How Much Does It Cost To Hire Developers In Poland In 2026

Just Join IT’s Raport Wynagrodzeń IT w Polsce 2026 puts the median senior developer at 21,573 PLN gross per month on an employment contract and 24,780 PLN net on invoice on a B2B contract. Mid level: 15,000 PLN gross, or 18,900 PLN net on invoice. Junior: 8,000 PLN gross, or 9,020 PLN net on invoice. The B2B figure is larger because the buyer pays no social contributions on top of it, and because a Polish sole trader can tax software revenue at 12% under the lump sum, 19% flat or 5% under IP Box instead of the 12% and 32% progressive scale that applies to employment income.

Those two numbers answer different questions, and most articles mix them. Every figure below is labeled gross, net take-home or net on invoice, labeled employment (umowa o pracę, UoP) or B2B, and traced to a named, dated report. Where no Polish report publishes a figure, this guide says so.

Conversions use the Narodowy Bank Polski Table A mid rate of 18 September 2026: 1 USD = 3.7998 PLN, 1 EUR = 4.3633 PLN. The senior B2B median of 24,780 PLN is about USD 6,521 or EUR 5,679 a month; the junior employment median of 8,000 PLN gross is about USD 2,105 or EUR 1,833.

Salary by seniority: the headline medians

Two reports carry enough sample and disclosed method to anchor a budget. Just Join IT’s Raport Wynagrodzeń IT w Polsce 2026 draws on roughly 111,000 job offers posted during 2025, cross referenced against a survey of over 4,400 IT professionals. Bulldogjob’s Badanie Społeczności IT 2025 surveyed 4,331 verified respondents between 15 January and 16 February 2025.

They do not measure the same thing. Just Join IT publishes employment pay as gross; Bulldogjob’s headline charts publish it as net take-home, the kwota na rękę a developer banks. Both publish B2B as net on invoice, the pre-VAT amount the buyer transfers, out of which the contractor pays their own contributions and tax.

    | Level | Just Join IT 2026, UoP gross median | Just Join IT 2026, B2B net-on-invoice median | Bulldogjob 2025, UoP net take-home median | Bulldogjob 2025, B2B net-on-invoice median | |—|—|—|—|—| | Junior | 8,000 PLN | 9,020 PLN | 5,700 PLN | 9,200 PLN | | Mid / regular | 15,000 PLN | 18,900 PLN | 8,500 PLN | 16,000 PLN | | Senior | 21,573 PLN | 24,780 PLN | 12,000 PLN | 24,000 PLN | | Tech lead / team lead | Not published | Not published | 13,500 PLN | 26,000 PLN | | Mid-level manager | Not published | Not published | 15,000 PLN | 27,000 PLN | | Director / C-level | Not published | Not published | 20,000 PLN | 30,000 PLN |

The two employment columns are not a disagreement. The difference is the tax and contribution wedge: 12,000 PLN is what a senior banks after employee contributions, health and income tax, while 21,573 PLN is the payroll line before any of it. Budget from gross.

Advertised ranges are not clearing prices

Just Join IT reports that actual mid-level pay ran roughly 19% below advertised employment ranges and roughly 21% below advertised B2B ranges.

Why B2B and employment numbers differ: the tax story

Most experienced Polish developers hold no employment contract. They register a jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, a sole trader business, and invoice the client. That pre-VAT invoice is what reports call B2B, and out of it the developer pays their own contributions and tax, with no employer funded holiday, sick pay or notice protection.

The buyer’s contribution bill disappears. On employment the employer pays roughly 20.5% of gross on top of salary in ZUS and fund contributions. On B2B the client pays the invoice and nothing else, and part of that saving is passed through as a higher headline rate.

The tax base changes. Employment income is taxed on the progressive scale: 12% up to 120,000 PLN, less a tax reducing amount of 3,600 PLN, then 10,800 PLN plus 32% above that, with a 30,000 PLN tax free amount. A sole trader can instead elect the 19% flat rate (podatek liniowy) with costs deductible, or the lump sum on registered revenue (ryczałt), where most IT and software services fall in the 12% band, charged on revenue with no deductions. For a developer whose real costs are a laptop and an accountant, that beats 32% of the top slice of income comfortably. Which service codes sit in the 12% band rather than the 8.5% band is fact specific and a frequent subject of individual tax rulings.

