Revenue operations has become the function that decides whether a go-to-market plan can actually be executed. RevOps owns the CRM, the data model, lead routing, forecasting, attribution and the handoffs between marketing, sales and customer success. When it is weak, pipeline reports disagree, reps work around the system and leadership loses confidence in the forecast.
Most companies do not have enough RevOps talent in-house to rebuild those systems while also running them. That is where revops consulting comes in. A revenue operations consulting firm can audit the current stack, redesign processes, implement or migrate the CRM, and in many cases stay on as an embedded RevOps team. If you are new to the function, our guide on what RevOps is explains the basics.
This list is for founders, CROs, CFOs and operations leaders at B2B companies who need outside help with RevOps in 2027. It updates our earlier coverage of firms specializing in GTM and RevOps transformation from 2025, with new research and a narrower focus on RevOps consulting.
We selected the ten firms below by checking each firm’s own website and public records for a defined RevOps or revenue systems offer, platform credentials such as HubSpot or Salesforce partner status, named clients and published results. We favored firms that explain how they work, not just what they sell. No firm paid to be included, and none is pinned to a position.

Go Nimbly is a revenue operations consultancy founded in 2013, with its headquarters in San Francisco and an office in New York. It has built its reputation working with venture-backed software companies, and its customer stories include Intercom, Superhuman, Watershed, Rippling, Zendesk, Twilio, Plaid, Coursera, Braze and Scale AI. Intercom has described a partnership of close to four years.
The firm’s process starts with Phase 0, an 8 to 12 week planning phase that identifies gaps, builds a roadmap and sets up RevOps execution. Work then moves into defined solution areas: account hierarchy, data enrichment, lead-to-opportunity, product-led growth, funnel insights, quote-to-cash and AI-enabled GTM. Go Nimbly also runs specialty practices for Gong and Clay.
That structure is the main strength. Rather than a long list of disconnected projects, clients get a plan tied to specific parts of the revenue process, which is easier to budget and measure. Go Nimbly’s experience with quote-to-cash and product-led growth is also less common among RevOps firms and matters for SaaS companies with self-serve and sales-led motions running side by side.
Best for: Venture-backed SaaS companies from Series B onward that need a senior RevOps partner across the RevTech stack, data and quote-to-cash.
RevPartners is an Atlanta-based firm founded in 2021 that has grown quickly into one of the best-known HubSpot RevOps partners. It is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner and a Clay Elite Studio Partner, and it says it is the only company it knows of to hold Elite status with both. In June 2026 Walker Sands announced it had acquired RevPartners, which continues to operate under its own name as RevPartners, a Walker Sands company.
The core offer is RevOps-as-a-Service: an embedded RevOps department that runs the CRM, reporting and process work on an ongoing basis. RevPartners also handles HubSpot implementations, onboarding, integrations and migrations from Salesforce, Marketo, Pipedrive, Dynamics and Zendesk, as well as GTM engineering and Clay implementations. Its Revenue Performance Model framework, BLUF reporting software and RPX training courses give clients a consistent method.
RevPartners reports more than 1,000 CRM and RevOps deployments and more than 540 five-star reviews on HubSpot. Logos on its site include Eventbrite, Zoom and Rackspace Technology. For teams building enrichment and outbound workflows, our guide to Clay and GTM engineering agencies covers related specialists.
Best for: HubSpot companies that want an ongoing, embedded RevOps team rather than a one-time project.
Aptitude 8 is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner founded in 2020, with company records listing its headquarters in Huntersville, North Carolina and a team of 51 to 200 people. It describes itself as a technical consulting firm focused on RevOps architecture, automation and systems design rather than a marketing agency, and all work is delivered by an in-house, US-based team.
Services include revenue operations, marketing operations, HubSpot implementations, CRM and platform migrations, systems integration, custom HubSpot architecture and AI services for GTM teams. Aptitude 8 is accredited by HubSpot in CRM implementation, custom integrations and advanced CMS, which is relevant for companies with complex data models or many connected systems.
Its case studies show the kind of work it does. For Authority Brands it resolved more than 18,000 duplicate records, for Ignite Reading it cleaned more than 25,000 records and built a roadmap aligning more than 130 users, and Uber Freight has provided a testimonial on its CRM migration to HubSpot. Logos on its site include Lenovo, Dow Jones, SXSW and the ASPCA. Our list of HubSpot partner agencies covers more firms in this ecosystem.
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise companies moving to HubSpot or running complex HubSpot setups that need deep technical RevOps work.
Winning by Design is a B2B revenue consulting and training company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, operating as a fully remote company. It is best known for its open-source Bow Tie data model and SPICED methodology, which many SaaS revenue teams use to define stages and metrics across the full customer lifecycle.
