“An idea only matters if it can be built. If you design with manufacturing in mind from the start, everything else gets easier”

Timothy Bradbury Monzello is a manufacturing professional and educator whose career reflects a deep commitment to practical execution and continuous improvement. With a foundation built on hands-on experience as a machinist, CNC programmer, and production specialist, he developed a strong understanding of how products are made at every level.

He advanced through leadership roles including Foreman, Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Control Manager before launching his own business. He later spent 19 years at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he served as a Master Production Scheduler and Manufacturing Engineering Group Lead, contributing to complex systems that required precision, planning, and coordination.

In parallel with his industry work, Monzello has spent over a decade teaching manufacturing and machine tool technology as an Adjunct Professor. His teaching focuses on connecting engineering theory with real-world application, helping students understand not just how to design, but how to build.

His expertise includes design for manufacturability, GD&T, and business operations management. His work continues to center on improving outcomes by aligning design, production, and execution.
