Rules-based automation breaks when an invoice arrives in a new layout or a claim needs judgement.
AI agents can read the document, decide what to do and pass the hard cases to a person. Agentic AI workflow automation partners build that capability into the systems you already run: ERP, CRM, payroll, claims and ticketing. This list is for operations and finance leaders who need engineered agents with tests, audit trails and human approval, not a set of no-code zaps.
We chose these ten firms by reading their own service pages and case studies. Each one has a dedicated agentic or AI automation offering and published client work with measurable outcomes. We favored firms that explain how they split work between models and deterministic code, and how they route exceptions to people. For firms focused on the architecture of agent teams, see our companion list of the top multi-agent system development companies.

Roboyo is headquartered in Nuremberg and lists offices in 14 countries, from Berlin and London to Atlanta, Porto, Bengaluru and Guadalajara. It was named a Star Performer in Everest Group’s first Agentic Process Automation Solutions PEAK Matrix assessment in 2026, and its services run from process and task mining through agentic AI builds to managed services.
The case studies carry numbers. For a global FMCG company, an agentic AI system for accounts payable forecasting cut manual forecasting by 85%, saved 20+ hours a week and reduced forecast variance from 35% to 7%. A GenAI RFQ scoring system for an industrial technology leader is credited with a €150m revenue uplift and €570k lower RFQ processing costs. A major US airline’s AI case classification reached 99.5% accuracy on sensitive cases, up from 83%.
Roboyo works across UiPath, Microsoft, Appian, Celonis, Automation Anywhere and ABBYY, which helps when agents must sit on top of an existing automation estate.
Twistag is a Lisbon applied AI company, operating since 2016, that builds agents into the systems a company already runs. Its published work is all workflow automation: an accounts payable agent for manufacturer Aralab, occupancy-based staff planning for a European hotel group that cut agency staffing spend by 70%, a reply drafting assistant for a UK water utility where every draft is checked, and a RegTech platform that cut diligence effort by 75%.
The Aralab build is a useful model for buyers. Claude reads supplier invoices in any layout and matches them to orders and receipts in the ERP, while deterministic code independently rechecks prices, totals and tax. About 80% of 2,000+ monthly invoices need no human touch, the rest go to a review queue, and cost per invoice is visible in real time. It went live in six weeks with one engineer.
Projects usually start with one workflow from an AI Readiness Sprint, run in shadow mode beside the team, then go live with runbooks and handover. Clients own the code, prompts and datasets. Twistag is an Anthropic Partner and an AWS Partner.
Accelirate has been active since 2016, is based in South Florida and calls itself the largest US-based, AI-focused automation services provider. It is a UiPath Diamond Partner and was recognized as a UiPath Agentic Automation Fast Track Partner in 2025. Across eight-plus years with UiPath, it reports 3,200+ automation solutions delivered.
Its agentic offers are concrete. Agentic Process Automation moves clients from RPA to AI agents. R2A Next upgrades existing robots into agents without replacing the platform. A five-week AI Agent Activator takes a production agent from scope to deployment. Published results include 85% faster claim turnaround on an agentic claims platform for a healthcare insurer and 70% faster prior authorization with UiPath-powered agents.
Accelirate is also a Salesforce partner with Agentforce services, a MuleSoft and Tableau certified partner and a Microsoft AI Solutions Partner. It suits US enterprises with a large bot estate that want agents without starting over.
Digital Workforce Services Plc was founded in 2015, is listed on Nasdaq First North under the ticker DWF and has more than 200 automation professionals across the US, UK, Ireland and Northern and Central Europe. Offices include Helsinki, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Warwick, Dublin, Łódź and New York.
In January 2026 it announced an agentic automation program for a large Nordic enterprise modernizing finance and payroll after a merger. The build runs on UiPath orchestration, links client management, financial software, support ticketing and payroll systems into one workflow, and combines AI agents with human review so critical steps stay governed and auditable. It is deployed inside the customer’s own Azure environment.
Its public sector work includes OuluBot, an AI agent serving residents of the City of Oulu around the clock. Digital Workforce also runs Outsmart, a managed business process automation platform, for clients that want the agents operated for them.
STX Next is headquartered in Poznań with a delivery center in Mérida, Mexico, offices in London, Eschborn and the Houston area, and 450+ specialists. It has built with Python for more than 20 years and is an AWS Advanced Tier Partner.
Its AI agent service is a 12-week program. Weeks one and two map the top five bottlenecks. Agents are built with LangChain and tested on sandboxed data copies with human approval gates, then run in observer mode beside current operations with rollback procedures before execution shifts over. The firm cites a logistics client handling 50,000 monthly shipments across 8 EU countries at 99.7% routing accuracy.
For Mattioli Woods, STX Next built ReconSync, an Azure integration that pulls bank files, matches them in the ReconArt engine and syncs results back. It reconciles 320,000+ transactions a year across five banks and saves 14,000+ staff hours annually. STX Next also offers enterprise n8n development and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore builds.
Simform was founded in 2010 and has more than 1,200 employees, including 350+ platform-certified engineers. It is an Anthropic Preferred Services Partner, a Databricks Consulting Partner and an Azure Expert MSP. Its agentic AI practice starts with a process intelligence audit, scores use cases and redesigns workflows agent-first, with human-in-the-loop escalation paths and KPI benchmarks.
The design rules are practical. Rule-based steps stay deterministic, while agents handle judgement and exceptions. Complex reasoning goes to stronger models and extraction goes to cheaper ones. Agent lifecycle management covers versioning, evaluation pipelines, cost budgets and retirement. Simform also sets up agent centers of excellence for firms rolling out many agents.