IP Box takes the rate to 5%. Poland’s innovation box, in force since 1 January 2019 under art. 30ca of the PIT Act, taxes qualified IP income at 5%, and copyright to a computer program is one of the qualifying rights. The conditions are real: the IP must arise from the taxpayer’s own R&D activity, routine modifications do not count, only the share of income allowed by the nexus coefficient qualifies, and a separate ledger must identify each right with its revenues, costs and result. It is settled annually through the PIT/IP annex, and advance individual rulings are routinely obtained. IP Box works with the progressive scale and the 19% flat rate, but not with ryczałt, which taxes revenue rather than income.

Risk transfers. No paid leave, no sick pay, no employer funded notice, easier termination both ways. Part of the premium pays for that.

How large is the gap, really

Against Just Join IT’s 2026 medians, comparing UoP gross with B2B net on invoice, the B2B figure is about 12.8% higher at junior level, 26.0% higher at mid and 14.9% higher at senior. Those percentages are the ratio of two published medians rather than a separately published statistic; the report itself states the gap is widest at mid, at roughly 26%.

You will also see the claim that B2B pays 2.3 times more, taken from Bulldogjob’s overall medians of 9,200 PLN employment net take-home against 20,800 PLN B2B net on invoice. Do not use that ratio. It sets a figure measured after the developer’s tax and contributions against one measured before them. No source publishes a like-for-like fully loaded comparison, so build one from the employer cost section below and label it a calculation. Our remote developers versus in-house teams analysis runs the same arithmetic outside Poland, and the companion guide to hiring software developers in Poland covers the contract and IP mechanics.

    Salary by role and stack

Just Join IT publishes means of advertised salary by technology category from 2025 postings. Bulldogjob publishes self reported medians per role, and on those pages the employment figure is gross, not the net take-home used on its headline charts.

    | Category | Just Join IT, UoP gross mean | Just Join IT, B2B mean | Just Join IT, senior UoP gross | Bulldogjob, UoP gross median | Bulldogjob, B2B net-on-invoice median | |—|—|—|—|—|—| | Go | 22,250 PLN | Not published | 25,000 PLN | 14,600 PLN | 25,000 PLN | | DevOps | 16,717 PLN | 19,811 PLN | 23,500 PLN | 17,900 PLN | 25,000 PLN | | Python | 16,413 PLN | 18,330 PLN | 23,488 PLN | 15,000 PLN | 18,500 PLN | | Security | 16,250 PLN | 20,465 PLN | 24,250 PLN | 16,900 PLN | 31,500 PLN | | ERP (SAP / Oracle) | 16,092 PLN | 20,927 PLN | 21,500 PLN | Not published | Not published | | Java | 15,950 PLN | 18,774 PLN | 23,250 PLN | 15,900 PLN | 23,000 PLN | | JavaScript | 15,651 PLN | 16,369 PLN | 21,953 PLN | 13,000 PLN | 19,000 PLN | | .NET / C# | 14,610 PLN | 17,140 PLN | 20,500 PLN | 13,000 PLN | 22,000 PLN | | Testing / QA | 12,250 PLN | 14,863 PLN | 18,000 PLN | 8,300 PLN | 12,000 PLN | | PHP | 12,179 PLN | 14,185 PLN | 18,588 PLN | 12,000 PLN | 18,000 PLN |

Sources: Just Join IT, Raport Wynagrodzeń IT w Polsce 2026, wynagrodzenia w kategoriach, means of advertised salary from 2025 postings; Bulldogjob, Badanie Społeczności IT 2025 per-role pages, self reported medians.

Recruiter data agrees at the top end. Antal’s 15th edition, covering H2 2025 and H1 2026 with over 3,000 participants and reported by antyweb.pl on 14 September 2026, gives senior gross ranges of 28,000 to 42,000 PLN for AI researchers, 24,000 to 38,000 PLN for DevOps engineers and 16,000 to 18,000 PLN for manual testers.

Frameworks are a different matter. No major Polish report breaks out React, Node.js, Laravel or Flutter separately. The honest proxies are Bulldogjob’s Frontend medians of 14,000 PLN gross on employment and 18,800 PLN net on invoice (senior: 19,900 PLN gross, 23,500 PLN net on invoice) for React, the Backend and JavaScript categories for Node.js, PHP for Laravel and Mobile for Flutter. Lemon.io publishes stack premiums over its own Polish baseline rate, updated September 2026, of 13% for full stack React, Node and Python and 7% for React and Next.js, which are premiums on a marketplace rate rather than salaries. If you are shortlisting by stack, our roundups of Java software houses in Poland and Python development companies in Poland are a faster start.

