“I’ve never been focused on one big moment. I focus on building systems that people come back to every week. That’s where real value shows up.”

Aaron Keay is a Vancouver-based entrepreneur, investor, and former professional athlete whose career spans consumer products, wellness, and venture capital. As the founder of Kommunity Fitness and principal of Klutch Financial, he focuses on building and backing businesses that are grounded in repeatable systems and real-world use.

Keay began his career as an elite athlete, representing Canada in soccer and competing professionally in Europe before returning to play for the Vancouver 86ers and Vancouver Whitecaps. He later transitioned into the fitness industry, where he worked as a personal trainer and developed an early understanding of habit formation and performance.

He moved into corporate finance soon after, where he gained experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and public listings. Over time, he was involved in transactions totaling more than $5 billion in value. His early exposure to emerging sectors shaped a disciplined approach to investing, with a focus on timing, structure, and long-term viability.

Today, Keay is actively involved in consumer-focused investing through Klutch Financial and his advisory role with RX3 Growth Partners. He has been connected to brands such as Therabody and Truvani, which have built strong positions in recovery and nutrition by becoming part of daily consumer routines. He also serves as an advisor to Cali Water, a fast-growing beverage brand supported by high-profile investors and cultural figures.

Alongside his investment work, Keay leads Kommunity Fitness, a boutique training concept founded in Vancouver. The business is built around structured programming, consistent user experience, and community-driven performance. The company is currently expanding into the United States through a franchising model, supported by experienced leadership to ensure scalable growth.

Across his work, Keay is known for focusing on fundamentals over hype. His approach centers on identifying ideas that can be executed consistently and scaled effectively across markets.