Its consulting work runs in three stages. Diagnose benchmarks growth and identifies systemic gaps. Design covers the Bow Tie data model, the SPICED operating model, GTM process design, growth loops and enablement. Deploy covers ICP development, ABM strategy, messaging, playbooks, training and kickoffs. An Impact Assurance Retainer provides ongoing guidance after a program.
Winning by Design is not a CRM implementation shop. It is the right partner when the problem is how the revenue engine is designed, measured and staffed, rather than how a field is configured. Gartner named it a Challenger in its 2022 Magic Quadrant for Sales Training Service Providers, and its published results include a 2.3x increase in close rate for Logi Analytics and roughly a 50% shorter sales cycle for Cuebiq.
Best for: SaaS and recurring revenue companies that need to redesign their revenue model, metrics and operating cadence before or alongside systems work.
Huble is a London-headquartered HubSpot Elite partner founded in 2012, with more than 175 employees and offices in London, Chicago, Vancouver, Munich, Brussels, Paris, South Yarra, Singapore and Cape Town. It won HubSpot’s Global Partner of the Year award in 2024 and has received three HubSpot Impact Awards.
Huble’s RevOps practice designs and builds sales processes, attribution models, forecasting structures, dashboards, pipeline governance, handover processes and multi-region reporting. That last item is a differentiator. Companies that sell in several countries often run separate pipelines, currencies and teams, and Huble’s global footprint lets it design one revenue model across them.
The firm reports more than 200 global brands served and a 4.93 average rating across more than 400 reviews. Its case studies include a 27% sales efficiency increase for Interprefy, and its client list includes the British Council, GfK, Knight Frank, Avison Young and Dicker Data.
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise companies running HubSpot across several regions that need one RevOps model and consistent reporting.
Lane Four is a Toronto-based consultancy founded in 2013 that helps growth companies run go-to-market operations on Salesforce, including Sales, Service, Revenue and Data Cloud. In October 2024 VSS Capital Partners announced a growth investment in the firm. Lane Four is one of a small number of North American firms designated billing certified by Salesforce, which signals expertise in CPQ and billing.
That quote-to-cash depth is the main reason to hire Lane Four. Many RevOps problems sit between the opportunity and the invoice: pricing rules, approvals, renewals and revenue recognition. Lane Four can design and build those flows inside Salesforce Revenue Cloud, then support them through managed services. Its Foursight offer covers RevOps strategy, and Lane Four Labs packages handle common jobs such as mass merges and MEDDPICC setup.
The firm reports more than 65 Salesforce and RevOps experts and more than 120 team members after its acquisition of Astralis, and its client logos include 1Password, Udacity, TouchBistro and Top Hat. Its center of gravity is the Salesforce platform, so companies still comparing CRMs may find our HubSpot vs Salesforce comparison useful before choosing a partner.
Best for: Salesforce-based B2B companies that need RevOps, CPQ and billing work handled by one consultancy.
Skaled is an Austin-based firm founded in 2013 that calls itself a revenue performance agency. It provides revenue operations consulting plus hands-on execution, and it focuses on private equity firms, portfolio company leaders and growth companies. Skaled says it has served more than 1,000 companies and has a bench of 25 experienced consultants.
Its RevOps work follows three phases. Identify the Constraint runs 30 to 60 days and reviews processes, data, technology and responsibilities. Remove the Constraint runs 90 to 120 days and adds hands-on capacity across CRM, data, reporting, forecasting and workflows. Embedded Partner is ongoing and can include RevOps leadership, system administration, reporting and automation. Skaled also offers fractional RevOps.
The firm sets targets for each client across pipeline, deal speed, conversion, net retention and rep productivity. Its NoFraud case study reports a 126% pipeline increase after Skaled centralized RevOps. Companies that also need senior revenue leadership can compare options in our list of fractional CRO firms.
Best for: PE-backed and growth-stage companies that want a time-boxed diagnosis followed by hands-on RevOps capacity.
The Pedowitz Group was founded in 2007 and is based in Milton, Georgia. It is known for the revenue marketing concept, and it has published six books on the subject. The firm is a HubSpot Platinum Partner and reports more than 600 platform certifications across major martech vendors, including HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce.
Its work spans strategy and consulting, including audits and growth roadmaps, martech architecture and optimization, and marketing services. The Pedowitz Group is platform-agnostic, which helps companies running more than one marketing automation system after an acquisition, or those deciding whether to consolidate.
The client list is unusually strong for a firm of its size. Published results include $1.1 billion in pipeline value for Charles Schwab, 25% marketing-generated pipeline at Cisco, 50% higher marketing ROI at Zoetis and $8.9 million in qualified opportunities for Gilbarco Veeder-Root. The firm reports more than 1,500 B2B clients over its history.
Best for: Enterprise companies where RevOps starts with marketing operations and needs to work across several martech platforms.