The roles nobody publishes: Oracle APEX, PL/SQL and Power BI

Three roles buyers search for constantly have no published Polish salary figure at all. Not a weak figure, not a small sample: no named, dated Polish report covers them. We checked No Fluff Jobs, Bulldogjob, Just Join IT, Hays, Antal, Devire and theprotocol.it.

Search results for these terms are nonetheless full of confident numbers, from scraped aggregators that pool self reported and advertised data without disclosing sample size, period, contract form, or whether the figure is gross, net or on invoice. For a rare role such an estimate can rest on a handful of records and you cannot tell. A number you cannot audit is worse than no number, because it anchors a budget.

    Oracle APEX

No published figure. The nearest authoritative proxy is Just Join IT’s ERP (SAP / Oracle) category for 2025, where a Polish job board would classify an APEX role: UoP gross mean 16,092 PLN, up 7.3% year on year, B2B mean 20,927 PLN, up 14.9%, with UoP gross means of 9,020 PLN junior, 17,275 PLN mid and 21,500 PLN senior on an advertised B2B range of 5,890 to 67,200 PLN. That is the enterprise database band, not an APEX number, and APEX specialists are rarer than the category.

    PL/SQL

No published figure. The dou.eu portal maintains a Programista Oracle PL/SQL page, but its technology specific table rendered empty when checked on 18 September 2026. The only numbers it produced were all-software-engineer Poland medians of 7,750 PLN junior, 14,275 PLN mid and 22,000 PLN senior, which are not PL/SQL specific and are not used here. The ERP category above is the closest published band, itself a proxy.

    Power BI

Partially covered, and only by a portal disclosing no method. theprotocol.it’s BI Developer page shows 56 offers, with advertised ranges of 7,000 to 10,000 PLN gross on employment and 8,000 to 12,000 PLN net on invoice for juniors, 11,000 to 16,000 PLN gross and 13,000 to 18,000 PLN net on invoice for mid, and 16,000 to 24,000 PLN gross and 20,000 to 28,000 PLN net on invoice for seniors. No sample period is stated, so treat those as indicative. The authoritative proxy is Just Join IT’s Analytics category for 2025: UoP gross mean 13,515 PLN, up 14.1%, B2B mean 17,220 PLN, up 7.1%, with UoP gross means of 7,900 PLN junior, 14,645 PLN mid and 18,000 PLN senior.

For all three: price from the proxy category, then run a live market test. Ask two or three vendors from a shortlist such as our top software development companies in Poland list to quote the exact profile.

Salary by city, and why it is not Warsaw

The standard assumption is that Warsaw is the expensive city and everywhere else is a discount. The data does not support it. On Bulldogjob’s 2025 survey, Kraków leads on the employment median at 10,250 PLN net take-home, ahead of Warsaw and Trójmiasto at 9,600 PLN, and leads the mean at 11,511 PLN against Warsaw’s 10,743 PLN. On B2B, Kraków, Warsaw and Wrocław tie on the median at 21,000 PLN net on invoice, while on the B2B mean Warsaw is third behind Wrocław at 22,583 PLN and Trójmiasto at 22,503 PLN.

    | City | UoP net take-home median | UoP net take-home mean | B2B net-on-invoice median | B2B net-on-invoice mean | |—|—|—|—|—| | Kraków | 10,250 PLN | 11,511 PLN | 21,000 PLN | 21,068 PLN | | Warszawa | 9,600 PLN | 10,743 PLN | 21,000 PLN | 21,575 PLN | | Trójmiasto | 9,600 PLN | 9,813 PLN | 20,280 PLN | 22,503 PLN | | Wrocław | 9,500 PLN | 10,137 PLN | 21,000 PLN | 22,583 PLN | | Łódź | 9,500 PLN | 9,902 PLN | 20,000 PLN | 19,527 PLN | | Poznań | 9,000 PLN | 9,487 PLN | Not published | 18,371 PLN | | Szczecin | 8,500 PLN | 9,580 PLN | Not published | 19,232 PLN | | Katowice / Aglomeracja Śląska | 8,000 PLN | 8,889 PLN | Not published | 18,798 PLN |

Source: Bulldogjob, Badanie Społeczności IT 2025, fielded 15 January to 16 February 2025. UoP figures are net take-home, B2B net on invoice, and medians and means are published separately.

