Maryann Misiolek is a real estate investor, industrial engineer, and entrepreneur based in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. As the owner and operator of MarDav Enterprises, LLC, she has spent over two decades restoring and managing residential properties across Central Pennsylvania.
Maryann earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and her Master’s degree in Management Science from Lehigh University. Her academic background shaped her structured, problem-solving approach to business. In 2001, she co-founded MarDav Enterprises with her husband, Dave, focusing on the rehabilitation of distressed properties and long-term rental management.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Maryann has been involved in every stage of her projects, from planning and budgeting to on-site execution. Her work emphasises quality, consistency, and community impact rather than short-term gains.
Beyond her business, Maryann is deeply engaged in her local community. She serves as Chairperson of the Helping Hands Committee and as a member of the Finance Council at St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church. She is also actively involved in youth sports and local initiatives.
