner tier; the badge shown on its site is a Google Partner badge. That makes it a better fit for businesses that have not settled on a platform and want a developer comfortable with several, rather than for brands that need Shopify Plus specialists. If you choose it for a Shopify project, ask to see live Shopify stores it has built, who will do the theme and app work, and whether support is included after launch. Compare at least one specialist quote alongside it.
GCC Marketing lists its Dubai office on the M Floor of Al Makhawi Building in Oud Metha. Its website places Shopify among the CMS and ecommerce platforms it works with and includes a Shopify POS solutions page, alongside general custom ecommerce development and online store work. It lists recognition from Clutch, Google Partner, The Manifest and DesignRush, but none of these is a Shopify credential, and the site does not state a Shopify partner tier. This is a marketing-led agency that builds stores rather than a pure Shopify specialist. It suits brands that want one provider for store development and digital marketing, particularly those planning point-of-sale integrations. Ask to see Shopify builds it has delivered and whether the same team that builds the store will manage advertising and search afterwards.
Shopify agencies often describe themselves as Select, Plus or Premier partners, and the labels are not interchangeable. Ask the agency for its Shopify Partner directory listing and check the tier there. A Plus or Premier badge suggests experience with larger merchants, but it does not guarantee a good fit for your budget or team. Smaller stores may be better served by a smaller agency.
Selling in the UAE and wider Gulf means Arabic and English storefronts with right-to-left layouts, VAT-inclusive pricing, local delivery options, cash on delivery and regional payment gateways. Ask for live stores that handle these needs, and whether the agency has worked with regional couriers or marketplaces such as Salla for sellers who operate across several countries. Gulf buyers also expect fast delivery tracking and easy returns.
Shopify agencies usually quote a fixed fee for a build, a monthly retainer for ongoing work, or a mix. Ask for prices in dirhams, whether VAT is included, what is covered by the fixed scope and how change requests are charged. Check who owns the theme code and app subscriptions when the contract ends, so you are not locked in.
A store needs updates, app maintenance, speed checks and conversion work long after go-live. Ask what support is included, how quickly urgent bugs are fixed and whether you get a named contact. A retainer with set hours can be easier to budget than ad hoc invoices, but check that unused hours are not simply lost each month. Ask for a written service level before you sign.
Request two or three case studies in your category, ideally with figures such as conversion rate, page speed or revenue before and after. Treat headline numbers on agency websites as claims and ask to speak to a client. A good agency will explain what it changed, not just show a before and after screenshot, and it should be willing to put you in touch with a past client.
The strongest Shopify agencies in Dubai combine a verified local office with clear partner status and live stores you can inspect. Creative971, The Epixels and Radiant state Shopify Plus or Premier partner status on their sites, while the others on this list are broader digital studios that build on Shopify among other platforms.
Shortlist two or three, ask for Gulf-specific examples and compare fixed-fee and retainer quotes in dirhams. If you also need an app or a wider technical build, our app development companies list and the Dubai services hub are good next steps.