No Fluff Jobs corroborates Kraków from a different angle. Its press release of 9 October 2025, covering Q3 2025 and measuring the median of the upper end of advertised brackets, puts Kraków and Opole joint top for senior B2B at 30,200 PLN net plus VAT, against Warsaw senior employment roles at 24,000 PLN gross and Kraków stationary seniors at 25,000 PLN gross.

Two caveats. The Bulldogjob city cells are self reported, and the spread is narrow, about 2,250 PLN net take-home between the top and bottom major city on the employment median. Polish developer pay now behaves like a national market with a mild Kraków and Wrocław premium. Warsaw remains the deepest talent pool and the largest concentration of vendors, which is a different claim from being the most expensive, and our list of top software development companies in Warsaw covers that. No source publishes a Poznań or Gdańsk B2B median.

What you actually pay a software house

A developer’s salary and a vendor’s rate are different numbers. A software house rate carries the developer’s cost plus bench time, project management, QA, recruitment and margin, so it sits well above the developer’s own invoice.

The individual contractor sets the floor. Hays Poland’s Raport płacowy IT Contracting 2026 is reported by CRN.pl on 19 January 2026; the more granular rows below come from the 2024 edition, reported by CRN.pl on 13 January 2024, because the full 2026 table sits behind a download form.

    | Contractor role | Net hourly B2B rate | Source edition | |—|—|—| | AI / ML engineer, 5+ years | 150-210 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2026 | | Junior Java developer, 1-2 years | 70-100 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2026 | | SAP business process architect, 5+ years | 210-285 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2024 | | Senior cybersecurity engineer, 5+ years | 185-240 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2024 | | Senior data engineer, 5+ years | 160-200 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2024 | | Junior manual QA tester | 45-80 PLN | Hays IT Contracting 2024 |

At the NBP rate above, 150 PLN net per hour is about USD 39.50 or EUR 34.40. On the vendor layer, Brainhub’s Custom Software Development Rates by Country, updated 27 January 2026, puts Poland at USD 45 to 70 per hour against Ukraine at USD 30 to 60, India at USD 20 to 40 and Sweden at USD 100 to 150. nCube’s Cost of IT Services in Europe, modified 10 April 2026, puts Poland at EUR 47 to 93 per hour against Western Europe at EUR 95 to 190.

Marketplaces sit lower because the model carries less overhead. Lemon.io’s Poland rate calculator, updated September 2026 from contract data across more than 2,400 vetted developers, shows USD 25 to 60 per hour for seniors, with a point estimate of USD 41.70 for a senior Polish developer, 36% below the USD 65.60 it records for senior US developers. Hauer Power, a Polish software house publishing its own rate card rather than research, lists USD 55 to 80 per hour for seniors and USD 80 to 120 for principals, on a first year total cost of ownership of the rate times 1.3 to 1.5.

The sources cross check: a senior invoicing 150 PLN per hour is about USD 39, consistent with vendor sell rates of USD 55 to 80 once margin and delivery overhead are added. One widely circulated 2026 table quoting Polish senior backend work at EUR 120 to 170 per day is arithmetically impossible, since a senior’s own monthly invoice of roughly 25,000 PLN is about EUR 273 per day before margin, so it is excluded. Our guides to nearshore software development companies, IT staff augmentation companies in Poland and software houses in Poland set out who buys at these rates, and how much app development costs turns hourly rates into project totals.

