These actions spanned a wide range of industries and jurisdictions throughout the country, involving both domestic and international discovery.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ni practiced as an associate in the litigation department of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a major transnational law firm, where he participated in complex international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce and World Bank Investment Treaty Tribunals, along with large-scale corporate investigations across multiple jurisdictions.

As co-founder of Morrow Ni LLP, Mr. Ni now brings that institutional training to bear on behalf of individuals and companies engaged in transnational disputes. The firm was built to serve a well-documented gap in the market: sophisticated Chinese clients who require counsel able to operate effectively in both the U.S. legal system and their native language.