Sercante is an Atlanta-based Salesforce consulting partner founded in 2017 and focused on marketing and sales solutions. In May 2024 Trilliad announced it had acquired Sercante, and the release described the firm as the third-largest woman-owned Salesforce SI consulting partner. Sercante says it has completed more than 1,200 projects.
Its services cover Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Engagement and Growth Edition, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Data Cloud, analytics, personalization, Agentforce and Snowflake. Its newest offer, RevenueOS, is described as a signal-led revenue operating system that turns intel into predictable growth.
For companies that run marketing and sales on Salesforce, Sercante fills a gap that many RevOps firms leave: the marketing automation and data layer. Its case studies include the Indianapolis Colts, Fellowes Brands, Little Caesars Fundraising and the University of Massachusetts Lowell. See our list of Salesforce consulting partners for more options in this ecosystem.
Best for: Salesforce-centered companies that need RevOps work across Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
BrainDonors is a B2B growth agency with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria and Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner and supports clients in English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Russian. Alongside paid media, SEO and web development, it runs a defined RevOps practice built on HubSpot.
The RevOps offer comes in two tiers. RevOps Consulting is an audit and plan engagement of about four to six weeks covering revenue processes, data gaps, overlapping tools, CRM health and attribution. RevOps Implementation is a full build of about eight to sixteen weeks covering process mapping, CRM configuration or migration, workflows, handoff SLAs, multi-touch attribution and role-based dashboards, followed by ongoing support on retainer.
BrainDonors also sizes its work by growth stage, from companies with fewer than five reps to multi-market teams with more than 50. Because the same team runs paid, SEO and web, it can connect those channels to one attribution model. It is a smaller RevOps practice than the larger firms above, but its fixed timelines and multilingual team suit European mid-market buyers.
Best for: European mid-market B2B companies on HubSpot that want a defined RevOps audit or build with attribution tied to their marketing channels.
Most RevOps consulting firms specialize in either HubSpot or Salesforce. RevPartners, Aptitude 8, Huble and BrainDonors are HubSpot partners, while Lane Four and Sercante focus on Salesforce, and Go Nimbly works across the wider RevTech stack. Choose a firm whose depth matches the platform you plan to keep for the next three to five years.
Some problems are about how the revenue engine is designed: stages, definitions, metrics and coverage. Others are about systems: data quality, routing, integrations and reports. Winning by Design is strongest at the first, while technical firms such as Aptitude 8 and Lane Four excel at the second. Many companies need both, so ask how each firm handles the part it does not specialize in.
A one-time project can fix a broken CRM, but RevOps needs continuous care as the business changes. Firms such as RevPartners and Skaled offer embedded or as-a-service models, which can be more cost-effective than hiring a full internal team early on. Ask how the firm documents its work so you are not dependent on it forever.
Agree on measurable outcomes at the start: forecast accuracy, data completeness, lead response time, pipeline conversion rates and time saved for reps. Ask for case studies with before and after numbers, and make sure the firm reports against your metrics, not just completed tickets.
RevOps spans the full customer lifecycle. Check that the firm has worked on marketing automation, sales process and post-sale processes such as renewals and expansion. A firm that only knows the sales side will leave gaps at the handoffs where revenue usually leaks.
A RevOps consulting firm audits and improves the systems, data and processes behind revenue. Typical work includes CRM implementation or migration, lead routing, pipeline stage design, forecasting, attribution, dashboards and integrations between marketing, sales and customer success tools.
A marketing agency creates campaigns and content to generate demand. A RevOps agency builds and maintains the systems that capture, route, measure and convert that demand. Some firms offer both, but the skills are different, and the best RevOps firms are usually led by operators and systems architects.
Assessments usually take four to twelve weeks, depending on scope. BrainDonors quotes four to six weeks for consulting, Skaled runs a 30 to 60 day diagnosis, and Go Nimbly’s planning phase takes 8 to 12 weeks. Full implementations and migrations often take two to four months, followed by ongoing support.
Common triggers include an unreliable forecast, a CRM migration, a new sales motion such as product-led growth or enterprise sales, a merger that combines systems, or a funding round that raises reporting expectations. If your team spends more time reconciling reports than acting on them, it is usually time.
The right revops consulting partner depends on your CRM, your stage and whether you need design, implementation or ongoing operations. Lane Four and Sercante are strong Salesforce choices, and Go Nimbly suits SaaS companies that need senior RevOps across the full stack. RevPartners, Aptitude 8, Huble and BrainDonors cover the HubSpot ecosystem at different scales. Winning by Design is the pick for revenue architecture, Skaled suits PE-backed companies that want embedded capacity, and The Pedowitz Group fits marketing-led enterprises with complex martech.
Shortlist two or three firms, share the same brief with each, and compare how they diagnose the problem before they propose a solution. The firm that asks the best questions about your data and process is usually the one that will fix them.