Employer cost on top of gross: ZUS in numbers

This applies to employment only; on B2B the client pays the invoice and nothing else. The employer side rates for 2026 below are published by the Polish payroll reference Poradnik Przedsiębiorcy, updated 18 November 2025. The official ZUS table did not render through automated retrieval on 18 September 2026, so verify against zus.pl before committing a budget.

    | Contribution | Employer share of gross | Employee share of gross | |—|—|—| | Pension (emerytalne) | 9.76% | 9.76% | | Disability (rentowe) | 6.50% | 1.50% | | Sickness (chorobowe) | 0% | 2.45% | | Accident (wypadkowe) | 1.67% standard, 0.67% to 3.33% by risk class | 0% | | Labor Fund, incl. 1.45pp Solidarity Fund | 2.45% | 0% | | Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund (FGŚP) | 0.10% | 0% | | Health (zdrowotne) | 0% | 9% of a separate base | | Employer total, standard software company | 20.48% | n/a |

Add 1.5% if the employee is enrolled in PPK, Poland’s opt-out auto enrollment pension scheme, taking the employer load to about 21.98%. The bridge pension fund applies only to listed hazardous occupations, not to developers. Poradnik Przedsiębiorcy’s worked example of total employment cost in 2026, published 1 December 2025, takes 10,000 PLN gross with PPK to a total employer cost of 12,198.00 PLN, exactly 21.98% over gross. Applying the same rates to the Just Join IT medians gives the table below, which is arithmetic from published rates rather than a published figure.

    | Level | UoP gross monthly | Employer cost at 20.48%, no PPK | Employer cost at 21.98%, with PPK | |—|—|—|—| | Junior | 8,000 PLN | 9,638.40 PLN | 9,758.40 PLN | | Mid | 15,000 PLN | 18,072.00 PLN | 18,297.00 PLN | | Senior | 21,573 PLN | 25,990.15 PLN | 26,314.74 PLN |

Pension and disability contributions are capped at an annual base of 282,600 PLN in 2026, above which reduced employer rates of roughly 3.22% to 6.41% apply; health and Labor Fund contributions are uncapped. A senior on 21,573 PLN gross reaches that cap late in the year.

Set the senior line against the alternative: 25,990 PLN a month all in on employment, against a senior B2B median invoice of 24,780 PLN with nothing on top but no paid leave, sick pay or notice protection. Those numbers are closer than the headline gap suggests, which is why so much of the market runs on B2B. Without a Polish entity, an employer of record is the usual route to employment terms; see our roundup of global employer of record and PEO providers.

What moved in 2025 and 2026

2025 was the year the Polish IT market stopped falling. Just Join IT reports 62.5% of specialists received a raise, most commonly 6% to 10% (29% of respondents), with 23% receiving more than 20%, and postings up 8.42% year on year.

Bulldogjob shows the increase landing on employment rather than invoices. Mean employment net take-home rose 9,239 PLN to 10,159 PLN between 2024 and 2025, up 9.96%, while mean B2B net on invoice was flat at 22,004 PLN to 21,960 PLN. On medians, employment net take-home went 8,400 PLN to 9,200 PLN and B2B net on invoice 20,000 PLN to 20,800 PLN.

Gains concentrated at the bottom. No Fluff Jobs’ year end summary, reported by Infor.pl on 28 January 2026, found Support up 35% on the median lower advertised range and UX and UI up 33%, with 13 of 19 categories rising on the lower range. Architecture stayed top at over 32,000 PLN net plus VAT on B2B, but its employment upper range median fell 11% to 25,000 PLN gross.

2026 is selective. Hays Poland found 77% of IT firms planning contractor rate increases, but 67% of those under 10%. Antal puts the average IT salary at 19,859 PLN gross, up 2.3% from 19,419 PLN. Growth sits in scarce skills: on Just Join IT’s category data, Scala employment averages rose 58.8% year on year and Go 35.7%, Analytics 14.1% and ERP B2B 14.9%, while Support fell 4.93% and PHP 1.25% on employment.

The junior end has contracted sharply: junior roles were 4.79% of all Just Join IT offers in 2025, and No Fluff Jobs reported 47 CVs per junior position on 2 July 2026 and junior postings down as much as 59% in some categories in August 2026.

    How Poland compares

Start at home. Poland’s whole economy average wage for 2025, the benchmark used across Polish legislation, was 8,903.56 PLN gross per month, per the Komunikat Prezesa GUS of 9 February 2026. In the enterprise sector GUS put the average at 9,509.02 PLN gross for July 2026, up 6.8% year on year. Against that, a mid level developer on the 15,000 PLN gross employment median earns roughly 1.69 times the national average and a senior at 21,573 PLN gross roughly 2.42 times. Those multiples are calculated from the two cited figures, not published statistics.

