Salesforce is flexible enough to run almost any sales, service or marketing process, which is exactly why so many implementations go over budget. Salesforce consulting partners are firms in Salesforce’s partner program that design, configure, integrate and support the platform for customers. The best of them bring industry templates, delivery methods and certified staff that most companies cannot build internally, and in 2027 they are also the people setting up Agentforce and Data Cloud.
This list is for CIOs, sales and service leaders, and RevOps teams who are choosing a Salesforce partner for a new implementation, a rescue project, a multi-cloud rollout or managed services. It is global in scope. We include the large systems integrators that handle multinational programs, plus specialist firms in Latin America, Australia, India and the US that can be a better fit for mid-market budgets or specific industries. If you are still deciding on a CRM, read our HubSpot vs Salesforce comparison first.
A note on tiers: Salesforce reworked its consulting partner program in 2026, replacing the old Base, Ridge, Crest and Summit structure with two tiers, Select and Summit, and swapping 170 legacy badges for 28 core competencies, according to coverage by Salesforce Ben and Channel Insider. Many firms still describe themselves using the earlier tier names. Where a partner states its tier on its own site, we report it; where it does not, we leave it out and rely on other evidence.
How we chose: we looked at the size and certification depth of each firm’s Salesforce practice, the clouds and industries it covers, its geographic reach, and the public evidence it offers, such as named clients, awards and AppExchange ratings. Every figure below comes from the partner’s own website, a press release or a public directory. No firm paid to be included.

Accenture runs the largest Salesforce practice we found. Its Salesforce Business Group reports more than 55,000 Salesforce professionals, more than 78,000 Salesforce certifications and more than 577,000 Trailhead badges, with dedicated leadership for the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Accenture is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
Its current focus is Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein, applied across marketing, sales, commerce and service. Accenture has been named a leader in IDC MarketScape assessments of Salesforce implementation services several times, including the worldwide 2021 report (its fifth time) and the Asia Pacific 2024 to 2025 report. It also won a 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for work with Queensland University of Technology and was 2024 Salesforce APAC Partner of the Year in ANZ for innovation.
The case for Accenture is scale. If you are consolidating several Salesforce orgs across regions, combining Salesforce with SAP or other enterprise systems, or need a partner that can staff hundreds of people quickly, few firms can match it. The trade-off is cost and process: mid-market companies will often get more senior attention from a specialist.
Best for: Global enterprises running multi-cloud, multi-region Salesforce transformations that touch other core systems.
Deloitte Digital is the creative and technology arm of Deloitte, which is headquartered in London. Deloitte describes a global network of Salesforce-certified professionals in more than 40 countries, and its Salesforce brochure notes that it is a certified provider of Salesforce Fullforce industry solutions with specializations in eight industries.
Recent recognitions on Deloitte’s Salesforce alliance page include Salesforce Partner of the Year awards in Switzerland, Belgium, Greece and Italy, MuleSoft Global Partner of the Year and a 2024 Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud Partner Award. The MuleSoft strength matters because many large Salesforce programs fail on integration rather than configuration.
Deloitte’s advantage is the combination of industry consulting, risk and regulatory knowledge, and creative work through its studios. That fits banks, insurers, life sciences firms and public bodies where compliance shapes the design. Like Accenture, it is set up for enterprise programs, so smaller projects may not get the same senior attention.
Best for: Regulated enterprises that want Salesforce delivered alongside industry, risk and integration expertise from one firm.
Slalom is a Seattle-headquartered consulting firm with more than 13,000 team members across eight countries and 45 markets. Its Salesforce practice holds more than 8,000 Salesforce certifications globally, including over 500 Marketing Cloud certifications, according to the firm.
Slalom says it was the first Salesforce partner worldwide to achieve the Full Stack designation for the Marketing Cloud suite and that it ranks as the second Marketing Cloud partner in North America. In 2024, Slalom and Salesforce announced an expanded partnership centered on data and AI, which aligns with Slalom’s strengths in data engineering and analytics.
Slalom organizes its business around local markets (45 of them, by its own count), which can help with in-person workshops and change management. It sits between the global integrators and boutiques on price and scale, and it is a strong choice when Salesforce work is part of a broader data or marketing program.
Best for: Enterprises and upper mid-market companies combining Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and data platform work with a locally based team.
Capgemini is headquartered in Paris and describes itself as a global strategic consulting partner of Salesforce, with more than ten years of joint work. It reports a 4.8 out of 5 score on the Salesforce Partner Value Index.