Its published agentic results include an 80% cut in reporting time for an HVAC services company using AI field agents on Azure AI Foundry, and 80% less qualitative analysis time for a global strategy consultancy.
Markovate lists offices in Schaumburg, Illinois, San Francisco, Toronto and Gurugram, and holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. It is an AWS partner and a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data and AI. Its AI automation service runs from discovery and roadmap through a proof of concept on the client’s own data to end-to-end, cross-department automation.
Its case list is long and specific. CodmanAI cut manual clinical coding work by 65% within three months. Trapeze automated 95% of its paratransit workflows. NVMS reduced property inspection operating costs by 86%. Lounsbery Law Office cut argument preparation time by 78%, and Madison Capital Group now builds investor presentations in three hours instead of several days.
Typical builds include order management agents, document processing for contracts and invoices, and AI sales agents that qualify leads and follow up.
10Clouds has been building software since 2009 from Warsaw and is a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network services track. It reports 120+ AI deployments and a 4.9 Clutch rating from 95 reviews. It was also selected for Mastercard’s Start Path Agentic Commerce and Services program.
Its AI automation service covers intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration with exception escalation, claims and application processing, AML and KYC checks, and data reconciliation. Each design states what the AI handles alone, what goes to human reviewers and what triggers an alert. The firm says a focused module typically reaches production in 8 to 12 weeks.
A packaged Credit Process offer prepares business credit decisions through a controlled workflow for evidence, exceptions and authorized review. For POLFUND, 10Clouds built an AI tool for public procurement discovery that is live and in daily use. Named clients include PZU and BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
Flobotics focuses on AI agents for US healthcare revenue cycle management. It runs four agents: eligibility checks, prior authorization, claims management and denials management, and builds custom RCM and business process automation with UiPath, Python and API integrations. The site states that every agent it builds can be paused by a person at any time, and lists HIPAA compliance.
Its results are some of the most specific in this list. For PTCoA, eligibility checks dropped to about 40 seconds each, with 100% ROI in 23 days, and prior authorization submissions became 85% faster. For PathGroup, per-denial handling fell from about 10 minutes to about 55 seconds. Gentem Health saw a 98% reduction in manual claim preparation.
Flobotics reports 1,000+ automations delivered and a 5.0 Clutch rating from 30 reviews. It is a narrow choice, but a strong one for billing companies, labs and provider groups.
Leanware is a Bogotá software company founded in 2020 that works US business hours. Its Custom AI Agents service builds agents that take over operational work and then runs them for a setup fee plus a monthly fee, which suits companies without an internal AI team. Work usually starts with a fixed-fee AI readiness assessment.
The firm runs a multi-provider AI evaluation backend in production across OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. For the University of Colorado, it built a multi-model AI agent that grades dental crown preparations against configurable rubrics, now in production and scaling to more dental schools.
Clutch named Leanware a Top AI Agents Company in 2026, and it holds a 5.0 rating from 26 verified reviews. It is a smaller option, best for US mid-market buyers who want nearshore time-zone overlap and a single team that builds and operates the agent.
Start with one workflow that has volume, clear rules for most cases and a known cost of errors. Then test each partner against the questions below. For broader advice on automation vendors, our list of AI automation agencies in the Netherlands covers a different market with the same buying logic.
Ask for a case study with a baseline and an after number: hours per week, cost per item, straight-through rate or error rate. Invoice processing, claims, reconciliation and eligibility checks are now well proven. If a partner cannot show one similar build, expect to pay for its learning.
Good builds keep math, matching and policy checks in deterministic code and use models for reading and judgement. Ask where each check lives and how the system behaves when the model is unsure. This choice drives both accuracy and running cost.
Ask to see the review queue. Which items go to a person, what evidence they see, and who sets the confidence thresholds? A partner should plan a shadow or observer period where agents run beside your team before they act on their own.
If you already run UiPath, Power Automate or Appian, a partner that can add agentic process automation on top may save a rebuild. If you run mostly custom systems, an engineering-led firm that builds API layers may fit better.
Agree on monitoring, retraining, cost alerts and incident handling before signing. Some partners hand over code and runbooks. Others operate the agents for a monthly fee. Both work, but the contract should say which one you are buying.
It is automation where AI agents read inputs, make bounded decisions and call tools across your systems to finish an end-to-end workflow, with people approving the exceptions. Unlike classic RPA, it handles variable documents and edge cases without a new rule for each one.
Partly. Tools such as n8n can host agent steps, and some partners use it. The difference is engineering depth: evaluation sets, audit logs, deterministic checks, access controls and integration with core systems such as ERP and payroll. Those are what keep AI agents for finance and claims safe in production.
On the partners’ own sites, timelines range from five weeks for a packaged agent to 8 to 12 weeks for a focused module. Twistag’s Aralab invoice agent went live in six weeks. Integration work and approval design usually take longer than the model work.
Pricing varies by scope and is rarely published. Expect a fixed-fee discovery or prototype, then a project fee or a monthly run fee. Ask for cost per transaction in production, which matters more than build cost. For partners that start with strategy work, see our list of top AI consulting companies.
Agentic AI workflow automation partners are judged on outcomes: fewer touches per item, faster cycle times and clean audit trails. Roboyo and Accelirate bring scale and deep automation platform experience. Twistag shows how a smaller engineering team can put an end-to-end workflow into production in weeks with clear human approval design. Digital Workforce, STX Next, Simform, Markovate and 10Clouds each cover different regions and stacks, while Flobotics is the specialist pick for US healthcare billing.
Pick one workflow, share real samples with two or three partners and compare their designs before you compare prices. If you plan to add AI features to customer-facing products as well, read our list of the top LLM integration companies and our guide to enterprise AI development companies.