Two comparisons cited elsewhere are left out rather than guessed. Eurostat publishes a verified EU average hourly labor cost of EUR 34.9 for 2025 but does not state Poland’s figure in the text of its Statistics Explained article. The Stack Overflow Developer Survey 2025 publishes salary medians only for the United States, Germany, India, the United Kingdom and France.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the software engineer salary in Poland for a senior in 2026?

Just Join IT’s 2026 report puts the median senior at 21,573 PLN gross a month on employment and 24,780 PLN net on invoice on B2B. Bulldogjob’s 2025 survey puts the senior employment median at 12,000 PLN net take-home and the senior B2B median at 24,000 PLN net on invoice; the employment figures differ because one is gross and the other take-home.

Is B2B cheaper for the buyer than employment?

Often, but less than the headline suggests. A senior on 21,573 PLN gross costs roughly 25,990 PLN a month once employer ZUS at 20.48% is added, against a senior B2B median invoice of 24,780 PLN with nothing on top. The margin is a few percent, and it buys you no leave or sick pay obligation.

What is IP Box, and does it cost me anything as a client?

Nothing directly. IP Box is a Polish tax regime, in force since 2019 under art. 30ca of the PIT Act, taxing qualified IP income at 5%, and copyright to a computer program qualifies. It affects what the developer keeps, not what you pay, but it is a large part of why Polish contractors accept a given invoice rate.

What does a Polish software house charge per hour?

Independent comparisons cluster at USD 45 to 70 per hour (Brainhub, January 2026) or EUR 47 to 93 per hour (nCube, April 2026). An individual B2B contractor invoices 45 to 285 PLN net per hour, per Hays.

Which Polish city is the most expensive for developers?

Not Warsaw. On Bulldogjob’s 2025 data Kraków leads the employment median at 10,250 PLN net take-home and the mean at 11,511 PLN, while on B2B means Wrocław leads at 22,583 PLN net on invoice. No Fluff Jobs independently found Kraków top on senior B2B advertised upper ranges at 30,200 PLN net plus VAT in Q3 2025.

What is the total employer cost on top of a Polish gross salary?

About 20.48% for a typical software company without PPK: 9.76% pension, 6.50% disability, 1.67% accident, 2.45% Labor Fund and 0.10% FGŚP. With PPK it is about 21.98%. Pension and disability stop at an annual base of 282,600 PLN in 2026, so the marginal rate drops later in the year for high earners.

What does a Power BI, PL/SQL or Oracle APEX developer cost in Poland?

No named Polish salary report publishes a figure for any of the three. The nearest authoritative proxies are Just Join IT’s Analytics category for Power BI (UoP gross mean 13,515 PLN, B2B mean 17,220 PLN) and its ERP (SAP / Oracle) category for APEX and PL/SQL (UoP gross mean 16,092 PLN, B2B mean 20,927 PLN). Anything more precise online is a scraped estimate.

Should I hire directly or through a vendor?

Direct hiring gives you the salary plus employer cost, plus recruitment, payroll and entity overhead. A vendor gives you one hourly rate with delivery management and no hiring risk, at roughly USD 55 to 80 per hour for senior work. Our hiring guide for Poland covers the contract forms, and top IT outsourcing companies and partners covers the vendor route.

    The short version

    • Medians, Just Join IT 2026: senior 21,573 PLN gross on employment or 24,780 PLN net on invoice on B2B; mid 15,000 PLN gross or 18,900 PLN net on invoice; junior 8,000 PLN gross or 9,020 PLN net on invoice.
    • Add about 20.48% to any gross employment figure for employer ZUS, or 21.98% with PPK. A senior on the median costs roughly 25,990 PLN a month all in.
    • B2B pays more on paper for a reason: no employer contributions, plus 12% ryczałt, 19% flat or 5% IP Box instead of progressive PIT. Never quote the 2.3x ratio from Bulldogjob’s headline chart.
    • Vendor rates: USD 45 to 70 per hour (Brainhub) or EUR 47 to 93 (nCube); 45 to 285 PLN net per hour for an individual contractor (Hays).
    • Kraków, not Warsaw, leads the employment median at 10,250 PLN net take-home, and Wrocław leads the B2B mean at 22,583 PLN net on invoice.
    • Oracle APEX, PL/SQL and Power BI have no published Polish salary data. Price them from the ERP and Analytics proxy categories, then market test.