Its Salesforce services cover CRM consulting, cloud advisory, application design and customization, and implementation, integration and migration, with MuleSoft part of the offering. Capgemini highlights industry assets in automotive, consumer products and retail, and financial services, including a Quick Start Commerce package that it says can deliver an omnichannel commerce experience in ten weeks.
Recognitions include a 2025 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for work with Engie, an Outstanding Knowledge Partner of the Year award in France for growth in Salesforce certifications, and an Everest Group Leader position for Salesforce services in insurance. Its industry assets and European roots make it a natural shortlist candidate for multinationals headquartered in Europe.
Best for: European and global enterprises in automotive, consumer goods, retail or insurance that need Salesforce delivered at scale.
Coastal, originally Coastal Cloud, was founded in 2012 by Sara and Tim Hale in Palm Coast, Florida. In December 2025, private equity firm Sverica Capital Management announced the sale of Coastal to Tata Consultancy Services for $700 million, describing Coastal as one of the largest and fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the US. Coastal’s site now links to TCS policies.
Coastal reports that it has served more than 1,700 organizations and completed more than 8,500 projects. It cites 550+ five-star AppExchange reviews, 180+ five-star G2 reviews, six Salesforce Partner Advisory Board seats and three Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards, and says G2 has named it the top Salesforce consultancy three times.
Unlike the global integrators, Coastal built its business on mid-market and public sector clients, and it is listed on Carahsoft for state and local government work. Its published results include a 70x faster service response time using Agentforce. Buyers should ask how the TCS ownership will change staffing and pricing over the life of a contract.
Best for: US mid-market companies and state and local government agencies that want a Salesforce specialist with a large review history.
Spaulding Ridge is a Chicago-headquartered cloud advisory and implementation firm founded in 2018. Built In lists about 550 employees and 14 offices, including London, Madrid, Barcelona and Stockholm in Europe and Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur and Manila in Asia.
The firm has grown its Salesforce practice partly through acquisitions. It brought on Silvr Lining Group and Buan Consulting to expand its Salesforce team, and in September 2023 it acquired SOLISTIC, a Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud specialist with operations in the US and India. Spaulding Ridge positions itself as a broader cloud advisory firm, so Salesforce work can be combined with other enterprise cloud projects.
Its best-known Salesforce work is in quote-to-cash. A published example with Definitive Healthcare reports an 84% reduction in time to quote after a Salesforce CPQ project. Other named clients on its site include TransUnion, Collibra and Chevron.
Best for: High-growth SaaS and enterprise companies that need CPQ, quote-to-cash and Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud work from one firm.
Cloudgaia is a Buenos Aires-headquartered Salesforce consultancy, founded in 2016, that describes itself as a 100% Salesforce Summit consulting partner. It lists offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Argentina and Colombia, a team of 220+ experts and more than 1,000 certifications.
Consumer goods is its standout vertical. Cloudgaia says it is a Top 10 Consumer Goods expert on the Salesforce AppExchange, and its named clients include Coca-Cola, CONA Services, Diageo, Danone, Philip Morris and Mercado Libre, along with Schroders and The Walt Disney Company. A featured case study with Grupo Dexter reports 57% growth in online orders.
The firm reports 250+ projects and a 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction score. For North American companies, Cloudgaia’s Latin American base offers nearshore delivery in overlapping time zones, and for companies expanding into Latin America it offers Spanish and Portuguese market experience that global integrators may staff thinly.
Best for: Consumer goods brands and companies that want nearshore Salesforce delivery from Latin America or local teams in Spanish-speaking markets.
TechForce Services is a Sydney-headquartered Salesforce partner founded in 2015. It describes itself as a Summit-tier consulting partner and says it has held Summit status for five consecutive years. It serves clients in Australia, the US, the UK, Singapore and India.
Its services run from advisory and implementation through migration, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, MuleSoft and Boomi integration, DevOps and managed services. Industry cloud work covers Education, Financial Services, Public Sector and Health Cloud. TechForce holds ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.
The firm reports 600+ certified specialists, 500+ completed projects and a 4.9 AppExchange rating. Named clients include Torrens University Australia, AFTRS, Suez, Scenic, Rehau and the NRL, and it lists work with several Australian state governments and the Australian Government.
Best for: Australian and Asia Pacific organizations, especially in government and higher education, that want a certified Summit partner with local delivery.
Ksolves is a publicly listed technology services company on India’s NSE and BSE, headquartered in Noida and founded in 2012. It states that it holds Salesforce’s Summit tier and reports that it has achieved Summit status three consecutive times. Offices include Noida, Pune and Indore in India, plus locations in the US, Dubai and Melbourne.
Its Salesforce practice reports 350+ certifications, 100+ certified Salesforce experts and 200+ Salesforce projects, with clients in more than 30 countries. Ksolves covers implementation, custom development, integration and ongoing support.
The appeal is cost and capacity. Offshore rates make Ksolves a practical choice for development-heavy work, AppExchange builds and long-running support contracts. The trade-off is that business process design and change management usually need more involvement from your own team, so assign a strong internal product owner.
Best for: Companies with a clear specification that want cost-effective offshore Salesforce development and support from a listed company.
Penrod is a Milwaukee-based Salesforce partner that focuses on healthcare and life sciences. It holds Salesforce’s Health and Life Sciences Expert Navigator designation and works across providers and clinics, medical devices, pharma, payers and labs.
Security credentials matter in this sector, and Penrod lists HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Beyond Salesforce Health Cloud, it also works with Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform, which is useful when patient or commercial data needs to move between Salesforce and a data warehouse.
Its case studies include Nebraska Medicine, Sonora Quest, Gilson and Agena Bioscience, and it holds a 4.8 out of 5 AppExchange rating. Penrod is smaller than other firms on this list, which can mean more senior attention but less capacity for very large programs.
Best for: Health systems, labs and life sciences companies that want a Salesforce partner focused on their regulatory and data requirements.
A global integrator is built for programs with dozens of workstreams and several countries. On a smaller project you may be a low priority for that firm, while a specialist may treat you as a flagship client. Match the partner’s typical deal size to yours, and ask what share of their revenue comes from clients your size.
Salesforce’s industry clouds for financial services, health, public sector, manufacturing and consumer goods come with their own data models. A partner that has implemented your industry cloud before will avoid customizations that the product already handles. Ask for two references in your sector and check whether the firm holds the relevant Salesforce specializations or Expert Navigator designations.
Salesforce’s 2026 partner changes put heavy weight on AI and Agentforce outcomes, so most partners now pitch them. Ask for a production deployment, not a demo, and ask how they measured results. Agents only work on clean, connected data, so a good partner will start with data quality and integration before building agents. Our guide to sales automation tools covers adjacent tools you may connect.
Onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery each have a place. Onshore teams are easier for workshops and change management, nearshore teams in Latin America overlap with US hours, and offshore teams reduce cost on build and support. Most large partners blend all three. Ask for the planned staffing mix by role and location, and get it written into the statement of work.
Salesforce releases updates three times a year, and your processes will keep changing. Ask whether the partner offers managed services, how support requests are prioritized and how knowledge is handed over to your admins. A partner that builds well but leaves no documentation will cost you more over time. If your team also needs process and pipeline design, consider pairing the partner with one of the RevOps consulting firms we track.
Salesforce consulting partners plan, configure, customize and integrate Salesforce products for customers. Typical work includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, Marketing Cloud setups, CPQ and revenue processes, data migrations, MuleSoft integrations, Agentforce deployments and ongoing managed services. Partners are listed on Salesforce’s AppExchange, where customers can see ratings and reviews.
Salesforce announced in 2026 that its consulting track would move from four tiers (Base, Ridge, Crest and Summit) to two: Select and Summit. Summit is the higher tier. Because the transition is recent, many partners still market themselves with the older names. Check the partner’s current AppExchange listing for its tier and competencies.
Choose a global integrator when your project spans several countries, business units or core systems, or when you need a partner that can take on contractual risk at scale. Choose a boutique or specialist when your project is focused on one cloud or industry, when budget is tight, or when you want senior people hands-on throughout.
A focused Sales Cloud rollout for a single team can take a few months, while multi-cloud enterprise programs often run in phases over a year or more. Data migration and integration usually drive the timeline more than configuration does. Ask each partner for a phased plan with clear go-live milestones.
Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Slalom and Capgemini lead for large, multi-region Salesforce programs. Coastal and Spaulding Ridge offer specialist depth for US mid-market and revenue-process work, while Cloudgaia, TechForce Services and Ksolves give strong options in Latin America, Asia Pacific and offshore delivery. Penrod is the pick when healthcare compliance shapes the project.
Shortlist partners whose size, industry experience and delivery model match your project, confirm their current tier on AppExchange, and ask for production references. If you are weighing HubSpot as well, compare these firms with the top HubSpot partner agencies, and for a US-only shortlist see our earlier look at Salesforce consulting companies in the USA.
